Ms. Yarbrough is wonderful. She is very thorough and has a great eye for symmetry and detail. Not to mention shes just a fine person. Cant seem to remember the cats name, but she was delightful, too. Were very pleased with the uniform shirts she embroidered for us, and will certainly go back to her when we need more. Not just for the outstanding work she does, but she doesnt charge nearly enough. (But, dont tell her that! 😉)

Ms. Nancy, the stores owner, does amazing work and has an excelent eye for design. She helps customers with pricing, materials, and design with such a friendly smile. The store is very easy to browse and look for different projects, and she has samples on display for about everything she makes! The quality of her work is impeccable, and gets orders done in a very timely manner. For anyone who needs custom embroidery done, I would recomend Ms. Nancy at Downtown Arts every time!
