I went through the drive through and requested a strawberry banana smoothie, they only had mango and strawberry. So I ordered one of each and a few other things. I drove around to the window to pay and was asked to pull around to the front as my smoothies were not finished. So I did. Well a different man other than Gary the cashier brought me my smoothies out. He said since there was a big gap (empty space, hint not a medium) he added a scoop of ice cream (I’m guessing to fill for the space). This ice cream that was added in my strawberry smoothie was flavored ice cream with some type of caramel drizzle on top. So imagine a strawberry smoothie with a caramel vanilla scoop of ice cream mixed in. Then the mango smoothie was mixed with something chocolate. Just imagine if we were allergic to something that was not in what we originally ordered. I will be reaching out to corporate. This is ridiculous.

This location is giving Baskin Robbins a bad name. My family left disappointed and frustrated.We went inside to place our order. Cars kept coming through the drive-thru, so we had to wait until the employees to the orders of EVERYONE in line. Not sure why we werent able to place our order between drive thru orders, or hold our place in order line, even though we were dining room customers.There were no labels on the ice cream freezer, or a menu of flavors. When we asked the employees the flavors of ice cream they didnt know most of them.They were out of tons of the ice cream flavors, and had doubles of several of the flavors so that their cooler looked full. No flavor of the month or basic ice cream flavors.After attempting to make some modifications by creating sundaes with the few flavors they had, we were also informed they were out of toppings.I should have stuck with my gut instinct after we waited more than 15 minutes to place our order and just gone somewhere else. Will definitely NOT be going to this location again.

It took a long time to get 2 milk shakes because they said the ice cream was frozem!!!!When we got it the shake was was like chocolate milk. Absolutely no ice cream.w

We sat in the drive thru forever to make our order then it also took forever to get our drinks. About 20 minutes of our evening wasted

Genuine customer service. Very polite and kind employees. You cant go wrong with coffee. Store is clean and fresh environment. Whats not to like? Unless youre some self entitled jerk that likes to make it difficult for yourself and the workers theres no reason not to pick Dunkin/Baskin.

Got a kids scoop- on cake .the server provides me with a kids scoop on Sugar - as well, didnt put a drop of ice cream actually in the cone.it was a quarter size scoop of ice cream placed on top of the cone.in what world do people serve ice cream that not in the cone?i asked why and she said - its just to difficult to put any in there.Ive worked at an ice cream shop- and it really - is - not. loli think they lady knew she was wrong bc she handed me a coupon with my receipt

Do not recommend. The last time we visited there was only 1 employee taking money, taking orders, and making everything. Never once seen him wash his hands or wear gloves.

Its ice cream, you really cant go wrong here. The store was clean, the staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Win Win.

Its hit or miss. We usually have to stand at the counter for 10 minutes before someone walks from the back to help us. I ordered the new dairy-free ice cream because of food allergies only to find regular mint ice cream inside. I returned it. And why doesnt regular cookie dough ice cream even exists here? Gotta go to Sonic. This should be a 1 stop shop. Definitely need to improve.

Normally get great service but not last night. I bought a cake and requested happy birthday be put on it. It took over 15 mins and finally I insisted they give me cake as is because I was in a hurry. I wont wait until the last minute again.

Order more cups! All they had was kiddie size and the lady behind counter didnt know how to do a two scoop ice cream...we told her to use a drink cup. Ice cream was great! Had nutty coconut...delish.

What a joke of a place! Went in on a few occasions and the employees look filthy and tired. Got the wrong change back and when I asked to speak to the manager they tell me she doesn’t handle that. What!?! I’ve contacted corporate and the police. This place needs some actual adults hired.

Gets worse everytime. We spend at least $20 in drinks, every day. Im not sure why they cant comprehend cappuccino blast. Did I say frozen coffee?? When we finally get them. theyre runny and not made the way a baskins cappuccino blast should be made. Also, when we ask for the drink, the lack of enthusiasm from your employees is beyond me. This place wont last long if you continue to hire lazy, non initiative taking kids.

They got my order wrong and took too long. At least the coffee was good.

Most of the items on the menu they did not have.Especially the brownies and waffle cones, theyre was only 1 guy running the store so the wait time was outrageous for just a single SVP of ice cream that I didnt even go there for.. This place is too expensive to operate like this.

Never going back and I was a loyal customer. This place no longer has the very cheery girl who handled the whole store and replaced her with 4 other people who do not have donuts ready for the morning rush and do not know anything about coffee.
