I ordered off their website. Items shipped quickly, the item quality is great. I even ordered a “grab bag” of faux leather and they were all great patterns!!! Highly recommend. Wish they were local to me so I could visit the store in person.

OMG how wonderful it is to find a local gem like this! Customer service was excellent, greeted us as wed walked in, dealt with dumb husband questions over and over with a smile, and treated me like I was a missed friend, rather than a customer whom they had never seen before! A tiny bit difficult to find, but Google directions ARE spot on, so trust them. Thank you, will see you again!

Small in the corner place but clean and well stocked. Staff was pretty friendly and they had just what I needed.

Great place for vinyl and related craft supplies. Good selection of solid colors and they print their own patterns on iron on and sticky back vinyl and on faux leather. You can find sheets or rolls, sticky mats, wood and cloth crafts, and a handful of other tools for crafting. Prices are reasonable, better than most other big name craft stores Ive found. Getting there makes you feel a little lost and youll think youre in the wrong place but youre not. Just keep driving, its totally worth it. They also have a point system but since this was my first time there Im not sure how it works or how worthwhile it is.

BUYER BEWARE PICTURES ARE ATTACHED FOR VERIFICATION!! I am very disappointed in the customer service that I received from Smashing Ink Graphics & Vinyl Supply. My very first trip to the store went great! Probably because I spent nearly $300 in under 30 minutes. After getting home and starting to put away I noticed a huge line through one of my rather expensive sheets of vinyl. I contacted them immediately and even offered to exchange the next time I came in or maybe even getting it from Middleton. Well, I am a single mom and I live in Emmett and work 2 jobs so I drive to and from Boise everyday and I average about 60-70 hours a week between both jobs so I was unable to make it to Nampa or even Middleton. I let her know that a customer had bought apparel with that vinyl for the design and the clothing was coming in tomorrow, so I asked if she could please drop a new one in the mail for me because I cant seem to get out that way fast enough. She informed me that not only would I need to pay shipping on the one that she is sending (as a replacement for a defective product!) that I would also need to ship her the defective one and pay for that as well!! I told her that makes no sense I am offering to ship yours and Ill ship mine. Most stores after receiving PICTURE confirmation of defective products do not require any more money out of your pocket!! They take extra steps to make it right. We are talking about 1 tiny sheet of vinyl what could it possibly weigh 1 maybe 2 ounces?? I was very upset that I could spend so much money with her so quickly and have her be so unprofessional and genuinely unkind. It blew me away! SHE SAID YOU ARE THE ONE WHO BOUGHT IT WITHOUT LOOKING AT IT CLOSE ENOUGH I told her are you serious? You are supposed to be able to walk into a store in a rush and zoom out the door with hundreds of dollars of product without thoroughly examining everything because most stores take care of their customers when a situation like this arises. I mean, lets be real she is going to get refunded for her product by the company that she bought it from and I GUARANTEE you she will not be paying shipping.TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNKINDI have uploaded pictures of everything. My receipt of an almost $300 purchase, my defective vinyl, her admitting it was defective, and then after I was trying to be nice (by offering to go to Nampa almost 45 minutes from my house!) I attached the screenshot of her saying it is not her fault that I cant make it there and to ship to me would be $2.66 and why should she have to eat the cost. First of all, customers dont continue to shell out money when YOUR product sold is defective! Secondly, who does this over not even 1% of my entire purchase. Im not looking for handouts just good ol customer service and the understanding that if you sell me a product that is bad you will make it right! BEST OF LUCK NAMPA

It’s rather sad that when you try and go out of your way to buy local and help our local economy thrive by supporting small businesses that this place has someone working there that doesnt have the common decency to treat a paying customer with respect. Peoples’ energy is contagious and it’s pretty apparent that this particular person has an attitude and sometimes spends more time giving you every reason why you shouldn’t buy something. Knowledgeable but rotten attitude.

I discovered this place a couple weeks ago when I needed a particular printer vinyl. They have the best price in town on Siser Easyweed. And, when I ordered a specialty print to be picked up, it was ready in significantly less time than I was quoted, which made it possible for me to get a birthday present done earlier!I have told my friends about this place! It is totally worth the drive to Nampa!

SmashingInk is a great place to order! They were quick and efficient and kept me up to date and informed while designing my tumbler logo, and have extremely fast shipping! Honestly since Im not local I expected much longer shipping, and kind of was expecting the mock up of my logo to take at least a week. It was done in less than 3 days. 👌👌👌 Ill be ordering again!
