I had the best experience when I went! I told Dan exactly what I was looking for and the payment I was comfortable with, which was pretty low, and he and Torey worked together to make this happen! I legit brought in a taped together, broken windshield clunker of a car and they were able to turn that into a nice new car!! I made an appointment to have my car serviced but arrived 45 minutes early prepared to wait until my appointment time. The service manager was very nice and said he would service my car as soon as possible. The waiting area was pleasant. They had a TV and vending machines for refreshments. My car was ready in 30 minutes and they also vacummed and washed it. It was a very pleasant experience.

I think they could better prepare someone by having a list of documents needed if the dealership is finding financing for the customer. It would have made our transaction less stressful for certain. Also, dont put vehicles on the website until you have them ready to be test driven, that would make it simpler for people who come from far away to check out a specific vehicle.
I had a little accident that burst my left front tire and put a large knot on the left rear tire. My pick up by a wrecker, a loaner vehicle, and replacement of the tires are free with the programs I signed up for at purchase. As far as the people I interfaces with, they were all very friendly and helpful either over the phone or in person. (This is my second Mitsubishi vehicle I have owned.)
Great and quick service! I came in to get an oil change done and they even cleaned my car and checked my tire pressure! Their waiting room is clean and they offer a variety of different coffee flavors, tea and even hot chocolate! I am very pleased with Myrtle Beach Mitsubishi and will only go there for my oil changes from now on!

If you are asking about the service department it is exceptional. I had a situation with my Mitsubishi Mirage and I called Eric and he was able to get Jamel and help me out. this is not the only time Ive received exceptional service from both of them in particular. This last time I was very stressed out and emotional and I really appreciate their demeanor and handling everything. I did thank them immensely but thank you just doesnt seem to do it for me after all theyve done to help me out hes always so polite.
The service writer was amazing. Hes always nice, prompt, and professional. Lets me know what needs to be done right away and what can wait. Not pushy. I can love dealing with him.

Hands down the best car purchase experience Ive had in South Carolina! I typically buy vehicles from my dad who owns a car lot in Ohio, but as I did not want to take the 9 hour ride up and back decided to look locally. I went to 3 lots before going to Mitsubishi and each one either wanted an outrageous amount down or didnt want to do the work to find me a lender, so by the time I got to Mitsubishi was frustrated and tired as I wasnt getting anywhere in my vehicle search due to my poor credit history. I wasnt expecting much but to my surprise they were able to get me approved and into a vehicle! I did notice the hard work they did to find me a lender, which by the way no other dealership seemed to want to put the time and effort into my situation.At this time I had no money to put down, but did have a 2000 Ford Mustang for a trade in. Based on that information, they got me approved within 24 hours. I came back in to get the paperwork signed, and was told that they would like $750 down as well. I did not have it, in fact didnt have anywhere close to that. I told them I could give them $500 but wouldnt be able to get it to them until the next day! They still were able to get me into the car that day, with the promise Id bring in $500.00 the next day. They allowed me with a poor credit history, take the car that day home, and to bring the money in the next day! What other dealership would allow you to do that with my poor credit score?I did not feel like they looked down upon me due to my poor credit, and felt they respected me just as much as someone with great credit!Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles he was showing me. I was approved for the 2017 Outlander Sport ES! I was not expecting to be approved for a brand new vehicle and to me this was a very delightful surprise.Everyone from sales to finance to detailing went above and beyond to get me approved and into a vehicle. I am very happy with my purchase, and the experience I had at Myrtle Beach Mitsubishi! I would definitely be coming back for my next Auto purchase and recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle with less than perfect credit. Im here to tell you that the impossible happened here. I moved from Chicago with a vehicle that was on a short term loan. This means payments were HIGH. In Chicago I was able to make them. Out here not so much. My credit was very low, and my car was a gas hog. Our salesman Josh was able to do in just a few days what others would not even attempt. He got us into a brand new car thats not only great on gas, but about 100 dollars less a month in payments with very little down. And he was able to do all of this with no pressure, very caring and honest outlook on everything. I have always said you can trust the devil before you can trust a car salesman. Josh has changed my outlook on this tremendously. Thank you Josh and well see you again for the next one!!!

