I recently purchased a dress for my granddaughter and it was delivered in no time when it arrived and I tried it on her it was the wrong size so I messaged nd ask if i could swap it for a bigger size and Mellisa was very kind in saying it wasn’t a problem at all she would send me a bigger size all i had to do was return the other she was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for me id definitely be buying again and thank you for all you did x

Ignore the comment below Melissa Louise childrens boutique is wonderful. I had a problem with my order not their fault ordered my child had a growth spirt after I received my order which ment that it didnt fit. We actually damaged it while trying it on but Melissa Louise childrens boutique where very understanding and changed my item for a bigger size cant recommend enough most places wouldnt of swapped my item because the damaged was caused by myself. As for the quality and choice thats also amazing I will certainly be buying more from them
