After a lot of research and review i purchased the UTVCOM S4S setup for my Can am X3. High quality product with great fit and finish. Installation was about as simple as it could possibly be.. the helmet kit speakers and boom mic work outstanding and are perfectly clear even though i run race air into the helmets and a particular separator intake that both generate significant noise. You will not be disappointed with this product..

The Com is the greatest UTV radio intercom company in the business.Hands down !!!! Kirk went ten extra miles to assist me and get me all the right items needed to put into my Honda Talon. Everything works perfectly and fit and finish is top notch. Looks very good in my talon, Had lots and lots of compliments on how well it fits and looks. And the S4S COM & Radio and the Headsets work outstanding ( Cant say enough on how well it all works ) I spent less money and in my opinion got better equipment and the customer service is best in the business, every time I had a question they responded extremely fast and would explain the answers so I could understand them. Its a great company to do business with and I will do all my future communication needs with them.

Shelby, Kirt and Dustin are great!!! When I had an issue, they were very responsive, professional and wanted to make sure everything worked right.I have the S4S model. My friend has the Rugged. The S4S is so much better. Easier to operate and has so many more necessary features. I am so glad I have the S4S. My friend is ready to switch over. I would definitely recommend the S4S model.Have a radio makes riding so much more enjoyable. The headphones are comfortable, clear and easy to use. The covers keeps them clean and dust free. I enjoy listening to the radio or a book, but can talk to the passenger or other vehicles. The drive is so much more fluid when we can indicate turns, oncoming traffic, hazards. We don’t have to stop all the time.I like the feature where we can listen to a guide, but can talk individually to another vehicle.When you compare S4S to Rugged, The Com is the best decision

I ordered the s4s and headsets for my wife and I. It was then about 2 hours later, at about 6pm, when my wife and I decided we really wanted the Console set. I sent an email to utvcom and asked if we could cancel our order. It was within 20 minutes, Kirk responded and said our order was cancelled. Within a few more minutes my money was refunded, and back in my account. My wife and I reordered, the Console, and the next morning I was notified my order was on the way. Great customer support.

UTVCom.com makes long UTV rides a whole new level of fun. So much unwanted UTV noise is canceled out with stereo headsets. Hands free communication with your riding partner while listening to music makes the long rides all the better. Simple press of the remote CB button and you are chatting with everyone in your group even if miles apart. Great customer service and product quality. Can say enough on how impressive this company operates and treats their customers.

I decided to give these guys a shot since their price was right and like the idea of having actual stereo headsets instead of mono ones like their competition. Things installed well (lots of information and videos available for about any questions you may have). Been using on several trips without issue and their customer service it top notch.

I would like to thank The COM for a great buying experience! I just bought the complete X3 intercom system and could not be happier. It was a very easy install and sounds great. Great product and people to deal with. You have a question or need help, they answer the phone. Have their com system in both of my rigs, talk to each other now without yelling, Bluetooth works great and clear. Now I need to get the rest of my group to add these to their rigs.

Let me tell ya about the people at The Com...I bought two radio and Intercom systems about a year ago. I had a couple of small issues hooking them up and contacted them. Low and behold Dustin called me on a Saturday to walk me through the problem. Now a year later while on a ride I got into a hole that I shouldnt have been in and sunk my x3. The radio and intercom were mounted below the start button about seat high and were ON when in went into the hole. Well it drowned out and set iunder water for about 20 min till we could get it winched out. Called them and talked to Kirk and asked if I could send the units to them and have them see if they were trashed. Not only did he call me the day it was delivered to tell me he was working on it and would let me know what was going on. Make a long story short they were able to get me back going in just a days time. You cant ask for any better service than that. O and the units that were sent in are the same units that they sent back. GREAT products and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Kirk and Shelby for taking care of me and getting my unit back going for the big ride I have coming up.

The Com is a great company to deal with! I pre-ordered the S4S system and couldnt be happier. My friends that have rugged radios in their rigs riding my Can-Am I cant believe equality of the system. Worth every penny! They also cant believe that its in stereo on like rugged radio. We love riding in our side-by-side, but it has definitely been a challenge to communicate during our adventures. When husband discovered The COM, we knew it was a must purchase. It has changed our experiences so much for the better we we are able to enjoy music and conversation on our rides, as well as communicate with family in other machines who also have The COM. We were sold by the product itself. However, when the adjustment slide fell off one of the headsets on one of our rides, we were a little disappointed, but we understand things happen and we do have children that use them too. My husband contacted the company the evening of the loss after normal business hours to ask about how to purchase a replacement part. They immediately emailed him back asking for a picture from one of the other headsets of what had fallen off of the one. As soon as pictures were received they shipped us replacement parts at no cost to us at all! We received them within a few days and were easily able to repair the headset. We loved the product before and now we are lifelong customers because their service was above and beyond! Highly recommend!!

