I was alone in the middle of a 7 hour trip and check engine light came on. I continued to drive till I saw your Hyundai sign and immediately turned in. It was 45 minutes till closing and Gordon Ellsworth did everything to check out my vehicle and comfort me, as the engine had to be replaced. He made sure I was safe and comfortable while I waited 1 1/2 hours for my husband to come get me. For the 2 1/2 weeks they had my vehicle he kept me informed on the progress being made. I could not have broken down in a better area. I am truly thankful for everything Gordon and the others did to help me when I felt totally helpless. Job well done!!!

I brought my truck in for an oil pan gasket leak and since it was going to be there asked to see if the recalls could be fixed as well they said yes. I get a call telling me my truck is ready, that they fixed the recalls but didn’t have time to fix my oil pan gasket leak and I would have to make another appointment for that. When I asked Sam why would I have to do that if they had my truck he said they didn’t have the time to look. So I go to the dealership and ask for a service manager and the manager said the guy working on my truck wasn’t able to lift it in the air to check where the leak was because his 2 lifts were in use. I told him not my problem I schedule an appointment and waited a week for it then now it’s not fixed or even looked at. The service manager then said they could come pick my truck up from Lufkin at my job diagnosis it then bring it back and order the parts. Once parts got in they could come pick my truck up again, fix it and bring it back. He said he would have to talk to his maintenance guy and see when they could do that and then he would call...I picked my truck up Monday and today is now Friday and I haven’t gotten a call! Good thing I already called a different dealership and they got my truck in on Wednesday. Also when I took my truck there was NO check engine light on but when I picked it up it was on...very fishy! I WILL NOT USE NOR RECOMMEND REX PERRY FOR ANY DAMN THING!!!!!!!

Im usually very happy with my experience, however...When i received my car after it was serviced, i was told that the Air Bag indicator light needed to be checked out. The associate even informed me that the airbags probably wouldnt work while the light was still on. I believe the best course of action, and great customer service would have been to have the light checked while it was being serviced. I will have to schedule an additional appointment to have the indicator looked at. This was disappointing to me.

The salesman was very professional and helpful. The experience was pleasant without a lot of high pressure salesmanship. He worked really hard to make sure I was satisfied.

We live about 5 to 6 hours from the dealership. Gabe worked with us and we had all of the details and paperwork figured out prior to arrival. We test drove while they printed the paperwork. We were there less than 30 minutes completing paperwork. This is how I like to purchase no hassle no haggle just sign and drive. The town was also friendly and the food and lodging amazing. This was by far the best and easiest vehicle purchase Ive experienced. Definitely worth the drive. I am sure I will be making this trip again.

Took my vehicle to another dealership for one concern and they created another issue while fixing the first issue. Jon Smith and the service department fixed my second issue created by another dealership and verified that my initial concern was not a problem. My repair was completed quickly and I was back on the road in no time. The shuttle service was great. I was able to get where I needed to go while my vehicle was being fixed.

Twenty four minutes from drive-in to drive-out service by a friendly and knowledgable staff. Full service oil change, State Inspection, tire rotation, and Multipoint Check-up were successfully completed by a SWARM of technicians that worked like a NASCAR Pit Crew!Oh, also this was much less expensive than the freestanding oil change centers AND the dealer automatically updates my service records to enhance my resale value. Why would I ever go anywhere else?

Pay attention to the vehicles when you’re looking at them. I purchased a used truck at above KBB value and a week later I find a huge dent in the roof. I contacted them about it and they knew it was there and won’t repair it for me. Tilley, my salesman, was great and I highly recommend him but don’t trust upper management. Review everything thoroughly because once you sign they don’t care about you anymore.

Well that was easy! Stacy Mathis made trading in my 2015 Yukon XL simple and effortless. He was professional but easy to talk to. He made communicating my needs and questions effortless.
