I wanted to thank the tremendous response of the the security team, at this Target. A big shout out to Kyle and Dan… I had an accident in the parking lot and they responded with professionalism. They were kind, caring and I would like thank them for their assistance.

Clean, well-stocked shelves, great selection, new product lines, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices.

Both times I went there were items that said they were in stock but they weren’t anywhere to be found and I understand sometimes items can have incorrect on hand counts but both times I asked an associate for help and if there may be any in the back I received very quick responses that weren’t thought out. One being that Funko pops never have back stock/aren’t ever in the back, when I know that isn’t true because several times at other targets employees have got them out of the back for me. They just seemed more occupied with whatever else they were doing than to help for just a minute. I work retail so I know how it can be sometimes but both of the responses I got when I went just seemed disingenuous.

Great variety of items at this Target. Clothing was well priced for our youngest. Our young adult daughter found some great deals on hydrating moisturizers. Natural shea butter are well priced. This location has a Starbucks and frozen food section. Jeanna, who cashed us out, was very pleasant and efficient. Store is super clean and brightly lit.

I go to Target because they always have some cool stuff that is a little different than other stores. This one also has a grocery store, so you can get all of your shopping done in one stop. They are always stocked with holiday items and this is a great place for Christmas shopping.

Target goes the extra mile and their price was great. Very happy with this transaction and highly recommend Target to others.

While I did find some great things today...my one dissatisfaction with this location is their service and engagement. There isnt any. Theyre very task oriented and socially engaged with each other. Having to wear masks just made it easier for them to not talk to guests. We still have to talk to guests while socially distancing and wearing masks...I wish the same guest experience existed at this location as it does in my NOVA stores.Im on vacation and ended up assisting guests while I was shopping...me the guest was more engaging than those wearing target red.

Customer service desk represatives have a bad attitudes. Went to ask a question a out price matching and they immediately had a attitude. Not very nice people.

My parents bought a Vizio 43 inch television and when we opened it unfortunately the screen was cracked. Upon calling the Target in Surfside Beach, SC, I asked to speak with management and the manager on duty “Brittany” who was courteous and professional and provided great customer service for my parents regarding the return of their damaged television. The next day I returned the damaged television with no issues and a employee named “Ariel” was very courteous and professional and provided great customer service. I then went to the electronics department and a ATT employee named “Jasmine” provided great customer service and was very courteous and professional in assisting me pricing another television. I would highly recommend this Target for their great customer service and professionalism and my family and I will always purchase our items from this store!. Thank you very much to the store manager and staff I mentioned previously in this post!.

I went to Target in Sayebrook at 9:00 PM almost the end of the night. Both departments I went in, employees went out of the way to help. Two employees saw us looking for a price on something and came over without asking. The next employee was in electronics (I dont think it was even her dept) and spent 15 minutes looking for a part for my phone. It was a really great experience👍🙂

I was vacationing in the area and visited this Target location. In fact I went out of my way to shop at Target as I prefer Target over Walmart and other stores. This was a mistake. The employees were rude and unhelpful, especially Rose. I have never encountered such rude employees at a Target store. On top of the extreme rudeness, there was only one register open. Very poor experience.

I’ve gone to this store twice and the two times that I have gone the people there have been very nice and helpful. There always smiling Ans that makes my experience at target way better

Ariel was working in self checkout today and let me tell you she was awesome!!!! Literally so kind. Everyone leaving she said “stay safe” and was genuine about it. She helped me use my target app, not even realizing I had it and helped me save money!!!! She was so sweet and just made my day.

Order was ready in less than an hour. Once I got to store took less than 5 minutes to pick up order. Entire process was quick. We visit this store often. MUCH better than Wal*Mart! At times the store is in disarray (from careless customers) but normally very clean. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

I could not figure out how to use the pick up on the mobile app, i was parked in the space provided in the parking lot, I waited a bit to see if anyone came out.. I left my friend in the car and ran into the store and picked up. When I got back my friend told me how the gal yelled at him and told him to move car, he explained the situation, she told him he had to move the car that that space was only for pick up and he once again explained he also had no way of moving the car, he pointed the gal out to me and I showed her MY PICK UP BAG. She told me i could not park there yelling across to me, I hollered back that I saw no one out to ask so i went in....she still insisted I was DOING SOMETHING WRONG> WELL NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER SHOP AT TARGET FOR ANYTHING< WALMART IS JUST DOWN THE ROAD> also there was only ONE OTHER CAR IN THOSE SPACES. I was entitled to use them, rest assure i will never us them again.

