The storage manager really made the process easy and simple to understand. The price was very affordable compared to other storages we’ve used in the past. 24/hr access is also a great perk!

There no “security gate” even though I was given a code for it. My unit has a large hole in the ceiling. The unit next to mine was broken into and no one bothered to call the person renting the unit.

Reckless and not helpful. This location put an Auction lock onto our unit illegally and negligently almost lost all me and my husbands property.Thank god we found out in time by dropping by our unit and discovering the lock. We never missed a single payment. (And I can prove it with bank statements for the almost year we had the unit although.. some will not believe me anyway).We called to get it removed and after 20 plus minutes of waiting on the phone we never got anybody to come out and help us get to our stuff. We moved our stuff out the next day and discontinued our unit. Reckless behavior and careless employees. I would highly recommend you use some place else.

Safe location.

Super nice storage manager. The place could use a coat of paint, but thats not that big of a deal. We were looking for a small unit to store a few things for our fraternity, and thats exactly what we got. Would definitely recommend this business to others.

Had the same unit for years, never any trouble with the unit or staff. Biggest issue was the price increase, started at $72 a month, up to $84 last year, and $95 these past few months with any visible improvements or changes to the property.

They werent true to their hours so I called to see if I could get a hold of somebody and the people I contacted on the phone were very confusing and not very helpful. But l did receive a call from the manager two days after and he apologized and explained what the situation was for the absence of employees.

Well if you expect to talk to somebody good luck with that.. They say there hrs are 10-1 2-6 but when you call nobody answrrs the phone and the storage needs to get cameras how do you have all these storage rooms with no cameras. I had stuff in a storage less than a month b4 somebody broke in it and nothing can be done cause they have no cameras some of yhe worst storage in Nacogdoches i dont recommend this place sorry
