Found everything I was looking for. Store was super clean and everyone was very nice. All associates even asked if I needed help.

Staff is very friendly, and the store has a nice layout. Theres not a huge selection however. Some items have an abundance of my size, and some items will be very limited. The prices are also pretty high, but most of it is quality product.

Friendly service. Spent too much money in there, but easy to do with their selection of boots and belts. Great job guys.

Love this place, just a little pricey

I loved this location! McKenzie and Ashley did a wonderful job helping me find what I needed and are very knowledgeable about the product they carry. Wide selection of Western wear and work attire, including ffr!

I couldnt find the right boot bc of color but with the help of miss destiny we gave it a great try. She gave all the best advice of a great look and feel of comfort in the boots. She has really been one of the best person Ive dealt with that knew as much as i did in a boot. As the employee I give her 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Thank you for working with me.

I have visited different locations of Boot Barn and the staff here is one of the most helpful and nice bunch I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. While it isnt a large Boot Barn, the selection is still pretty decent. They still have everything from cheap work boots to high-end exotic leather boots and much more.

Great the young man that helped us has only been there 3 days . But was great in helping us find what we needed. Big store also. My husband & I both liked the big selection

The manager is very polite and has alot of knowledge. One my most worst experiences in my favorite store no help to be found period

Love this place my first time here and the employee Naomi who worked there was so helpful and we bought a great pair of boots. So stop by they have great prices.

I ordered a pair of workboots online for the Hubs and they didnt fit. I started going round and round trying to figure out how to return them and anticipating a long drawn out ordeal to get our money back or get another pair. Called the sweet girl at the counter with blonde hair(tall) wish I knew her name. But she exchanged them( even though we were not sent a receipt)for us and we got a better pair of boots. We are extremely grateful to them for helping us.

The Customer service was GREAT..we ordered a pair of Double H men work boots online..and they were too small..took them in store and had no problem.
