The reason I like going to AutoZone is when you buy something like I need a new battery they come out put it in to an expert job and dont charge any more money.When I go in the people I talk to seem to be very knowledgeable which is also much appreciated. I highly recommend them.

Ive been to this location many times. It sounds bad, but there is always only 1 helpful staff member there, in terms of automotive parts and the wide variety of things they are supposed to carry, and its NEVER a female. The rest pretty much just know how to run your card when you pay. They rely on their computer system for any knowledge, past that, these people are CLUELESS when it comes to.... mechanics in general. But if you need something basic like a quart of oil or a tail light bulb, sure, just as ok place than any. Just save yourself some time and know exactly what you need and go grab it to avoid a potential AZ employee aneurysm

Id give a ZERO star if I could. Incredibly RUDE service. They act like youre imposing on their day. I know what good hospitality is...they obviously do not. Go to the OREILLYS down the street for better service.

Called about a battery. The store said they had one. Got to the store and rep said it was on a pallet in the back and it would take too long to get it out for us. There was 2 it here customers in the store and three clerks standing around and telling us that we can go to Caldwell to get one. We live 2 blocks from this one.... Pathetic

Knowledgeable staff and they even give you a $10 credit when you bring in a battery core. For me that was great because I brought into batteries save 20 bucks off of my oil change. Totally awesome I would use these guys

Nice staff. They are very helpful. All you have to do is ask. They will help you locate any part even if they dont have it. They also help you install things like headlights, fuses, wipers, etc. They can also diagnose problems with your car. And they will also have unbeatable prices.

Helpful staff and fair pricesThe store is always clean and there is plenty of parking. If they dont have the part you need, they are always willing to order it in and it usually gets there pretty fast. They also sell some other things besides just car parts. My daughter likes to go with me to get a candy bar.

Average auto parts store. Clean and organized. Staff is very helpful but its understaffed. While helping me at the counter the salesman took 3 phone calls. Very annoying and not fair to customers in the store waiting to buy. Found my part on line for75% CHEAPER same 1 year warranty.

A pretty good place for your car parts its clean and the staff is friendly although I reay with the prices were alil lower,wished the prices were alil lower and be great if they priced match as well as other auto part stores the one that starts with an O but over all the customer service is good I give it 4 start it would be 5 if they price matched!

Been here 4 times. Terrible customer service every time. Wont be back. They always seem to have something more important to do besides selling product. Ive stood in a one man line for 20 min just trying to buy shop towels. Oreillys is a block North and they help customers as soon as they walk in the door.

I thought the staff was great but in time you will find that 50% of them are Horrable. Starting with the store manager smitty Smith . I purchased a catch pan for oil changed and it leaked the very first use. I returned it to the store manager and got all kinds of attitude. He told me 5 times that he was pretty sure the store did not sell one of those the previous day. He went as far as to look it up in the computer to prove it was not sold to me the prior day rather then just taking it as a return. Ive never been talked to like that especially from a manager on such a simple return. I will never step foot in this store again.
