Tire suddenly showed low pressure while on the highway so I made it to their shop. I explained my issue and they said it would be a long wait, it was a Saturday. I told them that was no issue, there was an event downtown I could be at and I could come back. They kept insisting I go to a different place on South St. I still said I could wait and they just kept on about this other tire shop, ignoring what I said.I left and took my business elsewhere, to another reputable place. (That business had it fixed in 15 minutes and had more people in line than Firestone)

This shop always does what they can to take care of my vehicle. Great service!

I had a flat last night at about 1am. Hopkins Wrecker came out and pulled me to Firestone and got me to a nearby hotel so I could stay the night and could easily walk back here to Firestone to have my vehicle repaired. Firestone employees were here on time and promptly started to take care of me. Im all smiles right now.

I use the local care center in my home town for my fleet of vehicles . Upon arriving in Nacogdoches I tried for 3 days to get my Firestone tires rotated and on all three days was told they did not have appointments available. Funny thing is the app showed they did have appointments available everyday so I was led to believe they did not want to rotate their sister Firestone centers installed tires.Luckily I went to Walmart and within 10 minutes my vehicle was in their shop having tires rotated. Again I would avoid this location based on the above experience.

Had to get a tire patched because i had a nail in it. Took the tire there and they said they didnt do that today(witch was on sunday). Then I asked why couldnt they do it and the man said because we dont today!) I will never go back there!!

I went the other day to have my tires patched, and they said it would be a 3 hour wait, which is fine. But 3 hours pass and I call, and they inform me that neither tire is fixable. On one, the nail was in the “side wall” they said, and on the other, the “tread was worn down too much,” and they said I would need all new tires and that they could order them for me. If they were going to try to scam me, it would have been nice of them to let me know up front before wasting 3 hours of my day. I took my vehicle across the street to Herman power tire, and they had both tires fixed for a cheaper price, and in much less time. Watch out for these chains: they will try to make you part of their profiteering game.

Made an appointment online the day before, showed up for the appointment after driving 25 miles to the location and was told that they couldnt get to it today. A phone call would have been nice. Will not give a penny to Firestone again

I had a bad experience. After two separate visits for an oil change and no success. I was told they were too busy on first visit. On second visit (very next day) I was told I needed an appointment. On the previous day I was not told I needed an appointment. Simply arrive when they open to receive service. I decided to find another service center.

Amazing place for tires. Adam really knew what he was doing, and he did everything it took to slap 35’s where 33’s once were. Tires were less expensive than I was expecting, and my truck drives better now than when it was new. Definitely recommend this place for tires.

Richard told me to show up at noon for a general vehicle check, i got there and he Told me it is a 1.5 hour wait, I waited for 1.5 hours with no update and saw employees talking to each other and Richard was on the phone. Never going to go here again and if you value your time I don’t recommend you go here either

First and last time going to Firestone. Very horrible experience for a brake job. Waited 2 1/2 hours before they even touched my car and when I arrived there were only 2 cars ahead of me plus there were open stalls in the garage. They tried charging me for parts I know didnt need. I do not recommend them.

The customer service here is amazing. You can really tell that the workers here love their job.

I showed up and was completely ignored for about 5 minutes! No service was offered, so I went down the road to a good place.

Horrible service, had an appointment at 8am had to sit and wait for an hour over my appointment. Continuously letting people just walk in without an appointment and go before me, I learned that appointments mean absolutely nothing here. When asking about how much longer it would be, after it was already past an hour, they tell me that I was 3rd in line, which would probably take another hour for them.

An amazing employee! Eduardo was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Went to another tire shop previously and they messed up the balancing of my tires. Thankfully Eduardo was able to fix their mistake and i was able to go back to driving normally. Definitely recommend Firestone.

I came in about two hours ago, since my rental car had a flat tire. I am here on a business trip, therefore don’t have much time. Adam was a pleasure to work with and he expedited the work order so that I could be back on the road ASAP. I can only recommend this place! Taking the car now and leave very happy.

Awesome Service!Needed new tires (special size no one carries in stock) for my vehicle. Firestone was more expensive than WM, but the staff at this location made the extra cost SO worth it. They even offered to drive me to my office so I wouldnt have to wait there. These are my tire guys forever!

Awful experience.They tried to take advantage of me. They had no clue what they were doing. Tried to charge me $800 for a starter and battery when my car stalled out while driving. That’s not a starter or battery issue. That’s an alternator or electrical problem. Total scam. And they had the nerve to charge me $40 for looking at the vehicle after their sign said free battery check. Terrible service. Tech and coworker kept walking away and talking to one another and coming back to try and scam me and my girlfriend. I’ll NEVER go to another firestone ever again.

