Never had any issues with any match colors! Always on point, almost never have to wait. They do their job pretty darn good !

This store is the greatest I love the customer service here the guy is the staff theyre great I like their store.

The place is in total turmoil. I guess they are redecorating. I went in the front door and got barked at cause I did. I was very nastily directed to the front desk and wait my turn. I only wanted color samples which I was informed by a nice customer that they are up by the front door. So back I went and got my samples but I will most likely buy my paint somewhere else.

Customer Services was better than could be expected.

The staff are knowledgeable, kind, personable and always have great suggestions for a successful paint project.

Their customer service team is professional, knowledgeable, and very willing to help carry the paint out. The young man and woman were both helpful. I appreciated that she said that I picked out some great colors. It was tough for me, so being affirmed made my day.

We had a water spot on a popcorn ceiling. I called and talked with DJ at the Nacogdoches SW store. He recommended an oil based paint and we purchased what he recommended. When our painter started rolling on this stain blocking paint, the popcorn texted started coming off. The painter immediately told us this wasn’t going to work and the Sheetrock would have to be removed now. This was disappointing but the 6 pieces of ceiling would have to be replaced. That is the bad part of this story. We had used a quart of the stain blocking paint and after thinking about this, we decided since SW had recommended the paint and it did not work, we would try to return the un used portion. We went in the store and explained the situation to Paul and he immediately said no problem as he would give us a refund. He was Very Courteous and professional and we appreciate doing business with a professional that treats customers right. We will do business with this store because of this. New carpet is next.

Had a difficult time finding the SherMax caulking. Looked all over Lufkin and even Houston and most places only carried a few cases. But this store carries 10 or 20 cases at all times. Thank you.
