It was great till my mom ran into a cart. Employees left cart in middle of isle. My mom tried to move it so others could get by but it seemed to aggravate the employees. Instead of pulling it out of way & saying oops im sorry for the inconvenience. But other than that its all good. Its Hobby Lobby!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Used hobby lobby app and saved even more. So love this store! Had to add straps to daughters dress and no clue what I was doing but they helped me through it confidently. Of course it was cold and she ended up wearing cardigan but it was worth it!

Great place gor Christmas supplies!!!

Im a crafter and other than ordering online its the only place that we can buy a variety of sewing patterns . Our familly makes their own costumes for the Renaissance Festival in Plantersville TX so we have lots of unusual items needed to accomplish this huge feat. Weve won 8 years in a row with 3 to 4 children and 4 to 8 adults so thats a lot of sewing.

The store is faced well, mostly. The staff are professionally polite but do either seem distracted when you ask a question or like theyre almost too busy doing something else and the last thing they needed was you getting their attention. Youd figure with things still running on pandemic precautions and our economy in recession that theyd reflect that somewhat in their overall prices. But if theres anything constant in this world anymore, you can bet its Jesus and Hobby Lobbys lofty pricing.

Not much of a selection as I have seen in other stores in different locations. But I do stop here often looking for items.

Hobby Lobby alway has great sales with the best variety. And right now with Covid they are taking more precautions and santizing then I have seen in any other store and I so much appreciate that!!

Love this place, I can always find canvases and supplies as an Art student. The prices are kinda high which is scary but it does have most of the things any art or supply place does. Just make sure to have a packed and filled wallet before entering. As well as great customer service

Had a great experience at Hobby Lobby. Young man in the frame dept. and a young lady who had just clocked in both helped me find what I needed. I am going to do some painting and had no idea what to buy. They gave me expert advice.

Only one person at the checkout. Waited at least 5 minutes before someone else came up. Its early July and they are already filling the place with Christmas stuff. But, Hobby Lobby is one of a kind and it is the go-to place for home decor and crafts.

I love this store. It is well organized and they have just about anything you could think of. I personally spend hrs there when I go so many beautiful crafty things.

I have found a new hobby of diamond bead embroidery and these folks here at the store or extra helpful very friendly at suggesting what I might need or like they were just all-around great to work with

Budget crisis! I swear everything on the store was 50 percent off! The only reason for thr 4 instead of a 5 star rating was the check out lines. There were at least 15 people in line, waiting to be checked out.

Practically every thing anyone needs, for just about all your hobby and craft related projects. Seems there is always items on sale. Almost every time I go looking for an item needed, for a project, I find it. Plus I see things I want everytime. The staff were very helpful and polite.

I love everything about Hobby Lobby and the discounts

Wide selection of materials, equipment and other items for arts, crafts and handiwork (sewing, yarn, painting, art frames, wedding items, artificial flowers, etc.), plus lots of decorative items and some craft/kit items for the younger crowd. Things I want are usually in stock. Holiday items are available (literally) months in advance. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Dull music selection (instrumental hymns), but that hardly matters.

They have employees that goes that extra mile. I love their sales as well well.

Bathrooms desperately need to be upgraded.

Staff can rarely tell you where anything is. Ailses arent labeled. They wait till the lines are five deep before calling for more cashiers.

Fast and friendly service, even before the holiday rush they were quite cordial in expediting our last minute purchases.

I took in a large painting that l wanted custom framed and matted. Will walked thru the process with me, giving suggestions as we went. They have a new system now with a camera over the counter that allows them to set up everything, including the matte, frame, etc and show you what it will look like on the screen before you finalize the order. Awesome experience and affordable.
