Some dealers make you feel like they have something to hide when purchasing a used vehicle, however, Adam was real, upfront and provided us with everything we asked for. I’ve been taking my pilot here for service for the last 6 years. I didn’t even buy my car here but they treat me as if I did. Every time is such a great experience! Great customer service. Everyone is always so friendly. The service on my car has always been top notch! Even bought my tires here after shopping around and the price was very comparable. So nice to be able to get a tire repair, oil change in one stop and leave with a clean car!

Fast, friendly service center. We were just traveling through, towing a trailer when our panel lights came on. They gave us a spot to drop the trailer and worked us in. About 2.5 hours later, we were on the road with a clean truck and issues resolved. Thank you.

I called their service department in February 2020 to schedule an appointment due to my Emissions System Problem Light coming back on after being repaired in December of 2020.Prior to my appointment I started experiencing the alarm randomly going off at all hours of the day and night. Leaving me to keep my car unlocked during my business trip. (Very unsettling) When my alarm was going off, my 2017 Honda pilot display symbols started flashing and making electrical snapping, crackling sounds.On March 9, 2020 I brought my 2017 Honda Pilot in for the Emission Systems Light that was displaying and to add my Alarm issue with the electrical snapping and crackling sound to the list.My service advisor what just AWFUL! I waited all day for a phone call he said he would make, and never made to give me an update about my car.I finally had to call the following day at 8:30 a.m. to find out what was going on with my car. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!When I called, my service advisor treated me in a very condescending manner and called me a liar.I called the General Manager left a voice mail message and Im still waiting to hear back.Again, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Glenn the Service manager went above the call of duty saving me $1200 replacing a light fixture gratis and when that did not solve the problem, diagnosed the cause and determined it was due to a faulty alarm system put in by a 3rd party at another dealer. He also assisted me in getting a partial refund for the diagnostic from the other dealer.

I took my car in to get it serviced and after telling me it wasn’t anything that was still under warranty they handed me an estimate for $1600 worth of things they said needed to be fixed. After taking my car to another mechanic I learned that only one thing on that list needed to be fixed and was fixed for $120. They said my blower motor needed to be replaced because it was broken, the other mechanic found a dead mouse in it and no damage to the blower motor. They said there was a crack in one of my belts, my mechanic said it looked like it was in good condition. They said so many things were wrong when they weren’t and thankfully I wasn’t going to just believe them without a second opinion because they would have taken my money and not fixed anything. I did also buy my car from them and the salesman talked to my dad (who was just there to tell me if the car I picked out and researched was a good choice or not) more than he talked to me, I guess that should have told me they wouldn’t be fair to me as a woman. Perhaps if I had taken a man with me I may have had a different outcome.

I am actually very sad to write this review. I set up a pre-purchase inspection for an HRV that I wanted to buy for my daughter for graduation.I’m glad I did.My mechanic found AC Compressor issues and also found that the engine codes had been recently reset. The sad part about this is that I asked them to be completely honest with me as this car was for my daughter and my biggest concern was for her safety. They told me the car had been gone through by the Honda mechanics and boasted about a 120 point inspection.So if my mechanic was able to find these issues, why wouldn’t the Honda mechanics be able to find them with all of their high-tech equipment. THEY KNEW THATS WHY!!! Needless to say I am out 45 bucks to pay my friend for having my back as Tom Scott Honda almost got me for 17k. Don’t trust them they just tried to completely hose me.No excuses shame on you!

This Dealership was great. Chris Centivany and Mike Betts helped me. I pulled into the dealership at 7:30 pm on a Monday- (mind you they close at 8 pm) and I wanted to test drive one of the Hondas Ive had my eyes on. We test drove it, then I wanted to see what they would offer me for my car as a trade in. These guys really went above and beyond for me and gave me the best deal. They were AWESOME! I didnt end up leaving having everything done until about 10:30 pm and they still provided the best service 2 hours past their closing time. I am very happy with my new purchase and the service they provided. Super happy!

Said they had a accord in the value lot for cheap (I needed a work car). The car had a salvage title as well. They told me it was 1200. Drove to nampa to look at it and found that it was definitely a cheap car. Wrecked in the front and rear, check engine light was on and the powersteering didnt work. I ask the salesman if they were firm and he said oh ya. I then asked if it was 1200 out the door. Nope they have a 399 title fee (in real life they are $14), and obviously sales tax. So now this is a 1700. Well nada says the cars worth 1700 ppv, with a clean title. People beware. They just want your money and dont care what it takes to get it.

I called to speak to someone and they hung up on me. When I called back they hung up again. Horrible business practice!

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.. i went here to get a lease on a new Honda Civic. We were originally told that we had the first 30 days to return it if we didn’t like it or if it wasn’t going to work for us, we then decided to return it before we made the first payment and suddenly they told us that the car salesman who told us that was “wrong in saying that” to us and they had received a “talking to.” But there was no attempt to right the wrong or being lied to.. in fact, one of the salesmen told me to get a second job to afford my payments and ‘make it work’. We got frustrated and ended up taking it to Larry H Miller in Boise and they had confirmed that we should have been able to return it before the first payment. On top of all the frustration and confusion and being turned in circles, they tacked on a windshield warranty which we agreed to for the 3 years of the lease and when we sold the car to Larry H Miller and canceled our warranty, they had actually changed it to 5 years.. not the 3 we agreed to. Had we not got irritated and gone elsewhere, we never would have known we were being charge an extra couple thousand. Because of this situation, I was set back over $7,000 in negative equity. Not worth the lies and getting screwed..

The Service Department has always provided excellent customer service for my routine car maintenance. The car buying experience was also very good, but the multiple interactions with the Service Department, since buying the car, was worth the purchase from this dealership.

It’s hard say which is worse the service or the sales staff. Was here recently and couldn’t believe the low level of customer service this place offers. There are other choices, use those instead.

We were looking for a used pickup. They have a good assortment of other brands. TSH (Lee) provided great customer service, was knowledgeable, the vehicles were clean and priced to market. The whole experience was quick, no hassle, and we had a good time. We purchased a 2019 Nissan.

Wasnt a fan.Had an easy transaction and I still had to wait for them to talk to the manager about a discount they offered.I just didnt feel comfortable.

Shady dealership. They were the only dealer in the greater area who had the car that we wanted, otherwise, I would have walked. They took my car keys and kept them while we were talking, and at one point, they moved my old car and didnt tell me where it went. If we had wanted to leave, I dont feel confident they would have let us. Unbeknowst to them, I had the other key in my pocket. The sales manager tried to take $500 off of my trade in because he didnt think the door locks worked, and when I showed him they were fine (and it was a feature of the car), he said he had never seen a car do that. Meanwhile, they were selling the exact version of my car used on the lot. They couldnt get a correct payoff of my car either.The shadiest part though was their offering of free oil changes for a guarantee of a certain rating if Honda corporate called. They make their customers sign a piece of paper stating that they promise to give that rating. In fact, I dont trust most of these other Google ratings because there is no guarantee that the author didnt get something in exchange. If you can avoid them, do.
