I called because I booked an appointment to get my prom dress cleaned a few days ago and never got a conformation email back. The lady who answered gave me a lot of attitude saying they dont do cleanings and this is a dry cleaners. I know. Then, we went on the website and made sure it was the right phone number and it was so we called back and the lady hung up on me after I had said that I just called and was now on the website.

Disappointment and anger do not begin to describe how I am feeling. Dropped off a $450 comforter to be dry cleaned. It was not dry cleaned...it was thrown into an industrial washer and destroyed. It came back with a huge tear on the side and and the other edges shredded. I will never use them again. Horrible!

I had a suit, shirt and dress pants cleaned and tailored there. My suit shirt came back dirty and my pants weren’t tailored correctly. I figured since I live at the Farm, Sunny’s was convenient. I am very disappointed in the overall service. Definitely will be looking for another cleaners in the Carolina Forest area.

Absolutely the best place to take your clothing. Friendly, convenient and a great value. Clothing comes out great every time and they are very fast.

They claimed that my suit was given to someone else by accident and told me to wait and see if the person that has it will bring it back. Its been over a month and I had to go off on them.. like why do I have to wait... Its time for my damn refund. New York and Company is not cheap

Only place I go to get my dry cleaning done. I have been a customer here for over 4 years. I moved to Conway and still make the drive in to take my dry cleaning here. I deployed to Kuwait and came back and the staff remembered my face a year later and asked how everything went. Awesome place.

Ive been taking clothes there for over two years. Ive never had a problem. Ive also had alterations done there, and they did a great job.

They are just ok. They send the clothes somewhere else to be cleaned. I go because it is close to my house and the turn around is pretty quick.

DO NOT TAKE ANY CLOTHING WORTH VALUE TO THIS LOCATION!!!! THEY RUINED A $100 LACOSTE POLO SHIRT!! THE OWNER WOULDNT TAKE RESPONSIBLY FOR THE COMPANIES ACTIONS. YELLOW STAINS JUST MAGICALLY APPEARED ON THE SHIRT. IT TOOK ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO EVEN GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNER COMPANY WONT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU WHEN THEY SCREW UP YOUR CLOTHES! DO NOT USE!!!

They told me everything will be ready to pick up the next day. I came by to pick everything up 3 days later and two things weren’t done yet, so the lady said it would all be ready by the next day. 2 days later they are still waiting for something, so I ask if they could call me when it comes in and she reply’s “I could make a note and try to remember”.

BE VERY CAREFUL! I brought a $150 Tommy Bahama shirt, with stain, to be treated. After 3 weeks, 3 visits to the store, 2 promises that the owner would call me and then one face-to-face conversation with an excuse spewing owner....I have a shirt with a stain AND a NEW HOLE! Actually, I left the shirt with the owner in disgust.The 3 shirts left for dry cleaning, pressing and heavy starch came back with no starch.There arent many places to get clothes done in Myrtle, but Ill find another.

Avoid this place,if you have to handwash your clothes do it,taking your clothes here is not an option.The costumer service is terrible too.

Terrible Terrible service! save your time and go somewhere else. The women that runs this place is a joke and doesnt know anything.
