Wrapping supply in store.Craft and art section. Toys. And I see a chair that is just right for me.Thank you Staples.They have a rewards system to help you save. Return ink cartridges, more money. Buy 30 $ to get more savings. Now I could be getting some of these wrong. But hey I love saving money. Dont just go for school. Go for you.

Ive never had any issues with this place. Checkout is fast, and Ive never had an problems with products Ive bought. The store is clean and they always seem to have what Im looking for. Great place to shop for all of your tech/office supply needs!

I use UPS service often and have only had courteous service. Those working at check out are equally friendly and provide a positive shopping experience

I have been in a few times specifically to utilize the copy and print services and UPS shipping as well. I always feel the employee who works the copy and print area is dismissive of my needs and quick to rush me out of the store. I feel like I can barely get my question out before she is trying to answer me and send me on my way. Sometimes she is handling the store front alone so maybe that is why she is rushing customers. Either way, a more friendly shopping experience would be appreciated. Also, FYI for those trying to return an item to Amazon using a QR code, Staples is and authorized drop-off location and cannot process the QR code to print the label. I posted a picture in the photos regarding Staples procedure to process Amazon returns.

Customer service last time I was here a week ago was excellent but today, it was lacking. I asked about a printer out of stock on shelf, guy went back to look & said he didnt see one but a lot of things not unloaded from shipment but that I could go online & buy & pickup in store to see if they had one, when HE could have gone to the kiosk they have & look it up for me. He didnt bother & was too interested in conversing with his coworker.

The girl in the business center was rude, told me couldnt do what I wanted, I said to her other staples have done this, asked when it was gonna b done she said she d call, normally staples will have this done in 24 hrs.i see if she even calls me back with the product as she acted like she didnt want to do it. If I get the product done right Ill change the stars

I went to have 2 copies made. The very unfriendly girl told me it would take 3 hours! Yes 2 copies, 3 hours. I went back after 3.5 hours and the next very unfriendly young lady told me I was next in line but the machine was down. She seemed very aggravated that I wanted to wait a few minutes to see if they got it back running. I finally got my documents and left. The 2 girls that were working in the printing department had ZERO customer communication skills...ZERO!!!!! I also returned an item while I was there and the gentleman who helped me (maybe a manager) was very nice, polite and had excellent customer skills. The young man from Center that checked me out with a purchase on the same visit was very nice to deal with as well! I give 3 stars for those 2 gentleman only!

The company may have a good sell once in a while, but they train their copy center to act booked up on orders as to charge express fees for same day service even when they have nothing in. Not to mention their squaretrade they sell is a joke. I bought it on three different items and each broke in different ways and squaretrade wont cover any of them.

Well, they have a wide selection, but everything else: the staff, the rewards program, the layout of the store, all just lack something. In non-scientific terms, it just doesnt have a good vibe.

Yesterday I went into the store, I needed help to find something in electronics, I asked, there was no one around so I asked one of the cashiers if there was someone in electronics who could help me, she said, I will find someone, yet she never moved nor did she pick up the phone to call anyone. Staples lost a customer in store & online.

The very best asset this staples location has is Octavious, he is the most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable person on their staff. As a repeat customer I am in charge of all purchases for my business and no matter what I might be needing Octavious is there to help. He takes the time to remember who I am and is more than willing to load my purchases in my car. I continue to do business because of his exceptional customer service.i strongly recommend if your needing help finding a particular hard to find item bypass the others there (sorry they are kinda rude) and find Octavious on any given day hes the man that is busy assisting anybody he can with a smile on his face! Thank you Octavious! Good job helping me keep RV Station stocked in all of our office supplies!!

Awful experience. Chandler must hate her job and her life becasue she looked like giant sourpuss the whole time she was printing my 2 page homework assignment. SO SORRY I MADE YOU DO YOUR JOB. Why are small town people the laziest yet the most entitled???

Very good and friendly customer service

Both store sign on door and website said store closes at 7pm on Saturday. I arrived at 6:32 PM and the doors were locked with employees still inside. If your store hours have changed, then change your sign.

The cashier was unprofessional and charged me the wrong amount. Then lied to the manager and tried to blame me for messing up the charges.

Not many desk choices to offer. A bit expensive also. Can get the same things at Walmart for half the price.

Fax machin is always messed up and there is no other place in nac to get one fax