I’ve been going to this Firestone for the past year, and I’ve always had good experiences with them. They do a great job and always help me find the right coupon to save money. They have always been very kind and friendly to me. Ask for Billy, he’ll take good care of you and your car.

Talk about a scam. I came in and asked for a quote on a brake light switch replacement (I would usually do something as simple as this myself but I don’t have any tools in Nacogdoches as I’m a college student staying in a dorm). He quoted me $39.99 for the part (which is the most expensive version that’s made) and he said that it would take “8/10 of an hour for labor which comes out to $92” so my total to change this switch with tax was $140. I went to four other places after this and each one quoted me a total of $50-$80 for the same service. Most of the shops in Nacogdoches charge around 70$ an hour in labor, if you do the math on what the Firestone guy said, they are charging $115 per hour in labor. That’s insane.

The staff were very nice, helped me pick out the tires that I needed and changed my oil. There was a wait, but they were busy for the day before Independence day. I just left the truck with them and they called when it was ready. great experience!

Took my car elsewhere for low tire pressure - told me the tires were fine. Two weeks later, I get the same message. Brought my vehicle here, they found a nail! Needed a belt swapped, showed me where and what the damage was. Treated respectfully and he educated me on the work! HONESTY truly is Firestones motto. My daughter had received two quotes for a noise on one of the rear tires both around $210.00. I took it to Firestone for an oil change and got the complimentary check. Jesus the technician adjusted the sway bar bushing that had fell loose. When I asked if I owed anything else, they said: no. I asked if it needed replacement, they said: no, it is in good condition it was just loose. GREAT SERVICE, WITH INTEGRITY 😊

Thank you for fixing our son’s car. He took it in because it was over heating. The tech told him the fan was just not plug in all the way and was coming loose. This fixed the problem. My alternator on my 2009 BMW M6 went out on a drive home from Houston, TX to Oshkosh, WI at 4 p.m on a Friday evening. Adam the Service Manager and Oscar the Service Technician, managed to get the parts ordered, shopped in and repaired my car by noon on Saturday, even though my car is a unique Make/Model that they had never worked on before . These gentlemen were extremely accommodating and genuinely cared about my situation when all of the other shops I called told me that monday would be the soonest that could even look at my car. This store and these gentlemen deserve recognition for going above and beyond to help a customer. I will forever be a customer of firestone from now on. Thank you for everything guys!!!

I hate this place. They dont honor warranty or take care of rotations that I paid for when I bought new tires but they are the only ones open on saturday in Nacogdoches apparently.

I got there at 5:20 pm. I ask them to fix a flat tire on little Nissan frontier. They said it was to late everyone but one person had left I asked if their hours were to close at 6 pm they said yes. That is second time they did me like that the other time I was wanting two new tires at 5:30. I dont get off work until 5:00 pm

Excellent Service! Im from out of town and had went to several places to have tire service done. Everyone had long waits and the customer service/ way I was greeted was subpar. I almost was just going to wait to get home but I just felt it best to get the service done if I could. I desire to be safe on the road. I was greeted by staff and manager, car was serviced right away and when it came time for the bill to my surprise...it had been taken care of. I felt blessed and this left and impression that while my child is here getting an education...we found the new car shop!

Billy went all out!!!! We were on our honeymoon and our car broke down after we had driven all through the night to get to our destination. We got to these guys and they went above and beyond! They even worked overtime so that we could get back on the road!! Very friendly and helpful! Very knowledgeable as well!

Good Service

My car was having several issues, so I took it in and paid to have an inspection done. They checked everything off, and said they couldnt find the problem. Took it into a real mechanic that does things other than little tire changes, and he found the problem right away. Which is funny, because firestone checked it as fine and in the green when they did their inspection. Thanks for a waste of a few hours, and my money. Go back to night school and learn a little more.

Over 2 hours from home a couple of years ago, my tire was losing pressure. They fixed me up in a jiffy. Sure feel lucky to have had them on my side, and a friendly manager to keep us updated.

I WAS PREVIOUSLY TOLD BY A HONEST EMPLOYEE THAT MY REPAIR WOULD COST ME ROUGHLY$262. BUT THE NEXT DAY WHEN I RETURNED TO RETRIEVE MY CAR I WAS TOLD MY CHARGES WERE $672.24!!!.

