I had to argue for the deal posted in the cooler where the product was stocked as well as in the 7/11 rewards app. There’s no need to over charge customers and for the general manager to catch an attitude when asked for a refund for the difference is unacceptable. I only take it this far to review because she was general manager, she knows better than to over charge when the price is clearly posted on the product and in the app. Do better, pretend to care.
