I was stuck about 13 miles from Emmett with a loaded bike on my way to the Grand Tetons in Wyoming after 24 days of riding from Truckee CA. I had a broken chain and was without a spare chain or master link. Fortunately, I had a phone signal, so I googled the nearest bike shop and Rolling H Cycles appeared. I called them and explained my predicament. Within seconds, I was connected to staff that was willing to come to me (about 36 miles), bring a new chain, master link AND put the chain on. Mind you, they do not have a mobile service. Ben and Jacob arrived. In less than 20 minutes, a new chain was on my bike and I had a master link. Thanks fellow...yall rock. What trail angels! To add to my good fortunate, they were only asking me to pay for the parts. I paid for the parts AND gave a generous donation to show my appreciation. I was impressed with the customer service. If they went all out for me, I can only imagine the superior service they provide to ALL customers. I am unable to thank them enough. I truly felt valued as a customer. Their service was #1, A+++. If you need a repair or are looking for a bike or need ANYTHING cycling related, use them. You will be a VERY satisfied customer like me.

We have purchased several bikes from Rolling H and we have always been happy. They have always taken great care of our family. Their hometown feel makes you feel welcome and their selection is top notch. If you are bike shopping or bike gear shopping I recommend you stop in you will be glad you did.

Paid these people over $100.00 on 2 new bikes that were just bought. I wanted to make sure they were in good shape. Not happy with the service. Wifes bike the fenders were rubbing the tires, handlebars off center even after they adjusted it, brakes were loose and would not stop bike on downhills. Basket on front bolts were not even tightened and basket on crooked. Crankshaft guard was rubbing on pedals when pedaling. Slight adjustment fixed that... for the amount of money I paid I should not have had to spend another hour fixing everything. Not happy at allWhat did they do for the money I paid??

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They care more about maximizing customer satisfaction than maximizing profit. The staff provide real advice and let you decide what you want rather than pushing sales, which allows me to make the decision thats best for me.On top of that, I received a letter of thanks in the mail to end the year. The envelope was addressed by hand and the card can be brought in for a discount. Little things like that go a long way and keep me going back!

I bought my bike at Rolling H in late 2019, Jessica is very knowledgeable and professional but easy going and very friendly. It was a fun and easy purchase. Today I went in for a tune up, a kickstand and a bike rack. She hooked me up in no time and even offered to bring my bike and new ‘assembled’ bike rack to me so I didn’t have to squeeze everything into my car (still need the hitch installed). This is the best shop, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Rolling H Cycles is a premier cycling shop. Their bike selection is top of the line. Many of the bikes featured in their store are Scott’s, which is an Idaho based company. I thoroughly enjoy the Scott’s mountain bike I purchased from Rolling H. It was not one of the more expensive models, but has still performed without error after purchasing it over a year ago. The environment in Rolling H is very unique and comforting. The artwork displayed on their brick wall is one I have never seen before. The artist chiseled a mountainous landscape into the brick. Very cool. The staff is knowledgeable and personable. They’ve answered any question I’ve had concerning biking. They will chat with you about biking outside of a transactional/customer context. This bike shop is pretty legit. Hopefully our state will continue support this business who cares about their customers, community and the passion of mountain biking. =]

I ride a unicycle and havent done anything with the old girl in almost a decade... shame, I know. So I brought her down to the fine folks at Rolling H and let them look at it and no joke they found everything I needed to make her whole again!!! Rolling knew exactly what this mural meant to the community when they bought that building, and that the artists had communicated to them the fact that the only thing standing between the muralists themselves and their art was Rolling H deciding to honor the piece that stood for something in the arts and history community here. Hope it was worth it for your logo and that youll now blend in with every other business taking over what we know to be a unique town that a lot of folks work hard every day to call their own. For a little shop it is great. Staff is friendly. For both of them beyond an actual tune-up the work was done right then. Its too bad I cant change a tube as fast as they do. It has been a while but I believe last time I was there they had a bicycle group leaving from there.

I bought an old used bike that had to have the seat lowered. Turns out the stem was too tightly wedged into the post. I asked if they could just cut it down for me. Knowing I was from out of town, they immediately took it to the back and fixed it. I was in and out in 15 minutes. When I asked the charge, they said it was on the house! What a great crew! Wish this shop was in my home town, Nampa youre lucky!

These guys are awesome! I brought my bike in July 18, 2020 I needed some help/ advice on a set of rear brakes for my downhill bike . These guys were pretty busy and yet still took time at the last-minute to hook me up. They managed to help me out, answer my questions and give me a brief walk-through on how to install the part. Not to mention they had what I needed in stock and at a similar price that you could find online. I have never been in here before and I was highly impressed ! I’ll be back again!

Just bought some grips there. My hands are kinda rough so I asked them what is a comfortable set of grips and they knew what they were talking about. Will definitely come here again!