This is one of the worst places to get a car. I was in contact with them for 2 weeks about my income, credit score, trade in vehicle, etc because I lived 2 hours from the dealership and did not want to waste my time or money for a car unless I was told i was guaranteed the car and i finally made a appointment to get the car I was told was good on. When I got there they switched things up and said I needed $5000 more money down and a cosigner. I got there at 9:30am that morning by 4pm I got the extra money and went in for the deal but now they wont take my trade in because it needed a clutch when I told them this during that 2 week phase before my visit. They then proceed to tell me my credit was bad and they did a good thing to get me approved for the car they were selling and to simply not pay my other car loan and only pay theirs. I signed no paperwork and told them I wanted my $7000 down payment back and they told me they couldnt not give my money back at that time although I just gave it to them not even my check. A week later what was done on credit and debit card I got back, currently its almost 3 weeks later and I still did not get back my $2700 that was in the form of a check. I have been battling this dealership everyday and has been a headache. This entire dealership is bad news. STAY FAR FROM HERE. I ended up having my car towed 2 hours to my house at 6 pm from the dealership.... Worst car buying experience ever.

Wow, when I came in to check out your cars, I was greeted by a Gentleman named Mike, but everyone called him Coach! He was very energetic, polite and so friendly made me feel very welcome. He listened to what I was interested in and new exactly what to show me. Being a older woman, I dont know much about cars but I felt so comfortable with Coach that I trusted his judgements. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand, I highly recommend him to everyone that asks me about my new car. Bought a used vehicle from here and have had huge issues with it ever since, that is going to cost thousands to repair. Looking back I should never have made a purchase from these guys, I felt pressured the entire time and shouldve known that the deal they gave me wasnt really a deal..or even a fair price for that matter. It was my first vehicle purchase and I definitely learned a hard lesson.
Worst experience ever. I have never experienced such high sales pressure.We told them our price limit and they exceeded it by 4k. They wanted us to pay $14k for an 8 year old vehicle. Then when we told them that wasnt going to work they tried to get us in another car they were asking 24k for, exceeding our price limit by 14k We gave them a holding check while we test drove a vehicle for the night. the next morning when we brought it back, they didnt want to give me my check back. My two small children and I waited in our car while my husband retrieved the check. They kept telling him it was locked in the safe and they had to wait. Forty minutes later, they pull it out of the file cabinet my husband had been waiting beside. They deliberately wasted our time and made my husband late for work. Do NOT go there. Most terrible sales place I have EVER been.
I would like to put a BIG shout out to the service manager, Eric from Mitsubishi Motors in Myrtle Beach. Eric has gone above and behold what any service manager has to do to please his customers. I cannot say enough thank yous to this wonderful man. He even drove all the way to Charleston to bring me a loaner car so that I could get back to Myrtle Beach and is sending a tow truck to pick up my vehicle to take back to the shop. Eric, my man, you have made a bad situation into a pleasant one and I am soooooo glad I have had the privilege of meeting you and doing business with you. After deciding on a vehicle the regular finance guy wasnt in so we had a backup who after obviously trying to screw us on interest rates (still had to refinance because the rate they gave was garbage). On top of that (usual car dealer trash) we had to get multiple 30 day tags because they didnt send in the paperwork on time and had to deal with the dmv because of their lateness we got a lapse in insurance coverage. Overall, just another dealership but the finance department makes it not worth the hassle.
Found my vehicle on internet and called the dealership. Tony answered the phone and answered all my questions and directions to the store. I was called with a followup call the following day for my appointment. Tony was very courteous and friendly. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Tony and my salesman Johnny at the door. I was treated with respect and courteous manner. I got a great deal on my Cadillac and I am very happy with Myrtle Beach MitsubishiI would recommend this store to all my friends and anyone who wants a good deal.

This dealership failed to submit the proper paperwork to our insurance company so the DMV considers us as having no insurance and we are being fined. When we called the dealer, they told us it is not their responsibility to contact the insurance company. The insurance company said it WAS the dealer who should have faxed over a specific form to alert them. The dealer refuses to accept responsibility for this error and so now I have to pay a fine because of them!! They lost me for ALL future business and service!!!

