Thanks to Mattress Firm for the excellent service on North street. We were greeted as soon as we stepped in the door. Fast friendly service with no pressure on spending alot of money. My grandson slept very well he said it was so soft. Will return again . They were cheaper than three other stores on the twin bed.

I worked with Flor today and she was absolutely amazing! I came in and told her exactly what I was looking for (cooling pillows). She brought out 3 fantastic recommendations for me to try with varies profile sizes and had me try a few mattresses as well. Very personable and influenced my decision to buy since I was apprehensive about spending so much on a pillow. Helpful without being pushy. She is definitely a gem! Cant wait to try my new pillow!

The pillow I bought is nice, but there was an issue with being double charged on my bank statement. After several days, the extra charge was dropped. The salesman was helpful and not pushy in my search for the perfect pillow.

I walked in to purchase a particular pillow that I had left at a hotel, but loved. Paid almost $200 for it about three weeks ago. I was told it would be delivered to the store that following Monday and they would reach out. 10 days go by, I finally reached out and they said it wasnt there, it would come the next week. That scheduled delivery date was LAST monday, 7 days ago. I still have not heard about this pillow. Looks like Ill be shopping elsewhere after I get a refund.

I needed a mattress pad/protector that I believed at the time needed to be queen size. I am here temporarily helping my brother after surgery, and was basing this on info he had given me about the size. I had found the perfect product at Walmart, but they were out of queen size. I settled for the mattress protector at Mattress Firm because it appeared to be my only other choice. When I got the item back to his apartment, i immediately measured his bed before taking the item out of its package. It measured to be a full size rather than a queen, so I returned to Mattress Firm to return the item. I knew I could purchase the correct full-size pad at Walmart, so I did not wish to exchange the Mattress Firm item for a different size. The clerk was very nice, but apparently was restrained from giving me a refund because of company policy. I had to wait while he made phone calls to two different people to get authorized to make the refund. It took about 10 minutes. I also had to return the sheets I’d bought in the wrong size at Walmart. That process took about 20 seconds. Perhaps Mattress Firm could relax its policy?

RUN! Do not STOP at this store. When they go out of business I will celebrate for weeks!

The sales man was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful in finding the perfect bed at the right price point for me. It was a very positive experience except his mask kept slipping off his nose, which made me a little nervous, as I am immunocompromised because of chemotherapy, as was my mom Because of diabetes and copd. But we needed new beds and both of us were able to conclude our business satisfactorily . I’m actually kind of excited because o am getting an adjustable base bed for less than I expected to pay . They do offer disposable masks and hand sanitizer at the door as you come in . It’s a nice clean welcoming place to be . I do highly recommend it .

Had a warranty credit from a mattress I purchased at the Lufkin store 5 years ago. Roger helped me out picking a new mattress that was much better quality than what I had before. We did run into some issues when completing my order, but that was due to my old mattress no longer being in their system. Roger was professional about the situation and was able to come up with a solution to complete the order. This is my 3rd purchase from Mattress Firm, but first at this location and Im definitely recommending people go buy a mattress from them

Super helpful guys, especially Connor, who was patient as i tried about eight different mattresses over and over across two days of shopping. Health safety measures in place due to COVID-19 were very much appreciated: a disposable pad was provided for pillow use, clear signage out front indicating that face coverings were required (even though a customer was helped who wasnt wearing one), and a table just inside containing masks and hand sanitizer for customer use. Quick financing process with minimal paperwork. Definitely recommend.

The representative that helped pick out my mattress, Connor, was knowledgeable and laid back. He let me know about all of the sales going on at the time that I came in and got me set up with a quality mattress as well as an adjustable base frame that was part of one of the sales going on. It was a quick process and Connor did an excellent job

My wife and bought a mattress on December 6th, 2019. The mattress was slated to be direct shipped. After 10 days mattress had not been pulled at the factory to ship.The local store had the same mattress in the king medium firm. The store manager attempted to change the ticket and do a swap for the same price, however corporate offices are closed on weekends and do not provide support to the local stores.We moved into our home without our mattress or an exchange.

Have to give kudos to these 2 salesmen!We explained what we were looking for, what our budget was, and received superior customer service!Salesman moved mattresses around, answered questions, and helped us to quickly choose what we needed.There was no b.s. in this sale.Ive never bought a mattress so quickly!When we asked about financing, all options were sufficiently explained and applied for.We chose to finance, to help raise a credit score back up from a recent hard credit search, knowing we would pay the balance on or before the first billing cycle. We were grateful for this option.Went back the following day for 2 pillows, 2 sets of sheets and 2 mattress protectors.We appreciate the service received!

We paid in full for a mattress. When we arranged to pick it up, we were told they didn’t have it in stock. Two weeks later, they still haven’t received it from their warehouse. Today, we were told they could have it by the 31st. No, thanks. We cancelled the order. Will look elsewhere.

Roger (the manager and sales associate) was awesome!! We stopped by Mattress Firm fairly close to closing time on a Saturday with our two kids to look for a new bed for them. He took the time (which went past their hours) to help us go through a few options for the kids (and only laughed as our two young, wild boys ran around taking the store’s toys from bed to bed). He even let my husband and me try a few of the beds (knowing good and darn well we weren’t buying one for the grown-ups) :)We opted to not purchase our mattress today, but regardless as to whether or not we go with the mattress from this store, I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking to purchase a mattress!We currently own a SleepNumber, but due to his level of service, I will try the beds at this store and give serious consideration to moving to a brand this Mattress Firm offers!
