Great place to buy your furnace filter. Very reasonable prices.

Brandon has given us great customer service, offering to load the filters for my wife. Great prices and friendly staff. Filter Factory is easier than walking farther to filters in other stores. AND they can do custom sizes for me.

Nothing wrong with the customer service or the products here. The prices are good too. I do find it strange that they have 2 cats running around the store jumping on counters and furniture. If you have a cat allergy, you might want to avoid this place.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff, good prices, and they even make hard to find sizes that you cant find anywhere else in just a few minutes. I love to support local businesses, so they are my go to from now on.

Purchased our first and last filter from this company. Be careful and make sure you measure the filter they give you. The filter we usually purchased from home Depot is the exact size we require. The filter we received from this company was one inch shorter in the height thus you get less filteration although their staff will tell you its the best filter in the market. I believe if its one inch shorter in height it is lessnin quality although their is only a two dollar difference. Therefore we will not recommend this company due to its practices.