The manager incentive while purchasing the vehicle was $9.95 oil changes for the first five years of me owning the car. That failed the first time I tried to take the car there for an oil change. My car is synthetic only - they dont offer that discount to synthetic customers. Mitsubishi wouldnt correct it, honor it, neither would the new manager after the owner allegedly cleaned house for shady tactics (according to new employee). I will never, ever buy here again. Lies.
Bought my 2016 Buick Cascada in 2018 from Mitsubishi with only 500+ miles on it. Mitsubishi of MB was very accomodating months after the purchase with some cosmetic issues that occurred after the purchase and were not covered in my purchase packet. Saved me time and money. Ive never seen anything as bad as this! I couldnt believe it... I had an almost harassing salesman contacted me in the past, but I gave this place a second chance thinking it might have been just that salesman. Boy, I was wrong! This salesman -in person- was the rudest not just worker but human being Ive ever encountered. Out of this world bad experience. So bad, the guy told me good luck with that and left, when I expressed what I was looking for. I guess well just laugh about it and move on to another place. Ill never come back there. Just horrible. Who owns this? if this is what they hire, I cant imagine the quality of person the owner must be. I cant believe they sell something treating people this bad... So sorry there are people who behave like that... such a waste of human beings...

1. Very hard to get service dept. to answer when I was transferred to them to schedule an appointment.I called 6 times before they picked up when I was transferred.2. Service dept gave my husband (who took the car in for the aooointment) the impression/feeling that they did not want to be bothered - like we were inconveniencing them needing service.3. My husband was very irritated after the visit.He felt things were not explained or carried out the way it should be. He is a man that is very low key easy going - his mood after this visit was very unlike him.

I have never dealt with a shadier bunch of people in my life. We were lied to about almost everything from what kind of car they could put us in, which finance company to use and how much to fimance. Our credit was hit 12 TIMES!!!! When we called to confront them about it, they couldnt find our application number. I will NEVER deal with this bunch of douches again!

My trip to the beach started out as a disaster, but ended up fantastic.My husband and I were going down for a weekend getaway to Myrtle Beach when our car broke down. Although it was on its last leg, we did not expect it to break down for good. Luckily it broke down in the parking lot of our hotel the breakers. As we sat around watching TV wondering what to do, we saw a commercial from Myrtle Beach Mitsubishi talking about $5,000.00 guaranteed for our trade no matter what the condition. Our eyes lit up. We immediately picked up the phone and called the dealership and set an appointment to see., We ended up working with Johnny Haddad. Great service and vehicle selection. We did not know whether to buy new or used. They helped us and WE DID GET $5,000.00 for our car. They even picked it up for us at the hotel that day on a flatbed. When it was all said and done we bought an Outlander. Very happy with everything. Johnny, Chris and Corey made it real easy. Ken in the finance department was good too.
Thye dont report your real income to the bank so you get the payment you want then let u leave with the car... then a few days later they call you to come sign a paper then say oh we lost your payroll paper can you give us a new one. Then they say now the bank cant wont give it to you for that much so now u have to pay this much more now for the car after you have already traded in your car and have been driving the new car for a week........Which under the contract you sign you screwed to either bite the payment or eat the fee for storage reconditioning etc ......

Today I stopped in with the intent to purchase a new 2015 Evolution GSR. The salesmen was patient with me every step of the way and let me be in control with how we proceeded with the sale. He was very helpful and did everything he could to make sure I was well informed. Not at anytime did he or anyone pressure me to make the purchase. Unfortunately with my current insurance rates I was not able to purchase the vehicle. However, by the end of the year if I am able to afford the payments and insurance, he is willing to do what he can to make sure I acquire the car that I wanted. Ive dealt with some very shady salesman in the past who have tried to get me to sign ridiculous contracts that could have financially drained me. But Josh, the salesman who helped me, did nothing of the sort. He really is a stand up sales representative out for my best interest. It was quite a refreshingly comfortable experience in todays on alert dog eat dog world.

Mitshibishis service department was so wonderful, the dealership i bought my car from (pawleys island chrysler, dodge, jeep, ram) told me it would be hours for an oil change (this isn’t the first time & no appointments can be made) so i was told mitshibishi honors my easy care plan. They took my jeep in right away didn’t make me wait long, took care of everything for me with no problem and even vacuumed my jeep for me! i will definitely be coming to them more! very nice people! thank you mitshibishi for being great!