I purchased the S2 Unit about 1 year ago. I used it in my UTV for over 1600 miles without issue. It performed as advertised. Whenever I had a question or any minor issues Kirk and Dustin always made time for me. There customer service and professionalism is outstanding. I want to thank all the people at the com for the great customer service they give and producing a great productI had fell in love with the product at the time they only had a two person model and was looking for a solution for my 4 seat utv so I could communicate with my entire familyI was not disappointed it was worth the time I waited easy to install and I did the build your own cause my application was very unique. The cone part worked awesome just as expectedI had some issues with the radio part could not get out to other radios “ totally my fault got a connector wrong” but these guys where on the ball when I was asking for help even took the time cause I was local to come out and help me solve the problemHands down one of the best company’s I have worked with in along time

This review is well overdue . First let me introduce myself . Im a vet that has lost over 80% of my hearing in one ear and over 50% in the other . Im only correcting the better ear . So max volume and clarity is utmost important .In early 2019 I reached out to Dustin with The Com . After great customer service I placed an order . For a Plug and Play Rear Cross Bar unit w radio and BT for my Can Am Commander . The install was a breeze. I secured the unit quickly and easily w just to hose clamps . The unit is totally secure and out of the way . Due to living in the NE we didnt want the radio antenna extended too high above our UTV due to lower canopies than the west ., so we brought the correct length of cable and the remote antenna mount ..After the install in Sept 2019 the riding season was over before we could test the units . We have a 300watt soundbar installed and I had let my son ride up the road playing music and neatly max volume and we could hear the music balancing off the snow for over a 1/2 mile plus .This really shined some light for my wife and I . If we can hear this from so far away, we know others can hear our music as were passing through as theyre trying to enjoy the outdoors. To my wife and I it seemed like a huge level of disrespect. So this unit totally eliminated this issueSpring of 2020 we really put the units to the test . After pairing my phone to the unit we were off . (make sure the BT volume on your phone is set to max ) . So things werent just right, so we returned to the house for data coverage and watched a VERY clear video on how to adjust the VOX. We made some adjustments and have hardly had to adjust since. In the past I could hardly hear my wife at all when riding . The Com has totally changed how we enjoy riding . I leave my hearing aid in without any feedback in theOver the Head headphones. . We can listen to music at a comfortable level for the both of us. the VOX is set perfectly, where the music stops as either of us speak. Were able to zoom on our trails without feeling a disrespectful guilt of music blasting . I have taken a few phone calls while riding as well. and the callers can hear us very clearly as were zooming along. The Over the Head also act at good hearing protection, as they cut a fair amount of the engine noise .Vermont just changed the laws and 2021 will be mandatory Helmet Law .So we will be add on the helmet comWill add pictures soon

Let me start by saying Wow. These intercoms are awesome. I couldnt be happier with them. The noise canceling is incredible especially with how loud my airboat is. The voice quality is second to none along with the comfort of the headsets. The earmuffs also block out the noise of my boat better than any standard ear protection I have used. I only wish that I bought The COM S4 intercom system sooner. I will now be selling the other brand of intercom system that I have been running.

First I want to say this review is long overdue. After months of researching we decided to go with the The Com. We wanted to be able to talk to each other without shouting and with the people we ride with. I messaged The Com. The first thing I noticed was how quick they responded. We worked with them and set a time to pick up our radio. They walked us through how to install it and use it we never felt rushed or hurried. The first time we used it we had issues. I messaged them the next day and they helped trouble shoot the issues, it was determined that it was the power cord. They came to our house took the radio out, fixed it and reinstalled it the next day. We have not had an issue since then. They stands behind their product and go above and beyond where customer service is concerned. I would buy this radio all over again.

Ther people at The Com have bent over backwards to help resolve the PTT issue I had when trying to transmit. Then when I tried to go into the program to see if something I had done change a setting and accidentally deleted the program. They replaced the radio, the plug for the PTT (push to talk) button as well as the PTT. I could not afford to buy everything at once so I bought the radio after I installed the intercom. I placed the radio and intercom on the underside of the roof about 2 ½ feet apart. I know it was not a complete system that they normally sale and therefor some of the items could not be checked prior to me installing them. There can always be some minor issues with any radio system the customer puts together themselves. I can’t say enough about them making everything right when a small issue arrived, which I make bigger.I made a snow ride in RZR up Mann’s Creek, Idaho this Saturday (1/12/19) and the system worked perfectly. I enjoyed listening to music while we were riding as well as being able to talk to each other in a normal voice. The radio also worked like a dream. I don’t know of any other supplier that would go to such extremes to help their customers like they have with me. I just can’t say Thank you enough for all the help and professional service they provided.Dale Boatman
