Sales person couldnt tell me anything about vehicle, but did get info from mechanics on what had been done to it. 2 stars because I was going to go in on Tuesday to buy a vehicle, asked them to hold after test driving it, and then the sales person sold the vehicle less than 24 hours before our appointment. Pretty shady. Would not recommend these folks.

My husband and I were just starting the process of looking to upgrade our little car as our family is growing. We had no intentions of buying a car so quickly and knew we were going to have some hurdles to overcome getting out of our car but the guys at Drive Happy were awesome to work with and made it effortless to get into our new car. We couldnt have asked for a better Salesman to help get this done, Robert and Mike were both great during the whole process and I would definitely buy another car from them.

The previous owners of this place were the best, Very helpful and honest! But the new owners are extremely deceitful and only care about the price of the sale. We were happy at first until we found out they sold us a car with a huge oil leak and a $2,000 warranty they literally just threw on there without even asking or explaining what it covers. Which it does not cover the oil leak and now we have to put another $2000 to fix the leak. They also told us we would be able to take the care to their shop and we called to get it in for the leak but then they told us that they have not been fixing cars there for at least a year. Will no longer be referring people and extremely upset especially since we cannot get out of the extra $2000 from the unneeded warranty. They also use a horrible financing bank now that charges a $20 convience fee to pay online and reports a missed payment to your credit after 5 days, luckily we can switch banks.

I have known the owners for a long time! Great people and amazing service. They will do whatever they can to get you out the door with a great rig.

I came here about a week ago with a friend of mine to look at a car, the car itself was in much less than great shape. The salesman kept pushing “we price our cars below bluebook” which would be true if they were in perfect condition. They claimed to do great maintenance on the cars when they get them from auction, but after very little investigation they don’t. Super pushy salesman just trying to sell you a car to make rent. I would recommend going to an established dealer with a name to defend.

This car lot is deceitful they are liars they have very misleading representation. They are very shady business. I would never recommend that anybody go here. And in fact I will always be sure to let everyone know that this is the worst car lot to go to. Jimmy was my salesman! Not pushy and understanding. I had my three kids whom were quite a mess at that time and they accommodated them all with cartoons and water and a comfortable place to sit (which ended up being more of a bounce house on the furniture). Ive bought Two trucks from Drive happy and have been absolutely pleased. We got what we paid for. Would definitely reccomend.

I am very happy with my experience. It took a few calls to get the price negotiated but once it was started they responded very quickly. Everything was worked out over the phone and before I even left idaho falls Brad called to inform me he found a service light was on and took it to get fixed. The shops were busy but they purchased the parts for me and had them in the vehicle when I arrived. Robert met me when I arrived and he managed to help us quickly while helping at least three other customers. He made sure everyone was being taken care of. He also washed the truck and was super nice all the way to the road. If you ask I am positive they will help you within reason. If you buy a ten year old car and expect it to be a barn find you will never be happy. Do your homework and ask questions, they would not purposely hide anything from the customer.
