I went in needing a special chain which the employee measured up and ordered for me it was a special order Add a had to be ordered in 10 lengths even though I only needed 6 I was welling to order it in order to get my equipment up and running .When it came in I immediately cut the size I needed and Wentz took a pair my equipment only then did I realize it was the wrong size as well as metric when I needed 40 length. I had trusted his employee I to know what he was doing and yo order what I needed . I was willing to pay the extra cost because I needed my equipment.When I went in and spoke to the owner, the owner said it was not his problem and was unwilling to do anything correct this . He did however try to put it back on the employee. but he is the owner so shouldnt he be in charge of what the employees do and expected to make it right. I am out 125. dollars when the chain I actually needed was only 24 dollars..

Went there once for help with something and was met with nothing but unhelpful people who did everything they could do dismiss me and push me off on someone else never going again
