Had a great experience like always and Harley Davidson at Broadway at the Beach very nice people that runs the store I always enjoy talking and visiting and also enjoying great buys on Harley Davidson stuff

Definitely a cool little store. Went with my coworker to get her brother a shirt for his birthday. Had a bunch of different shirts and little gifts to get people. They go up to 3X and 4X on alot of their clothing to which I thought was cool. You dont see that too often in smaller stores like this. Definitely a place to check out if your looking for Harley Davidson gear!!!!

Felt out of place even though we were dressed in Harley gear. Cashiers never spoke to us once yet greeted every other customer and were happy to speak to other patrons. We walked out after 10 minutes of no help. Lost business.

Bought my last 2 bikes at myrtle beach harley and was treated great by everyone. Big shout out for Beth in clothing and Bob and Tyson in parts and Shawn in the service department. What a great bunch of people. Thanks for being there!!

Terribly rude to my husband who just bought a brand new Harley from our hometown and received a gift card. When he presented it at this location instead of kindly letting him know they dont honor the gift cards at this location they were extremely rude and acted disgusted that he was making a purchase. We have been to many Harley Davidson locations and never experienced such rudeness.

No mask no entry!!! Employee standing at the door ask if we had a mask and didnt bother to offer the group of six people I was with one either. Never asked if anyone had medical problems restricting them from wearing one which several of us do. There loss not ours, we took our business to the dealerships at north myrtle beach and south myrtle beach and spent several hundred dollars at both of them.

In for some golf and stopped by the local Harley Boutique. Plenty of accessories. You almost forget this is a motorcycle dealership. Good selection of bikes, Used bikes are priced like a dealership. Store layout is very well done. Salespeople seem very knowledgeable about the product, But because of the technology are forced to sell lifestyle still. I would buy a bike here if I had to. I did not try so I don;t know how they negotiate or treat their customers in those situations but the place is well represented.Another great Harley store is Beach House Harley up the road about 30 miles into NC. They have a huge store and salespeople are not dyed in the wool lifestyle guys. They just sell bikes. Worth a look.

These guys are okay but the sales experience is like buying a car. There seems to be a culture of squeeze every penny out of every deal or else,which in all fairness comes from the top down.. You will see a salesperson, a Sales manager and,F&I guy. or give MB Harley a chance to beat beach. Unlikely You can tell when you walk into a place what the culture is of ownership.These people are under pressure.Their prices are not transparent on new stock and used stock is priced extremely high. There will be a lot of money added to the deal after MSRP for fees freight, Set up Its the 90s her all over again.Harley Davidson is not a rare commodity anymore. There is plenty of stock and even leftovers. No need to pay top dollar plus a host of fees for a new Harley in this day and age. .I decided to try out Beach Harley up the road 30 miles.Different experience, Different culture. NO PRESSURE . MB Harley needs to change their culture but in a tourist town that is unlikely.

Great place. I came in to check out the bikes with my family the staff treated my kids well. I spoke with Juan at the dealership. He wasnt pushy like some others seems to put in the review. They gave good information and I walked away without the car dealership feeling

Its Harley Davidson. They had cool things and clothing Ive never seen at the stores back home which was cool. The couple working there were very nice, too.

Not a true dealership, no bikes or accessories. However they did have a large selection of clothing, prices were in line with the dealerships. They had a large staff that was attentive and helpfull.

Unless your interest is a new bike they dont want you in the store. We stopped for riding apperal for my wife and I was to by some bolt on chrome for my 16 FXDL . Their LOSS, told some friends.

The employees here are very selfish and will not assist you. A little girl brought cotton candy in the store and they told her she needed to take it outside. After she left with a parent the lady employee then went over to the other employee and said how can he not read. Very disrespectful employees. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE!!