Lynn at the customer service desk was VERY RUDE during my return. I explained to Lynn that I had just purchased a gift bag and when I checked to see if my items fit (while still in parking lot) the bag ripped. I explain to Lynn the situation and she said that it was “not there problem once we leave their property”. I explained to Lynn that I was in the parking lot and still was on their property. As of matter fact, I had just purchased the bag literally 2 minutes ago. She snatched the receipt out of my hand and said that she would return it this one time but the next time it will not be “our problem.” She was Very disrespectful and rude about the situation. I asked her was she upset. And she replied she was “reading the screen.” I told her that there was no need for her attitude. When I was walking away, she said “have a good day” with an attitude and whispered a smart remark to her coworker. In which she said “she wanted a refund for a bag that was used.” As I started to walk to purchase another bag; I quickly realized I will not spend another dime at target with rude associates such as LYNN. She needs to learn respect, customer service manners and not treat customers like she hates her job. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TARGET TO ANYONE. I receive better service at Walmart. I will be canceling my target card. In a world full of hate, I will not shop at a place with hateful employees.

I had a zoom interview scheduled at this location. Unfortunately they forget about it. I logged in at the assign time and wait for 15 minutes and the called. The poor excuse she told me is that she could not log in. Later on she did and stated that she saw another person that logged in also that they forgot. After I caught her in a lie, I had not intention of working there. During the interview, I wanted to see what skill level the interviewer had. She did ask open ended questions but lost all control of the interview because the questions were so vague and she made no attempt to give any direction to properly access the applicant. The irony of the interview is that she stated that she wanted to make the right higher but there was a shortage of applications. Well if you cant take doing interviews seriously then no one will. Also she stated see wanted customer service. After 28 years of customer service dont lie and get caught lying. If lying is how you conduct customer service then you should not be in management because that position is a position of responsibility. Also if you just told the truth, I do give the benefit of the doubt for a simple mistake. Also if you only want to do zoom meeting make sure to write down the schedule.

Target is my “go to” store. Everything you need is there. This trip an employee named Cindy helped me with learning how to use the target app for savings and coupons. This resulted in over $50 in savings. I have never had an employee at any store be as helpful as she was today! Thanks so much! Worth her weight in gold!

This Target NEVER has anything stocked and it is so frustrating. You’re a busy store in a tourist town- stock up! Their employees are rude and speak to you like you’re just wasting their time when all you needed was a little help finding a certain item. I would not recommend this Target to anyone.

Easy process and so quick!

I absolutely love this store, its always clean, well maintained, stocked well, employees are helpful when needed. Last time I was in, lines were backed up, they called for help and employees from the other departments were quick to come up and help. Electronics employees are always helpful whenever Im needing help.Also, I do a lot of price looking when I go shopping, and theyre prices are pretty darn good, I think it might be because they are competing against Walmart and Aldi, but it helps us the customers out! I know prices change but on 4/18 24 pack of water for 1.79!

I have witnessed a big change in this location over the last few months! The employees are so much more friendly than they were a year ago, and it is well-kept and well-stocked. I love Target so I am very pleased to see this shift in staffing and stock!

Security is over zealous at this Target. This has been my experience each time I have been there. I was there today after a long shift at the hospital, trying to shop peacefully to pick up a few grocery items. Two Target Security men, said security on their shirts & they came out of an employee door, were walking around me the entire time I was there and getting too close invading my space and being rude talking loudly of a guy one of them jumped. I really dont want to hear about that before I spend my money here. I want to focus on my grocery list, my families food for the next four days. I realize I wasnt dressed all pretty today to go grocery shopping, I still deserve peaceful space to shop. There are parameters that should be maintained. Isnt that what security cameras are for? Target security please get a life and watch the cameras, zoom in, I could care less. Don’t stalk the honest people that spend their money there no matter how they choose to dress when they shop.

Chase helped us purchase a sound bar today. Very knowledgeable about the different once on the shelf. Even offered personal information about the one he has and the difference between them. Go to this target and ask for chase. Very nice employee.

