I cant day its the best ice-cream I have ever had, but its good and its a neat experience. We went late at night and the marshmallows were dried out and tough. Almost like they had been out for several days. 4 star experience but minus one star for marshmallows.

Delicious ice cream. Dont bother with the waffle cone thing they use. It is not a waffle cone bowl. Our kids loved watching them make the ice cream.

Omgosh! Ice cream is made in front of you while you wait blended a liquid or gaseous nitrogen friezas the ice cream in front of you cant get any fresher than this. Kid friendly, restrooms, boost shares and even a couch with a TV !

The ice cream was okay, everyone inside wore masks but the employees didnt and were grumpy.

This place is a must if your on vacation visiting or live here. To start the owner is really nice explains the entire process and will even help you make an awesome flavor. The process it self is pretty scientifically simple but pretty cool to watch. The price is not bad for fresh ingredients and freshly made ice cream. So Im telling to to go visit here you can even sit down and watch tv while you wait or eat.

Super nice owner. We had never been to Sub Zero before. He was very knowledgeable & helpful & most of all patient with us as we decided on our frozen selections. One raspberry shake & one peppermint ice cream topped with chocolate chips.

This place is amazing and fun. The energy level was a little lower because of the time we stopped in. That didnt stop the employees from being extremely hospitable and very informative. I hope they get something like this closer to home so we can visit more frequently.

An incredible adventure try these delicious ice creams.This store is in many places in the United States, but I discovered them on my tour of Myrtle Beach in South Carolina.I ordered a combination of brownie, chocolate flakes, fudge and magnetic mint. The menu of flavors is very extensive.I loved the result and the preparation with nitrogen is amazing. Ice cream definitely feels creamier and softer.Two important facts. First, if you eat one of these ice creams, you wont need a lunch. Secondly, stores have special preparations for people lactose intolerant, vegan or unable to consume sugar.

I wish I could say I loved the ice cream, but overall the experience had given me high expectations for their ice cream. My kids had dairy free ice cream and it was so flavorless, even with all the additions...i wish they would add something to it so it doesnt brown as well. Both had a different ice cream, but my sons orange ice cream was an icky brown color as he put it.Again. Great idea, but poor taste for such a price...

The best ice cream EVER! Its made right in front of you, you cant get fresher than that. Freezes so fast that there are no ice crystals just frozen creamy goodness. The experience is fun too bc a cloud of liquid nitrogen is a chemistry experiment in front of you. And they freeze the toppings into the ice cream so its all through the ice cream and not just on top so if you like toppings you get them in all the bites. Yummy.

My thing is shakes so this review is based off a shake. I went with cake batter and it was great, the consistency was smooth and creamy. I will say it gets only 4 stars because the flavor wasnt as strong as I was hoping. Reasonably priced, great staff...I shall return!

Visited this place during vacation the day after watching the Shark Tank episode and had a great experience. There are endless combinations and flavors, plus the process is really cool to watch. As most reviews have mentioned, the owner was incredibly nice and talkative. If we come to Myrtle again, well definitely revisit.

This is my favorite ice cream place in South Carolina! The staff is always nice, the ice cream is amazing, they have very reasonable prices, and the environment is very nice! I’ve never had a bad experience there! The only thing is i wish they had one around where i live 💗

Nice place. My church family and I made this our last stop on 01/18/18..we were all amazed at the process. The two guys worked well under pressure as we were a large group whom had never been here!!! We will definitely return.

We had the vegan base for three kids and a regular. The base was OK, but didnt have enough fat content to make it creamy... flavors are high in artificial dyes... the young girls working there also made a mistake.on our order, and gave one of my kids the adult size and me and my husband the kids size to share. I asked for the problem to be fixed and she said it was even since my son had gotten extra. I had just paid almost $7 for one scoop of frozen unsweetened almond milk with dye and sugar syrup. I did end up calling the number on the receipt and asking for assistance. The owner called and had the girls remake our ice cream, which the youngest girl did very kindly. I normally wouldnt have called, but that is a pricey one scoop when j could have paid $3 for the actual childrens size I recieved. I appreciate them fixing the order.

Expensive but highest quality and real fun to watch your icecream being made in less than a minute with liquid nitrogen. They put heavy cream in a big bowl, then add the items you want like fruit, nuts, candy etc. Then spray it with liquid nitrogen while stirring and chopping. A very cold white cloud comes out and onto you if you are standing close. Its something everyone should experience. We loved it.

Stopped in on a whim, the fellow was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Helped a few crowds on his own and taught us the process easily. Options are endless and even plain Jane lovers like myself was astounded. Almost got back in line after finishing.

Great place to take the girls we enjoyed the nitrogen show. It was good ice cream in my opinion better then cold stone. Not bad price for fresh ingredients. I dont think that the girls behind the counter smiled one time look more annoyed to be here.

Fantastic experience! Staff was polite, professional, and efficiently moved the group of 8 (most of them kids). They offer a huge number of options, including non-dairy and vegan, if thats what youre looking for. The price on the higher side, but the quality is definitely worth it in my opinion, especially if you opt for the waffle bowl. I personally recommend the Birthday Cake Capacitor Sensation, but Im also a huge child so ymmv.

There was at least 50 flavors. I had the regular cotton candy and added cookie dough and marshmallows. All I had to say was it is the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The staff is very friendly. If you want to get ice cream I would definitely recommend here.

The whole gimmick where they make and freeze your ice cream right there is silly and not worth the price. Plus when they made mine there was so much fog coming out of the bowl that they easily could have put in the liquid, then reached into a secret compartment and switched it with solid ice cream, no liquid nitrogen needed. I took chemistry and I know this is not what God intended mankind to use science for. Very expensive as well, my son paid for me and he had to use all the cash in his wallet to afford the ice cream

I had the Banana cream pie bismuth! It was soooo good and didnt taste artificial. It was so interesting to watch it being made. Also, they have so many combinations you can make if you dont like the first one you tried. Yogurt, custard, icecream, and lactose free! My husband is lactose intolerant and we have never seen a icecream stand that has ever had this option. 6 STARS!
