Were trying to get a tractor from them or anywhere service was okay they got a good stock of different stuff when I go by there and go back there maybe

I called and spoke to David, went in a day or so later and he had my tractor package waiting on me, I also had decided to get a Gravely zero turn, while I was waiting on my paperwork Fritz the Manager and Zack hope I spelled it rite lol was talking to me, I asked about the Pro 660 they said we will take it out and let you try it, knowing what already had my stuff picked out, I said no you don’t have to go to that trouble, well I wound up getting the Pro Turn 660 lol few dollars more and a lot more machine. If your looking for great products and awesome customer service those are the folks to see. I had to drive past a few other Mahindra dealers including one in my town to get to them.

I had to get a part for my tractor that I was not sure was even available. I was advised to check out Big Tex Agriplex. Plenty parking space and no waiting for Steve the parts guy.He was great! The part was difficult to find but his due diligence found it and everything I needed to do the job. He ordered it for me on Monday and I picked it up on Wednesday.Muchas gracias.

I really appreciate the way that Michael Fitzgerald and all his staff made it so delightful and stress less when me and my wife went to make a tractor purchase. He even went out in to the shop himself and helped his service guys get my purchase serviced and ready to go. They’re the best in the business. I had my tractor picked up Saturday morning, repaired correctly then delivered back to my home that same Saturday afternoon (that was supposed to be their day off) NOW that’s service. Mike Fitzgerald went out of his way to get us a ZT mower. He Had sold out of Areins but upgraded us to a Gravely at a good price. Because of Mike treating us like family, I am having some problems on my Kubota tractor so taking it toto him got repairs. Im sure it will work out good. Good to have a local business that is on top of things. Give them a try, you will not be sorry!!

Hands down best dealership around. I highly recommend anyone to use them for any outdoor equipment they may need ! Micheal Fitzgerald is the man you need to talk to! He went out of his way to lend me his personal mower when another dealership in town wouldn’t warranty mine while I was in the process of purchasing a new one so I could still get my customers taken care of ! He was also able to get mine warranted and back to me with no questions asked within a week! I will continue to do business with him for a lifetime !

I asked for an oil filter and a price on some other items the guy just dont listenI also had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to wait on meNow I did buy my gravely lawn mower from them and did get a good deal the back in needs work
