Terrible place to buy furniture. We purchased a 6 piece sectional March 2021. When they delivered the sectional the right hand side looked like it was worn out already and didnt sit properly. We call the following Monday (it was delivered on a Friday). We were told the warrenty person would call us. We waited a week still no call back. We called again and he finally said the repair person would call us another week went buy and still no contact. We called agsin and just got the run around anytime we called. So fast forward 4 months and the repair person came out. We wanted replacement of the piece. He said that just sitting in a warehouse causes the padding ot shrink. So he oadded the back and seat. We have added more paddung to each of the recli ers again. The stitchung is comung out of every piece and the mechanism waa sticking. When checkung thia we found hiles in the fabirc aling the vottom of the recli er. I think we got a uaed piece of furniture. I WILL NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY FURNITURE AT THIS STORE.

We love our furniture that we purchased there, we bought a bedroom set for my 11 year old sons room and a bedroom set with a bed frame and dresser drawer for my 5 year old daughter and got two night stands for our master bedroom. The gentlemen who deliver the furniture are professional and very helpful, and came in a very timely manner. I recommend this place for your furniture shopping needs.

Needed desks and book cases, had none on display, their computer screen thing wouldnt show me any prices and not a single employee came to help me in the 10 minutes I was there. We need to furnish an entire new home due to moving into state. Wont be doing it through this place though. Great selection of couches from the looks of it.

We had excellent service here at Unclaimed Furniture. They had a pretty large selection of all kinds of furniture, and the staff were quite helpful. The delivery prices were more reasonable than most other places we tried shopping at. We were happy with our experience and would shop here again.

It will probably remain unclaimed. Selection shows broken furniture, poor displays, expensive, not worth the time or effort. You would get a better deal at Ashleys. No effort, mismanaged, and you will leave with a bad feeling.

I needed help finding a new sleeper sofa and chair for a rental home that I have in Myrtle Beach and was unable to get there myself. Janet at Unclaimed Furniture was beyond helpful. She walked around the show room, sent me pictures of what I had told her I was interested in and helped put together my living room. In addition, they will haul out the old furniture too! I highly recommend Janet at Unclaimed Furniture, she made this process seamless and enjoyable!

So while we were at Ashley furniture we mentioned looking at unclaimed furniture next. The Ashley associate helping us made faces and was quite rude. We left and went to unclaimed furniture anyway. A decision i couldnt be happier about! The selection was very accessible, brand new with tags on furniture! We could sit, lay on and browse however we wanted. We were not pressured in any way but we were told to feel free to ask them for anything we needed. Honestly it felt comfy. We did decide to buy a sectional that was the same style found at the previous store. Our sales lady was so sweet! She even took time out of her day to send a picture of our couch thru text just so we could settle a dispute between my fiance and i about how big it was and how to move furniture to make room. Lol The delivery of our new sectional was set up for next day between 10 & 1 since we had bought the sectional later in the day. The delivery men called and gave a 20 min notice before arrival right at 10 a.m. and were very nice and extremely professional. I would recommend unclaimed furniture to everyone and i havent stopped bragging since we visited. Bravo!!!!

Been waiting 5 hours for my delivery that was supposedly loaded on the truck 2 days ago for delivery this AM Which was a lie. They couldn’t even give us a courtesy call to keep us informed. I have 2 more rooms to furnish but it will not come from here. Very poor customer service!!

I bought a bed from them 15 months ago. When I discovered that I had bed bugs I called the store to file a complaint and never got a response back this was last May, after my doctor misdiagnosed me and I thought it was fleas. My roommate was kind enough to spray the house and furniture for fleas while I was at work and when he removed my mattress cover he found like 6 of them. I called the store and left a message and never received a call back. I also called the beds manufacturer (Ashley Furniture) and also got no response. Will never buy another piece of furniture from them again.

Great people, great product from sale to delivery. They had everything I needed at rock-bottom prices, great quality. Delivery people were extremely accommodating and personable as were the salespeople.

I just bought a couch and other items from this store, the price was reasonable and the couch is top quality. They have lots of couches, coffee tables, end tables, mattresses, and other items. The furniture is very good quality, and well discounted. Delivery is $35. Very satisfied as a customer.

Good furniture selection (couches), but far overpriced. Seaboard bedding has way better prices. Thats where I chose to go.

Staff only cares about certain people. I went in there with a wad of cash to buy a sectional that day. I watched 2 different people come in after me and get helped before me and they were on your looking. I took my money elsewhere.
