Really good place for a great variety of art /hobby things. We went there to find a picture frame, and they have a really big selection. We found the one we needed plus its buy one get one free! great deal.

The DMC floss is not in order by number.This is extremely frustrating. Takes 3x as long find your floss. Got half way thru my list and gave up because it was taking so long.

My cashier was AMAZING! I wish I caught her name, but she had dark, long hair with some piercings and awesome makeup. She was very helpful to me with a return; but more notably, she went out of her way to help a crying toddler when the mom was overwhelmed and the dad was still checking out. Her customer service was excellent- she was kind, friendly, and warm.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Michaels. They have everything you need. It’s the employees that are the issue. One person at the register? I stood in line with only two people in front of me for 20 minutes before anyone was called up to the front. The manager on duty needs to be more aware of what’s going on in front of her store. Not impressed.

I always go here to get my paint supplies. Havent been disappointed by the selection

Very unprofessional manager. I called about a job I had applied for. I called back three times for a follow up three times. Each time, the manager said she would call back and set me up for an interview but never did. This is not how a business should operate. It’s no wonder they are short-staffed

The employees, when you see them, just look at you and then turn away going back to what they are doing. They have a lot of empty shelves and multiple low stock items that may as well be out of stock. We had to go to Hobby Lobby for our needs.

Browse all day! Big selection of crafts for kids. Sadly, they no longer carry cross stitch kits. You have to buy each component separately. Love the seasonal home decor. I always look for the sale items. Tons of parking. Classes for different skills all the time.

I would give 5 stars but many of the areas were empty or very low in supplies. Not sure why but if they can they need to keep there shelves stocked. There may be a reason. The last 4 times I have gone there it was the same and even less the last time. Dont know if thier supplies are hard to come by because of the situation these days. Staff are helpful and friendly. Prices are good and they have a 20% discount. I would go to hobby lobby because they have more selection but they got rid of thier 40% off discount and I need to save money where I can. Crafts can get expensive.

Michaels is awesome in the fact that they have a spectacular coupon that can be used once a day. Its 40% off one regular priced item!!!! That just made my day... well everyday actually!!!!:-)

I placed an order online for the pick up in store option. I came home to find that one of the items is missing. So I called to let them know. They are willing to give me the missing item if I come back in, however I do not have time to come back in. Hence why I did the online pickup in the first place. So I ask if they can just credit my card for the total of the missing item. Nope, not unless it is in person. What a waste of my time! If you are going to offer an order online and pick up in store to save your customers time....Get the order right!

12 people in line with only one clerk was very frustrating. I abandoned my cart. To buy something for $0.99 even though I needed it and couldnt find it elsewhere I chose to not waste my time in line.

Good place to get crafts and materials of all sorts for your decorative/festive needs. Pricey, but then again what craft store isnt? Has great customer service as well as open on sundays at a decent time compared to its competitors who open very late in the day or arent open at all.

I love this place! Its got so many cool things for home decor and arts and crafts, but I usually wait for the sales, because some of their home decor is quite expensive. So I wait till I see it on sale. They have fantastic sales! A very clean store and and always a friendly staff!

I love all their supplies, they have some really nice art medium alternatives so you dont have to break your bank. I always love seeing all their products.

One of our favorite stores to get craft supplies. We like the selection s available. They send out plenty of good coupons and we try to make good use of them. They are also good about connecting us up with a coupon if it doesnt download on the phone properly. The staff are pleasant to work with and helpful.

We bought some yarn here and we were wondering if a cupon would work, we asked the guy who was checking us out and he said It didnt take anything off and put his hands on his hips. So we asked why it wasnt working, and he said I dont know. AND HE ROLLED HIS EYES! So we asked if there was anyone who could possibly make it work. So he went on his mic and said, Hey, could I get a manger, these people want some cupon or something, I dont know. When the manager came over it took him a while until he could tell us why it wasnt working, whe the man who was checking us put stood there rolling his eyes and giving us attitude. He was so rude but didnt catch there names, they never said sorry for the inconvenience or even have a nice day. Horrible experience.

Great deal on a craft cart. However, as a general rule they dont carry what I am most interested in - Graphic 45 paper, Lawn Fawn stamps and dies, and certain inks. Craft Warehouse in Meridian is my go to place. The staff here though are very nice. Michaels does have paper, storage solutions, and lots of other craft goodies.

The young lady working foud exactly what I was looking for in seconds. Pleasant attitude a plus!

I used to go to Michaels quite frequently but lately it seems that I cant find anything Im looking for there and since they moved their baking section it doesnt really feel like the same place it used to. The overwhelming barrage of holiday stuff right when you walk in is a bit too much too but all together its still a decent little craft store🙂

Love the store but thought it was strange at the online pick up when I was in clear view of a worker in back for 3-4 minutes but not acknowledged or helped. Had to go up front to ask for help and then they called and sent me back to the back where the same person who ignored me walked up and helped me. I had thought perhaps it wasnt her department? Anyways, I got what I came for. It was perfect.

Michaels is my favorite of the craft stores in our area. They have the widest selection at the best prices and are open every day. The layout at each store is a little different and they sometimes hide sale items down isles so be sure to wander throughout the whole store. Usually seasonal and holiday stuff is towards the front but sometimes it runs into the other areas. Sign up for email coupons and get a heads up on when the best sales are happening. They also offer classes and craft activities for adults and for kids.

Friendly staff and clean area. Wish it was a bit bigger, when its crowded, you feel like you are bumping elbows with everyone. But they have all sorts of goodies and lots of sales.

If you are crafty and want to keep happy then this is the place. I was pleasingly overwhelmed with the amount of possibilities for anyones imagination. Wasnt familiar with the store however but the employees were very happy to help.

Michaels aways has good deals on yarn! But kinda wish they would carry a little more party supplies. For like lets say a baby shower.

Really great place full of great deals. My only issue is that sometimes you get coupons you cant use for 12 minutes, which seems weird.

Very crowded on Saturday and they didnt seem to be sanitizing at the registers which I would have liked to seen happen even if it meant a longer wait in line. Will wait to go in when its less busy. A lot of selection of supplies for most things.

The workers were very helpful and the service was great, absolutely no complaints there. However, not everything was in stock that I wanted to purchase during my visit. This was problably due to the high traffic during their Black Friday sales. Besides that, they did have other holiday sales going!

Theres A HUGE selection of almost anything you can think of as far as home decor and crafts. Anything I want to create, I can 9x/10 find what I need at Michaels. Their holiday selection is amazing! Its hard not to get in the spirit when youre looking at their selection paired with their prices. I always look online before going in for any deals going on.

This place is my secret to getting fun kids birthday presents. Im not crafty but I also like to cruise around the craft supplies and pretend I could do something with them. Ive found some neat decor stuff for cheap there too. Customer service is ify, but I think its because they can tell I dont belong.

Bit expensive, but they have most of what I need. The scrapbook paper selection of a bit slim, but tons of pens and markers that you can buy individually, which is always a plus. Theres also a large variety of paints, canvases, and art paper.
