It was late afternoon on a Friday and my refrigerator went out on me. I could have used ice and ice chests, but I have injectable medication that must be refrigerated. I called the Nampa RAC and spoke to Megan. Long story short...I had a refrigerator delivered and set up in less than 2 hours. Great customer service!

Customer service is not good I live in Caldwell and usually go through the caldwell store but I needed a fridge and they didnt have it at the caldwell store so I let them hook me up with nampa store when I got it it was filthy inside so we had to clean it before use they took off one payment which I suppose is better than nothing .then I needed a dryer so I go down to caldwell store this way I can see it and be sure its what I want lol even took my trailer so I could take it home but they refused bro transfer me to caldwell which I know they can but I decide to let them do it since apparently they didnt wanna transfer me I got the email with the contract and signed it got confirmation email and then called them to pay my money was supposed to be here that day but all of a sudden they dont have my contract and say I need to finish signing it which I couldnt since like I told them it was done lol at this I was working and trying to deal with them it got to my house and was not left because they figured I was lying or something didnt get it till next day and I showed them my email and guess what I was right about it not being my fault . Rudest store I have ever dealt with and Ive been using rent a center for a very long time .

Was looking into getting a new bed and thought I would try Rent-A-Center. Syvanna was so nice and helpful! She explained everything to me and help me find the best bed for my needs. Will definitely be back when we are ready for something else.

I recently took out a TV with Rent-A-center. From the beginning the application process was fast and easy. The customer service from all the CSRs is great.

My experience is always top notch with the employees at this store! Savannah and her team are knowledgeable and so easy to work with! They never hesitate to look for something not at their location and always go above and beyond!

A really good place to get all your home needs if you dont have good credit. You pay a premium for the products but hey if you have bad credit this is a awesome option. Friendly staff.

Went in with some questions about getting a new computer Syvanna was very helpful and answered all of my questions and helped me to choose the right computer for my needs . Definitely coming back in the future!

Love the people that work at this location. I have been getting stuff here for over 5 years and have always had great service!

When we hit a low point financially and found an alternative bed and tried to return it they took the frame, but refused to take the mattresses because we sat them out THAT morning as was discussed. Now we have recieved a letter in the mail stating we REFUSE to return the merchandise.

I went into this location and the staff here was really helpful.

After moving and store would not accept my payment after multiple attempts to make a payment... I returned a washer and Dryer, the store had a guy show up to my house with a gun to load the appliances. Regardless if he has a right to carry, still should not show up with a gun. Leave it in the vehicle. Most unprofessional place I have dealt with.

Manager is rude. Items rent to own can be purchased at the local Walmart for a third of the price.

Very bad service, I bought a refrigerator and melo delivered with the door down, able to tell them and they said xeso we gave it to them cheaply, and they had not even told me that the door was not useful, why would I buy a refrigerator that does not work? They were going to change me for another one according to Wednesday a week later, they open me up to tell you not always until Friday, people must understand they also have things to do and give you an exact time, according to what I bought it was new,. better would have bought second hand.

I like the service.
