Wonderful service

Apparently this location is a satellite for the office in Florence, SC. It seems the last two times I needed there services I had to wait a couple days before I could be seen because there was only the receptionist available. This company bought out the previous owners of Better Hearing and there standards are no way as professional as Bobby was. I am seriously thinking on finding another outfit.

Most facilities prefer your buying from them before they will service your hearing aid. Not US Hearing Solutions! They have accommodated my 94 year old mother on 2 separate occasions. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place of business. Thank you for your time and professionalism. Very satisfied!!