DO NOT BUY OR HAVE YOUR VECHILE SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!We purchased 2 Preowned Mitsubishi SUVs within 2 weeks of each other and were misled at time of sale (approx 2 1/2yrs ago) about the warrantys on both. One was traded for a Hyundai 3 months later. The other was in service too often to say. Issue (clicking when turning steering wheel) was now deemed a normal problem 2K miles out of warranty. I will be with Mitsubishi Corporate Offices.Update...Finally replaced the airbag unit & all is good, but a lot of unnecessary aggravation.

This dealership does not stand behind there product. As far as the service department I dont believe they could order a part let alone a pizza to be delivered. Very poor customer relations after the sale has been finalized. They could care less if you returned after they sold you a car. And God forbid if you would ever ask to have warranty work done due to manufacturer defect. I would strongly suggest anyone interested in buying a Mitsubishi to take the extra drive up north to North Carolina or down to Charleston. This particular dealer is not worth your time or hard earned money.
My wife and I have been Mitsubishi loyalists since our experience buying a new 2004 Mitsubishi Galant DE in NY. The quality and value was unbeatable, driving it until 2015 putting 200,000 miles on it without any issues just standard routine maintenance. The owners manual says to change your timing belt at 80,000 miles, I made it until 150,000 as my mechanic said I was driving a hand grenade. Other than that never had to do a repair like that. I sold it in 2015 and it was still in good working condition. I decided to visit Myrtle Beach Mitsubishi to see what they had. Keith was the salesman (now one of the managers) that assisted me with the Outlander Sport. Keith was straight forward no BS kind of guy, and got us into the Outlander Sport hassle free. We had the car for 3 years were bored with it and were intrigued by New Eclipse Suv so we visited the dealership on a Saturday 10 minutes before 7pm closing time. Jim in sales went above and beyond, never made us feel rushed with time. My wife and I were the focus. We ended up liking the 2017 Lancer and 2018 Outlander Sport more so we told Jim what we wanted and he got together with Ben the manager, Keith and Jonathan in finance to get us the best deal. It was the most unified effort I have been apart of, before we made our final decision we had Jim running endlessly back and forth getting keys for different cars, Jonathan was shopping the best apr for us, and Ben and Keith were in the booth figuring out how to make this deal happen. This is a saturday at about 9 pm, we did not expect this to happen that night, but Keith and Ben were confident they were sending us home with both cars tonight. Noone complained about time, being after hours, they worked until they got the job done! There were a couple of things we wanted after the sale Ben and Keith said would not be a problem, they kept their words communicating with Eric and Tracy in service and received the same exceptional customer service from them. We are beyond grateful for Myrtle Beach Mitsubishi!

Myrtle Beach Mitsubishi has the best used car prices on the internet! Thats why I drove all the way from Charleston, SC to Myrtle Beach to purchase the car. When I arrived, the car was clean and ready to go. Met with Lee, the internet manager. No floor mats...only complaint, but the price WAY made up for it!