Adam was Awesome! I discovered I had a flat on my car as I was leaving work at 5 o’clock. I walked to Firestone and he went with me back to my car. He changed the flat using my spare tire then took it back to the store where they patched it and hit me on my way within the hour!! He was fantastic!!

Firestone at 112 North Street in Nacogdoches —Reasonably Fair Priced, Knowledgeable, Patient, Will not patronize you, Acommendating, and was recommended to me by a family friend. Read reviews and called and spoke to Nick. I explained to Nick that I believed it was my clutch line in my Nissan Altima that needed to be looked at and bled. While they do not do transmission work he verified with Billy Banks if this could be done. I told them I was going to tow my car there but wanted a wrecker recommendation. A refreshingly polite professional, amazingly reasonably priced and quick Billy Ross Wrecker towed my car to Firestone. Many customers were ahead of me. It was 2pm on Monday. On the phone I had previously explained what I experienced on the drive to Nacogdoches from Austin breaking down twice (almost a third) after down shifting and applying my brakes to stop. My clutch fluid ran out and my car then would not restart. I didn’t connect this as two separate issues because each time I refilled the clutch fluid and sat for 45 minutes to an hour it restarted.( My 3.5 hour drive turned into 8 hours. ). In my haste I gave them the wrong number. I wasn’t worried I hadn’t gotten a call yet cuz they were extremely busy. I was tired still. I called Tuesday Adam let me know that it was actually the External slave drive that needed repair.Adam explained everything (and lateroffered to show me the old part,) I was given an estimate that proved to be exactly what I paid excluding taxes. I wanted to pay and go eat while they wrapped up fixing my Nissan Altima. Adam made sure that my daughter and I had rides before ending his shift. Later Nick called to tell me it was fixed but would not turn over to start. I’m so excited I think ah it’s probably just needs to sit and reboot or something I tell them so. I end up realizing after I go up there when my daughter reminds me that I didn’t have the problem until my drive to Nacogdoches and now that the clutch is fine it had to be something else. Nick was very accommodating. I then realized I had given the impression it had a quirk starting instead of a new issue. Nick reminded me that when he called he told me that Jose tried jumpstarting it. I asked if I could just leave it in their bay and call early and see if they could run diagnostics on the starter etc. No problem. I called early spoke to Billy Banks explained I had misspoke and the not starting was a new separate issue that occurred while on my way to Nacogdoches and went into better detail. Billy had a much clearer picture now. While they still checked out the starter system, it ended up being a tiny piece of plastic interfering with my ignition system. They unwedged it and it started up. I went to pay. They declined payment. Wait what??? No additional payment?I had improperly misdiagnosed my own car, gave them the wrong number, left my car overnight twice—once in their bay, miscommunicated about my starting problem, and had Nick looked at pictures of my dog and my sons dog.I live in Austin. There are great mechanics there. But I cringe with anticipation at the Cost of a tow (150-200 just to show plus mileage)I prepare myself to be talked at, talked down to, and prepare myself that I may have to sell a kidney or go so far into debt just to have repairs done on my car in Austin. Estimates in Austin are so inconsistent for the same work that it is like spinning a wheel and praying for the best.Firestone in Nacogdoches is not that way. I can not stress this enough. And guess what I learned today? Mr Banks has a son that works at Firestone in Austin. My family here has a new mechanic in Nacogdoches There are 4 cars here. I now have one in Austin and so will my son. And Firestone has 2 female mechanics in Tyler Texas. By the way my daughter got her oil changed by Firestone in Nac while they fixed mine.Did I mention my driver side window would not roll down and I forgot to mention it to Firestone. Jose fixed it... they said just a fuse no biggie. A little extra surprise.. a touch of kindness on this sweltering July day.

We waited here for an hour to be told that the tires I had previously called about were unable to be found. We were then offered a more expensive set at the same quoted price and after waiting another 30 minutes told they werent able to be found. Then offered smaller tires, and when my husband asked to see them..guess what, they werent there either. Disgusted at the horrible service and lack of knowledge about their merchandise. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT ESTABLISHMENT!

No good at all. I wrnt there for aliment and they miss a part calls rocketpinion they cut the gaskets and they did not fix it. when 4 times to try to talk to the manager and never there when i find him he say he will order the parts but when they try to put the parts he call me and let me know that they had broke the part amd he say that he couldnt fix it sny more. so i have the car parking now for 2 months

Waited 2 hours for steering alignment despite having an appointment. I was told the delay was due to some other cars difficult mechanical problem.
