Total BS operation. Dropped 2 towels off to have personalized. Never got a call back. Finally called weeks later only to find out they had already been done for who knows how long. Went to pick up at 815 am - website says open @ 8 - no one there. Very unorganized and very unprofessional. I will not be going back.

I have dealt with New Wave several times. Their prices are excellent & they are very timely with their work. I am in the process of ordering Golf shirts & hats again. They are very capable of tailoring your order to ur demands.

Great service + affordable pricing

Have used them several times. Good Quality shirts, and printing is excellent. However I went to place an order and they had lost all my camera ready artwork. Do a backup People. Now have to recreate camera ready artwork. Like the work and quality, but the office is absolutely filthy and messy, and no one seems to know what is going on.

Just got off the phone with them, horrible customer service, instead of being courteous and wanting to help after asking for a quote for screen print and embroidery the guy blantsntly said he wasn’t going to do what I asked about in a rude fashion, I’ll gladly take my business somewhere else.

Our company has worked with them multiple times. At first it was fine now we have switched over to another company. Lack of communication and organization!!
