Need to get people who are friendly to check you out who will treat you like a person.Also need 2 to be checking not one and so slow you have to wait forever to be checked out while people give up and leave the store.

I usually like shopping at goodwill because of the treasures that I find but the employees have always turned me off. Typically the employees are rude but I’ve always made excuses for them, like how they are probably stressed college students etc; however, this time around I will not. After convincing my sister that goodwill has great secondhand toys for children, we took my nephew to Goodwill to buy a “prize.” The employees at this goodwill, however rude I expected them to be, I wasn’t expecting them to be outright disrespectful. As we’re in the store, an employee stops my 3 year old nephew to yell at him to “stop running!” While this may be effective, I personally, find it more respectful to talk to an adult that way, especially when it concerns a toddler, but the employee thought otherwise. After the initial confrontation and while we’re at the register, the adult proceeds to tell us that we need to watch our children. There are three adults with one toddler who was well watched over; therefore, the adult employee felt the need to additionally be rude and turn our business away. As I’ve said before, I have always thought the employees were rude, but I never believed it would come to being rude to a toddler, who doesn’t even understand what’s being said . No one should talk to a toddler that way. If you have an issue, please talk to an adult. All in all, don’t bring your toddlers to Goodwill unless you’d like to strap them into a buggy or have them be yelled at by an employee.

Clean and organized place.

This place is a joke. You donate things you no longer need and they sell it for full retail. No more helping the needy. That stuff is long gone. Dog poop and bedbug couch for $ 500.

I got some shirts just for the purpose of using the fabric to make other things. Ill make a throw pillow cover from a custom western blouse, a house dress from a mens tall shirt.

Enjoyed myself exploring my local Goodwill. Well maintained. Lovely merchandise. Good prices. Nice staff. Bargain, sales. Seasonal. I was looking for baby and crafts. Out of luck on yarn . They said that sells fast. I had fun just looking around. You never know what amazing item might be lurking. Some really cute clothes, just not my size .

Staff here is terrible.the last three times ive been by theyve been rude as hell.the woman has no customer service, even as you pay she is rude and very off putting.today is the last time, ill ever go back this place.

This is the nicest, cleanest and most organized Goodwill Store I have ever visited. I live in another town and ours is not nearly as nice as this one. I will definitely be back next time in the area.

Prices are lower than the womens crisis center. Some staff are volunteers but try to help even though they are to get someone who works there to help you. Ive had great experience here each visit. The manager and staff are very helpful.

Always shop this Goodwill when I visit Nacogdoches.

Goodwill needs to really work with their front end people on service. Sometimes it is good, sometimes it is okay, and others you just want to leave. Retail is not the easiest job, especially secondhand thrift store, but they could put some effort into being at least content.

The Manager Ms. Kim was rude to my daughter and when I brought it to her attention she back peddled with her words and attitude. This is a store Id never shop in. It needs to be cleaned /organized better.

I dont do much shopping here like I used to, but Ive been redecorating my apartment lately, and my bf is redoing a house in Garrison and needless to say, we LOVE the goodwill drop off. Ive brought in name brand clothing, some GOOD stuff. So I know theres good finds in there once things get sorted. The workers at the drop off are always extremely helpful and friendly. Theres only been one time I guess there were at lunch but no one came out, and so I dropped my stuff off to the side and left, I needed the space for groceries and needed what was in the car OUT! When I did shop there I found some great deals.I dont believe the remodel did anything other than cosmetic because its not any easier to find those hidden gems or anything, they really made the storefront more appealing but its just as mixed up once you go in like it was before, it doesnt seem as through the employees ever go through and make sure clothing items are hung according to Goodwills specifications, I mean you could find an XS long sleeve black henley w/ like pink tank tops, its just RANDOM. But

One of my favorite Goodwills. The unique make up Nacogdoches residents and their donations leads to some very interesting finds for almost anyone.

Still one of my favorite Goodwill stores. Always has great shirts.

People are donating things to them and then they jack up the prices like they trying to get rich. I just dont go in there any more I rather go buy it BRAND new then pay the OVERPRICED they are asking for.

A bit spendy for what the items are. Waited to pay for an item and an employee stood right in front of me chatting on phone and never stopped. I waited for about 7 minutes before being helped by another employee. I was about to walk out.

Goodwill does not know how to price use items. Way over priced on many of there items. Example . I bought a plastic plant pot at Wal-Mart for $.99. Goodwill wanted $1.99 for the same pot. Im not likely to return.
