Absolutely love the service! My dogs demolished my Jeep Wrangler - with hair, mud, and weird dog smells. My son had stickers all over and stains on the seats. I had heard of Elite Auto Detailing from a few people in the area. Since I believe word of mouth is the best advertising, I decided to look into getting some services done for my wifes car.First I reached out through email and James was very responsive and was able to answer all of my questions. Sometimes I feel that I can ask too many questions and get all the details. James had no problem taking his time and making sure everything was good to go.As a bonus James and one of his employees were able to come pick up the car locally and get it all taken care of and back the same day.It has been almost a week and my wife is still just as excited about how her car looks as the day they brought it back.James and his crew will definitely be on my list of referrals for anyone looking for auto detailing in the Treasure Valley.

Truly awesome results. 5 years of embedded dog hair and grime due to my neglect. I thought it was beyond detailing. But James and his team did a fantastic job. All surfaces from carpet, metal and leather were restored to new or better than new condition. There are plenty of detailers much closer to me than Elite. But knowing what I know now I would drive 3X as far to trust my cars to James.

Be careful with this place as you will get lied to over the phone. I was quoted 200 for some March madness deal when I set up my detail appointment and had to pay 500 when I showed up or they were keeping my boat...How thats ok is beyond me. Nothing in writing showing me agreeing to a 500 dollar detail. This place just alot of business.

This place is amazing. I called and within in hour they squeezed me in to get my car detailed after my dog threw up a few days before and the smell wasnt going away. James Valle at Elite Auto Detailing is absolutely amazing! I took my Honda CR-V in to have the headlights restored. I was very skeptical about it actually working. Ive tried many different kits and crazy homemade recipes I found online but none of them worked.It took him less than 20 minutes to work his magic and they look brand new! Im still in shock. They have never been so bright! It was very affordable too. Only $20 a light.I totally recommend this to everyone. He and his employees are very friendly and professional. It was a fantastic experience.

Took my car in for an interior cleaning and customer service was good on the phone and in person. Over Facebook messenger they said the interior takes 5-6 hours so I assumed the hand wash took 1-2 hours which is no biggie. I went took my car in @ 8:30 & asked around what time it would done, the man said 6-7 so 2:30-3:30 it would get done. I scheduled everything around this appointment because I’m trying to sell my car ASAP. 2:30pm rolls around and I had not gotten an update. I tried calling, but no answer & mailbox was full. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they’re busy. I called again at 3 and a man answered, so I asked around what time the car would be done since I haven’t gotten updated. He puts me on hold for a minute to ask and comes back saying it’d be done at 5:30pm. It ruined my whole schedule and I had to borrow someone’s car to get to work. They gave me an inaccurate time and it made my day very stressful. You might assume “Well your car must’ve been really dirty!” It was definitely not even close to where it would take 9 hours to clean. I mainly came here to get stains out and only a few were able to get out. Everything else on the dash and in between seats was clean and nice. However they didn’t do a very good job hand washing. It’s like they sprayed soap and water then dried it & then called it good. There were spots on my hood I was expecting them to clean off, but I had to scrap it off with my nail after I got my car back. Honestly not worth $150 to me, but I’m trying to be as nice as possible here.

Really good place!! James and his crew cleaned and detailed my car to look brand new. The car hadnt been detailed in over 10 years and now stains that i thought would be impossible to take out are gone in a couple of hours !! I highly reccomend these guys they showed me the gunk that came out of my car and i was in shock just seeing it . But now my car looks brand new and feels great to be in!!

Jamess crew did an absolutely phenomenal job with my Honda Accord. My car was absolutely filthy and trash from everyday wear and tear. They even got the smoke smell out of my car!!!