This dealership is full of it and I dont mean cars! Found a car online and went in wanting that car, but they wanted to put me in a car they wanted me in. Everything about this dealership is shady. From their sales people to their fianace department. They couldnt find the key to the car I wanted (Hyundai Sonta) but was willing to sale it to me with the promise that I would get the key and if anything was wrong with the car they would fix it. They actually wanted me to give them the keys to my other car because they had it sold already and basically I would have to make my way back home without a car! They shoved paperwork down my throat with hidden fees, added money that they couldnt explain and with a fianace company I did not agree on who also added on more money. The whole purpose of me going to get a new car was to have lower payments, but I would have walked out of there with a payment almost $100 more than the car I already had. I was putting $1,500 down but thank God my husband came and shut it all down. In the mist of leaving I left my check. The next day I called letting them now that I would be coming to pick up my check. When I arrived no one knew what I was talking about as if I wasnt even there 24 hours ago. After about 15min I left and called my bank to cancelled the check. So I thought I was done with them but ohhh no! Almost every single month since then (March 2017) Ive gotten a statement in the mail for a $1,535 balance. Ive called the dealership to ask about it but no one knows nothing. I ignored it for a while until this month when the statement came with the balance highlighted as if they were demanding payment. How do I owe them anything when I never purchased a vehicle from them. Again Im getting no answers. Unprofessional, shady and not to bright is what I tell people when this dealership comes up in conversation.
Went to look at a marage and some big event was going on so i talked to the salesman and told him i was looking for one in a manual but they did not have it and tried to get me in one cause it had a sport mode i told him i hate cvt Transmissions with a passion is tere anything on the lot with a stick. He replyed with no but if the payments are right could we get you into one today. I said again i want a manual so he sighed and said ok and just walked away. For some reasons alot of the car dealers around the beach are not friendly i guess i gotta go to charlston or florence
Wondeful experience. Had one vehicle that i wanted and they got me into it, Would highly recommend charidy or ben. They worked with me in a quick amount of time and mafe the process as hassle free as possible
How desperate to lure young couples in. You get a notice in the mail and you scratch off the prize label to see if you won a prize and they say your a grand prize winner. Even when you call they continue to confirm this and set an appointment up for you to bring in your ID to collect your 25000 dollar prize or new car. What a joke this place is. You could tell even the people working there feel weird about it when you walk in with your winning notification. Then you notice there are a bunch of other people sitting there witth the same paper and when they called in was told yes you are a grand prize winner. The head of this dealership should be ashamed to get hopes up of innocent people. People actually have jobs and college and to take the day off for this scam . I dont know how they even get away with this scam to lure people in. They must be very very desperate for customers and there is a reason for that. SCAM BEWARE!!!
Was considering trading my mirage.. had gotten a notice on my email from the manager.. the info was very misleading. Went to dealership.. bought a new one there before.. they werent helpful at all..this time.. i was very dissapointed..bad business..will not be back again..Edgar williams previous customer..
These people are scam artists and will do anything for a dollar taking my money and misdiagnosed my car. Which then I went and spent more money on to fix and it wasnt even this issue very displeased and will never go back for any automotive advice
Beware: this Myrtle Beach dealer is running a key mailer car dealer advertising scam. Very unethical businesses use these desperate measures to take advantage of people. I personally would never patronize any business using such a deceptive scam.

Worst experience ever! The minute you walk through the door you feel like you need to go to a rape clinic cause thats exactly whats going to happen. The sales guy I had Stan was by far the greasiest dude I have ever met. I should have left when they came back and he tried to put me in a car I didnt want. They should be shut down, The cars are the biggest piece of junk. I had a 2014 Lancer, drove it for a few months and got rid of it. Lack of power and the car s cheap. Go buy American and leave these goons alone. I will tell everyone not to go there and go somewhere else. They will not give you 5 thousand dollars for your trade, Thats all a lie.

Mike is not a sterotypical car salesman that everyone has dealt with at other dealerships. He is a no nonsense kind of guy that will get you the best deal that he can. He cares more about getting your business for years to come than just 1 sale. Mike is a true professional! Not only is Mike respected in car sales industry he is loved in the youth baseball community; which he has volunteered his coaching for years. If you need a new or used car get to MB Mitsubishi and ask for Mike Foltz or Coach. I promise you wont be disappointed.

These people are a joke. They told me I was approved. Keep calling me on the phone and texting me. When I told them I had no instrest in driving to Myrtle Beach for no reason, Anthony said You have been approved you just need to pick out your auto. Went down there picked out the auto. Explained to him, the payment I wanted. He came back as they always do asking for more money down and a higher payment. He said this deal is only good for today. When I told him, Thank but no thanks. I was going to another dealership. So we left. Three days later Anthony called and texted ma again. Said I still have your deal. You have to be her by 7:00 PM to get this. I informed him I was at wk an would not be off by 7:00 PM. That Brad was working on it as well.. Anthony got irate and said, well you guys can just deal with Brad. What a rude thing to say to a customer. I explained again to him. Dont live or work in MB. Not gonna just run down there at the drop of a hat. Brad sent me another text message saying he would talk with me Friday. I reminded him that Friday I work 7 AM - 3 PM. Guess it dose not matter anyway cause he never called or texted me back on Friday. My advice would be to stay away far away from this dealerships.
First time going there Eric was great help fair price, going back for oil change then breaks found my repair shop maybe next new car.
The manager was rude, mocked me because I wanted a different car, and was very unattractive in appearance. Limited selection of cars on a lot that had a 1970s feel to it. Go to Subaru.
