It is the closest store to my home and I simply love being able to shop for my whole family in one place. The toddler clothes are durable and cute. It is also very convenient for all different types of registries.

I love this store. Its not really ideal to get groceries but to go spend time and shop in here is a good way to pass time or just to look around is fun too.

This store is horrible. Walked by and made eye contact with at least 10 employees and only one asked if I needed help finding anything. Of course this store doesn’t have what I was looking for as always. After heading to the checkout line that was backed up with only two cashiers I made my way to the self checkout for my one item. I get to the register and a employee walks in front of me to replace bags. Super great customer service. I keep giving this store chances every few months and it’s always a disappointment.

Its like Walmart but much better and cleaner store. It might cost $0.10 more but it is so worth it to have a calmer less busy store that still has a lot to offer.

I absolutely love this store! Their line of AVA VIV fits me unlike a lot of other brands and its incredible stylish! The Starbucks inside is the perfect treat after a day of shopping. I also highly recommend downloading their cartwheel app and scanning items for secret sales and coupons!

I found school and summer items we needed for our grandaughters. The employee at the fitting rooms was very nice and polite and helpful. We were told by an employee by registers which one was available to check out. Checkout was fast and no issues. We then went to Starbucks located in store and got my grandaughters a Cake Pop each and a drink.

The cashier was extremely pleasant and my shopping experience was quick and easy. Cleaner than Walmart.

I was looking for gifts and found everything that I needed in one trip. It was very clean and probably the location I’ll shop the most, as It is very convenient location off the freeway.

I have called the pharmacy for the past 3 days because my prescriptions that I ordered show pending. One order showed pending for the 3 days I have been trying to call. No one will answer the phone even while waiting for 20 minutes.

I was in the clothing department yesterday and I over heard one of the workers, a tall blonde maybe some type of manager, being so rude to one of the other employees. I heard her yelling at the other employee and I’m pretty sure I heard her say that employees aren’t allowed to talk to eachother. What a miserable place to work. As consumer That should have been a private conversation.

So far this is my favorite Target in the valley. They seem to have much better stock than the other 2 locations in Boise. I like the way the store is set up here better as well.

3 of the last 5 visits, the price magically changes from the shelves to the register... I even went and took photos of the shelf and it didnt even matter, supervisors went to the back took photos after being gone for several minutes to revarify pricing... get your freight crew and price crew to get their act together... unless you like surprises... shop elsewhere...

The specific location that I visited has very friendly staff with special recognition going to the greeter. Ive visited this location multiple times and the greeter is always as kind and as friendly as my last visit. I generally shop here early in the morning and her positive demeanor is always a welcomed start to the day.

I love the high-end design of items in Target along with great prices. I find clothes, household items and gifts along with everyday items.

Orders online after 3 weeks I had to call in see where my order was. Follow me Olaf toy was not available so it was holding up my order thank goodness I called or who else knows when I when have got the rest of my order. I got on amazon and bang it will be here the next day. I don’t recommend online free shipping with target. I will say when I called in the person was able to help me fast and wasFriendly. Amazon is better

All i needed, was easy to find.

I live an hr away and didnt have alot of time. I needed some nice shoes for a manager interview. I decided I will not spend a single dime here again after being harassed about trying on shoes due to the virus.. this is the most inconvenient thing. She said to purchase them try them and bring them back if needed...Heres the issue.I wanted what you have for sale but am not willing to waste my time. That was very unprofessional.How to resolve:Instead of removing benches we use to try on shoes, leave empty shelving for shoes that where tried on. Leave some sanitizer and disinfectant spray beside the bench.Side note: ditch the Karens.

Great service and clean establishment

The only reason I shop here is because they have a good selection of natural cleaning products. The staff seem overworked, but are generally polite and helpful. They also have a pretty decent inventory. The problem I have is that they dont mandate masks. I see more customers go into this store without masks than anywhere else. If you want COVID-19, this would be a good place to go. Shopping here feels unsafe because of the amount of customers dont wear masks. For that reason, I dont shop here often and when I do, Im out as quickly as possible.

I love the Circle Rewards, but being new to the rewards program, I forget being prompted to make sure my purchase receives my discount at register. Needing the barcode became quite an ordeal at the service desk.

Not a fan of Target or their policies. Having said that I try to avoid this store. Unfortunately, I had to pick up items that my wife ordered at the curbside. The phone to customer service hangs up on you, tried multiple extensions with no luck. The one person they have working the curbside pick up did the best he could, he was literally running while wearing a mask trying his best, but it was obvious he needed help. One person could not keep up with the volume of traffic. After I received the item, it was damaged with cosmetic issues (the collapsible table had multiple gouges and scratches.) The door people are very rude. Not a family friendly store. I will not come back and discourage my family from ever shopping there as well. I hope the poor kid working the curbside pick up is ok, its dangerous to have to do cardio while your breathing is so restricted. Its troubling when customers seem more concerned about the well-being of the employees than the people in charge.

