I bought a car maybe like 6 months ago and it was making this loud noise like a rattle. They told me that’s how all Malibu’s sound so me being young not knowing anything about cars I took it. Well it was motor slowly going out and when I called to clarify. His staff was very rude.The owner was always busy and he never wanted to talk to people over the phone, I feel like if you are the owner you should be able to answer a questions your customers may have. When I did get him on the phone he was a little a rude to me and he said he been selling cars for years and he don’t take diagnosis from any other repair shops. They came and got the car from the repair shop I had it at just to tell me the price was going to be higher when I could have left it at the repair shop it was at. If you are considering getting a car make sure everything is good on the car and don’t let them sweet talk you into buying a Janky, broke down car.

They were all very nice, it was fast and easy to buy my 2017 mustang. I love it!!

A friend of mine purchased an 07 Chevy 4x4 truck from them. A week later left him stranded on the side of the road. JC towed it to there shop and later called my friend to tell him the computer was bad and he would have to pay for it. JC said the aftermarket stereo was the reason the computer went bad. My friend towed it back to his house where I found the main wiring harness was not in its factory clips and was wrapped around the front drive shaft. I repaired wiring and truck now runs fine. Just wondering how many parts these idiots would have put on the truck and charged my friend before they figured out the wiring harness was wrapped around front drive shaft. Don’t buy their junk.

Bought an 05 Jeep Liberty from them less than a week ago. On the lot I noticed the vehicle had a bad pulling in the front when I took it for a test drive. The salesman said it was simply an alignment or a bad tire. Kept flip flopping between the two once the paperwork was already signed. If I could give less than 1 star I would! Extremely rude and do nothing to handle a situation or customer concern. After taking it to the mechanic I find out it’s going to cost over $1,000 in front end work that all of the ball joints are torn and control arms are rusted along with the rotors for the breaks being damaged. Not only this but the salesman asked to take it on a test drive with us in vehicle to show that it doesn’t pull too bad while making it go 80 miles per hour could have killed us if the balljoints snapped! I called several times to speak with the manager they gave me the run around I had to call over and over and finally get rude to get an answer out of them. When I explained everything their words ( Julio jr sales manager sold to me by Adrienne the salesman) “ it’s sold as is I don’t know if Adrienne told you that or not” how much more unprofessional can you get?!?? Then I said is there a GM I can speak to, Julio says, “ no just my dad the owner he’s the one who told me to say sold as is” I will never do business with this place again and hope nobody else bothers with them either! They’ll lie to you, sell you junk, and possibly risk your life!

Avoid this place at all cost. They refinance the car twice so interest Is going to kill you. Not even the first week and I was having mechanical problems. Before I payed it off I took it to several mechanics and payed about $3,000 in work. One of the mechanics told me that he has fixed several cars from this same car lot. That says a lot about the dealership. The car was suppose to be $10,000 and I ended up payed about $17,000 in interest and mechanical work and that’s only because I payed it off in a year instead of two.

I’ve been had my car 6/7 months. When I first got the car I had to put brand new brake pad on the car, get new tires. The brake pad that were took off the car was non existent! I’ve been paying them what I could and as of yesterday I owe 400 on my car. Which I get paid 7 days after the note is due. They turnt the car off and repod it for being 29 days late! They didn’t even give me a chance to get caught up. And I know everyone struggles at times but 29 days and repossession. In the rudest way possible. A scam if there ever was one!!!

They repoed my car when I was a week late on the payment. And things were missing from my car including $10 worth of change that was in the console. I was not pleased with my experience

Never buy a car from them they sell the cars very expensive and the cars they sell are not worth the price theyre very dirty and check your recipts after every payment because they steal your money too