I went to pick up 3 items. I had on my mask to protect others and myself. I did not expect 100% compliance with customers and I fact I would estimate that 80% DID NOT have on masks. However, I did think 100% of employees would have on masks. Cashiers did. Two women working in the Health and Beauty Dept did not have on masks while stocking shelves. As I was not wandering through the store I cannot comment on other departments. A disappointing experience to see so many people not interested in protecting others.

I worked for Target HQ and called and spoke to a closing TL by the name of Rose she was so rude and said that it was an inconvenience for me to call her so that she could assist a Target driver, and she proceeded to hang up on me. I never have any issues with Team leads, LODs etc but I was shocked by her behavior

They are using good protection of patrons. Self check out. Even clean entry pads. Belts. Etc after each customer.way to go target!

Excellent customer service by the employees, most notably Brandon in Electronics at the Myrtle Beach, SC store. If you are looking to purchase a new phone, especially if youre making a change from one format to another (i.e., flip to Android), this is the employee you need to see. He is patient and knowledgeable and his service goes above and beyond the usual.

Shopping for mens clothing and shoes. Very little selection for men. Was shopping for mens pants. Very little selection and high prices. As for mens shoes. Just one little corner of the mens department. Very, very little selection. For such a large store to shop. But not worth the visit any more for me. Seems like men are the forgotten sex.

I love Target. I find what I need. The store is visually appealing and easy to navigate. The prices are good, and with Cartwheel and my Target Red Card, I always feel as if Im saving and getting a great bargain.

We just moved into town and just finished unpacking. Needed some last minute items. This was the first store we experienced down here.First of all, I know we were late but every 5 minutes these woman kept coming over the intercom that they were closing. So we went up to cash out only lane open was the checkout lane.We started checking out and I would assume the front end supervisor was standing at the checkout staring at us. Before I even finished cashing out she said “don’t forget your water under your cart sir”If I have to steal a 2.50 cent case of water, I have bigger issues...Anywho, she had to go somewhere and yelled to another cashier “watch them” and walked away.Really bad taste in my mouth, not to mention the rudeness and disrespect . I hope Myrtle beach is much nicer than this.

I just walked out of this target store completely baffled. Womens shoes are buy one get one half off in store, online is the exact same deal. The two pairs of shoes I wanted were listed as part of the buy one get one half off online deal, but did not ring up that way in the store, even though there are signs all over the shoe area advertising the buy one get one half off deal. The cashier said I could take the shoes to guest services and ask for a price match to get the online deal. I go to guest services, wait 10 minutes for an employee, then she tells me she cannot match the online deal. I asked so I could stand right here and buy them to pick them up in the store and then you would give them to me? She said yes, she just couldnt ring them up that way. When I told her the cashier told me to do that, she asked which one, I said the one on number 8, and she said yeah she doesnt know the rules very well. Ok so maybe someone should better inform the cashiers???When I asked for a manager she acted like I was crazy and said it would be a while until one would be available. I decided to NOT buy the shoes online while standing there because this is just ridiculous. Absolutely absurd.

I am happy Target is no longer in Canada. I always loved going to Target when in the States, when they came to Canada it was no longer eventful. I am more than happy to shop at Target when in the states. Always love the home furnishings and other departments.

Its clean, offers a great selection of items, is located in a safe area with a well lit parking lot. The staff have always been great and helpful. The pharmacy Employees are wonderful and very helpful. Has a lot of popular stores close by.

So I’m a boy and I found some nice khaki shorts and I wanted to try them on and I went to the fitting room and I was fixing to walk in and tons of girls walk out. I’m a man and I’m not changing with little girls in the room because some crazy person would freak out with a grown man in there so I just walked out I’m sorry but there needs to be a women’s fitting room and a men’s fitting room.

It has been a long time since I have encounteted a cashier as rude as the young lady working in Target this afternoon. The store was not busy, nor were the lines long. She simply was an extremely snappy and irritable person. Maybe stocking shelves would suit her better- unless she comes into contact with customers.

Very nice target. I will say tho that the kids section for clothing was definitely lacking product. Other than that it was great.

I love this Target. Have been going there since the day it was opened. It is clean and instock. All the staff are wonderful and so helpful. If you want to shop Target I highly recommend this one vs the Target Seaboard location, not only is it better but generally cheaper too. I only wish they had a bigger produce section and I would be set.