Ordered an item online, that said there was one in stock. i even went to the store to verify they had one in stock. forgot my target card at home so i went home and just ordered it from the same store i was just at. 30 min later online order said my item was out of stock ?! canceled online order and went down to the store. what you know, there it is, IN STOCK right there on the floor in front of me. went to customer service and Arlene helped me and went above and beyond for the company. Arlene is true asset!!!!! great to work with very polite and showed great empathy. great customer service.*********

My daughter and I went in on 7/26/20 to try to find an item for her that was a hard-to-find item and not available online. I asked Camden back in toys if he knew if they had any in stock. He immediately got on his device and spent many minutes scrolling through and then said, it looks like we could have some in back but it will be a few minutes because its up high so I need to use the lift..is that ok?. He has so upbeat, helpful and nice about it when I was basically interrupting him putting back his returned stock. He never made us feel like we were imposing and was so kind. AND he came back with the highly-coveted item smiling. CAMDEN ROCKS!!! What a great Target employee!!

Basic retail. Standouts for me are the helpful employees and the huge candy selection. Always check the end caps for clearance items. Wish they would replace the Starbucks with something else.

I found app to be easy and ordering on line was pretty easy as well.

The young lady that checked me out went above and beyond. In a time that is so stressful she made everything better with being kind and extremely helpful.

Your establishment is not a healthcare provider and therefore doesnt know what is healthy for me as an individual. Employees dont care if I have a pre existing health conditions and are extremely rude about so called face coverings. I will no longer be shopping here.

I went shopping today to get my nephew some fun summertime toys for his birthday. My total came up to 23.29. I had literally 23.00 in my pocket. I was at self-checkout and one of the associates didnt hesitate. She helped me out with EXACTLY 29cents to make sure my nephew was able to have his gifts. From now on, I will make the drive from Kuna just to go to this Target because of my amazing experience. Thank you!

Great prices

Took my wife and granddaughter shopping today. Wife had to use the restroom at Nampa Idaho store. Very unpleasant experience. No towels or dryer for hands and she said toilets were filthy and disgusting. She went to customer service to tell them. They were so busy doubt they got anyone to clean. With Covid going strong here in Idaho this is a disaster and unhealthy.

So easy to order. Order was ready for pickup within 3 hours.

Fantastic experience! I used the drive up and go option and my order was ready for pickup almost immediately. Then after I pulled up, a friendly store associate was there with my order, which was correct. I will be using this feature again in the future, Im sure! Such a timesaver for me!

Clean store, friendly cashier

Had an amazing experience in electronics with Jennifer. Our card was denied because of suspected fraud and she took so much extra time to help us figure out another way to pay. Even going as far as walking me through downloading LG Pay to see if that would help. She was very patient and never expressed frustration with us.

Amazing store selection and store is always clean very nice staff and very great prices.

Staff is super friendly and very quick to help. The only issue is really low on stock, and seems like it needs a lot of its signs, shelves, and displays to be upgraded.

I was having troubles with my clearance item in self check out and John was amazing and helped me out. He did such a great job and he definitely deserves a pay raise he was so sweet and helpful. You can tell he really cared about the customers well being.

10 customers deep in 4 register lines. And no one being called to open more lanes.Wow employees all throughout the store and no one to help the paying customers.

The Registry list was easy to access. We were able to see what was available at the store and order it. Pick up was simple, as well. Great way to buy things for a wedding. Loved the ease.

I love the associates at Target and the products that Target carries. You can tell a good company when their associates are there for so long, it is a sign of good management and a great company

Pharmacy staff have been great in helping with my needs

The absolute rudest customer service and shift managers in the history or retail.Ordered a toy for my son. Arrived at the store. They told me it was not ready yet. I asked if we could go back and just grab it.They said that the people need a minimum of 4 hours to get it. I told them there was only one left . They said they couldn’t help.I cancelled the online order. Went back in the store and grabbed the toy. The process suspended the funds on the card. The manager arrived to help, she snatched the card, scanned it, tried in numbers and forced the transaction. I thanked her 3 times as she walked away without a response or a backward glance.My 6 year old witnessed this behavior. The rudest employees.

This is more for the Starbucks area than the store as a whole. Every time I go to this Target I have a great time. However, there was this lady at the Starbucks that was so helpful! I think Ill be making more specific trips, despite the drive, just because I was so happy with her customer service. She made me two quick samples to try the different ways to make a new drink I wanted to try! I was in and out in five or six minutes WITH the extra time for the samples. Now I order that drink every time I go back. Love, love, love this place!

A nice selection of merchandise, always clean, and fairly well organized. They also have great prices on everything like clothes, toys, games, movies, etc. Even on Black Friday its kept pretty nice after the rush.

I was in there buying school supplies for a giveaway for the company I work for and Barbie went above and beyond helping me get everything organized and asking if Target could help so we can get extra supplies for the kids in Nampa. Thank you Barbie, you are awesome!

I hate this target. Yes it’s semi clean and organized but for me as a Latina woman I have dealt with racism many times at this place from the white women that work here. My first experience was when I was with my daughter. We had a few pairs of clothes to try on right in front of us was a white lady who had a giant pile of clothes to try on the target employee smiled and said go on in (she didn’t count or inspect any of the clothes) then when I was going to go in she stopped me and counted every single thing and shook it out. And I said why did you not count the lady in front of me her stuff? And she looked at me nervously and said “ oh I’m sorry I wasn’t trying to discriminate against you ...” and I said “ but you did.” And so afterwards I went and spoke to the manager and told him what happened and he said he was very sorry and that shouldn’t be happening and that he would have a talk with her... but regardless of whether he talks to her she won’t change. Every time I go there the white women who work there say have a great day to the other people that are customers when leaving but they don’t say it to me. It’s just very discriminatory.. I won’t shop here anymore. Today was the last straw for my family and I. I would love to see this place go down for racism. All because I’m a different color.... what a sad world and now I see target in that light and business who proudly hires racist people.

There is always plenty of parking and it is easy to get in and out of the location. The store is clean and staff are great. Ive never once felt like there wasnt good selection and merchandise tends to be kept well stocked. Overall, this is a great Target!

My brother had purchased a gift for our baby shower, and when I called in to customer service I was treated very poorly. Nick was not making any effort to help me over the phone and was very short with his responses, once I asked for the store managers name his attitude shifted slightly. We were able to find the item and when I arrived the next day, the order had been cancelled. Even though I received the email that it should still be available for pickup. They were not able to help me out at all and told me that my brother would have to reorder the gift.

This is a nice Target store. Of all that Ive shopped at, this is the one that I would chose. It is easy to get to off of Interstate 84, and near other good stores like Best Buy, Costco, Bed Bath and Beyond, etc. Its a nice little shopping district with lots of stores and places to eat close by.

This store doesnt treat employees very well. The reviews about poor customer service and agitated employees are totally understandable once you realize how much the managerial staff uses employees with little regard for them. This store is usually understaffed which accounts for the cleanliness and clutter. This Target store bleeds talented, hardworking employees that quit all the time because of the lack of regard. Sad because Target sets itself above competitors TYPICALLY, but not at this store.

I have been a customer of Target ever since they first appeared in the Treasure Valley. i love the prices, selection, people and the watching the evolution of the floor layout. Customer for life to be sure.

Went to this target yesterday and I have to say I was very disappointed by the appearance of the store..very messy dirty and out of stock on many items.. things thrown all over items on floor .. in the past it was very clean and very tidy.. what happened? I brought my kids in there for the first time to show off how beautiful target was here in nampa, they used the bathroom and even that use to be so clean, very dirty..please step up and make it clean and proud again to shop.. the cashier was not at all friendly on lane 12

One of the most horridly nasty places Ive been in while being in Idaho the bathroom was appalling. Everywhere you went in the store there was fun and trash every single place I went.

No matter what time of day me and my wife come here they are always restocking the shelves. Very inconvenient. They should have all the shelves restocked by the time they are open not restocking during business hours unless during the day they get low. Very unimpressed by this target.

Always find what I want for a good price.

I love Target, no matter what location. This one is close to my work so I go there often on my lunch break. I think 4 stars is an exceptional rating, and 5 stars would have to be some kind of mind blowing experience, so bottom line, this Target is okay in my book, and its close to a bunch of other fun stores, so all in all, whats not to love?

Daughter hired as FT worker.. After 3 months, she’s lucky if she works 5 hours. They hired over 100 people for seasonal n their getting 30-36 hours. She’s never late, calls almost daily to see if anyone needs her, NOTHING!!! Can’t call n complain cause she’s 19, but OHHHH!!! Momma bear is not happy:Update:: they fired her because she asked again for more hours.

Because this store is always clean and organized, and its never overcrowded with people when I go in.

Target is always amazing. I had on issue with pizza hut. We ordered pizza pasta and a pretzel. She offered us a semi defrosted pretzel such we refused then gave us our order. The pasta was wrong and we were already half the way home..i was very upset. Before we left I went to Starbucks and there were 3 ladys behind the counter. I was ignored even though 1 made eye contract and the other glanced over her shoulder. However they left me standing there as they were far to busy talking about their work schedule and a girl that wasnt even there. I know this due to them mentioning her name 3 times. I left very unhappy. They seen me walk away and stand by the door waiting for my husband. Yet still has no concern for me leaving and not ordering. Then relying on a quick meal on the way home the wrong food order!🙁 so disappointed.

The store is not in tact every tripi take. I’ve talked to there managers never had a conversation that ended well.. Very rude people that work there y’all. Wouldn’t suggest this locations target at all. They need better people taking care of the place. Disappointed in the food also.