Love this store and the people who work here. Wesley refurbished our sons bike a couple of years ago and its been fantastic. Any time weve needed parts or service, they go above and beyond. This week, we took it in for some chain issues and Jessica took the time to give our son a tutorial in how to care and maintain the chain. They performed a minor repair and added a kickstand for him. Service is always great and the atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. Rolling H will always have our business.

We went in looking for a specific part that we knew would be hard to find. The fine folks here jumped right on it and started looking. We even thought about buying another bike and they were helpful and showing us the ins-and-outs of a new rig.

The absolute best customer service. Great about teaching me a few things before I made a decision on a bike. Once I ended up buying a bike from them they were super helpful the following couple weeks getting it all dialed in!

Always liked these guys and have been good folks. But today I drove over from Payette so I didn’t have to go to Boise (had other business in town anyway). I needed ONE wheel taped for tubeless and I know it’s a 5 minute job or less. Was told 4 weeks out on service. I said “it’s a 5 minute job”, sorry sir we’re 4 weeks out.. 5 minutes I said......sorry sir. So off to Georgia’s in Boise since they’ll drop what their doing for me.

Ben is a phenomenal bike tech and a suspension guru. He switched out my rear suspension spring on a Santa Cruz V10 to a stiffer one and I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. He communicated all the details of the parts ordering process and instal along with making sure he tuned everything specific to my riding style and needs. I went there to get bearing grease and the guy handed me a bottle of some sort of metal bonding agent. It wasnt until I got home did I realize that it wasnt the right stuff. The mistake was rectified and I got a refund. Im glad I took a closer look at the bottle and didnt open it. Very nice guy, Im sure it was just an honest mistake but if I put that in my bearings it would have not been a good day.

We had a great experience in this store! Very friendly and helpful staff and not trying to push expensive fix when a simple solution would do. We went there twice to tune up our bikes, and were very happy with the outcome. Will be our go to place when we are in the for our biking needs!

Bought a few bikes that were unrideable. They fixed them up and added the missing parts. My kids are in heaven riding bikes that shift properly and all the mechanics working the way they should.

Update on the mural: i hope this is true. I heard there was a plan to put another mural on this wall. I really hope this is true. Nampa is one of the few towns in the treasure valley aside from Boise that embraces art like this. Moving here, When choosing where to start my family, i wanted a small town that supported small local businesses like yourselves but more importantly kept our community rich in simple joys that would enrich the lives of our children with art that encouraged their imaginations. Nampa was that place. Over the last few years weve lost so much of this kind of art that my own children are ever more frequently asking, wasnt there a painting there? And as a parent i feel like something has been stolen from them every time. I guess the jury is still out.**************************************Opened up a shop in our community to destroy a piece of art thats been part of our community... Sad. You can be a store anywhere but now you can never be part of us ..who do you think you are? Make it right. Find the artist and get them to paint another mural... Give back to the community dont take. You have no idea what youve erased with a bucket of paint.

These guys are the best. I went in with my brakes locked up, and they told me they would likely have to replace both brakes, but they would try just replacing the master cylinders to keep the cost down. I left with a full set of new brakes, and was only charged for the original master cylinder quote.

Super helpful staff who actually make you feel like they care...even about little kids bikes that are super beat up, which is all I ever taken in to get fixed! Im not a cool biker person, but they treat you like you matter. :) They even dont mind all my little kids who just sit and watch the bike show play and replay in the T.V. I have been going to Rolling H for over 2 years now, service is excellent, and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are great and the same level of service is there after the sale. They stand behind their products and the community. Not only is it a great place to get all your cycling stuff, shop rides Wednesdays and Saturdays are a great way to improve your riding skills and meet lots of great people. A great shop and a huge asset to Nampa and Canyon County, shop local and come out for one of the shop rides.

Friendly, knowledgeable, patient staff. Ryan took the time to educate us and see that we got the right bikes for our needs. We are new to Idaho, so thanks to Blakes girlfriend for recommending we check them out. So happy we did.

So Im on a plane from Salt Lake City to Austin, Texas and I see somebody wearing an all black Rolling H Cycles hat. I say to myself, what a sweet looking hat. So I get home to Austin and look up Rollin H online and see what they are about. Gotta have that hat! So the next day I call and talk to Ryan. He tells me the story of Rolling H and what they believe in as far as community and family first. I was blown away with the attitude and positive energy. Im not into cycling by any means and Ryan really made me feel welcome. If I were to ever get into cycling I would definitely do business with Rolling H Cycles because they really do care. BTW, I did get my hat and extra patch! Already sowed it onto another hat and already had 3 strangers ask me about Rolling H Cycles! I dropped my bike off early Saturday morning and was told that it would be done very quickly and at most within an hour and a half. They actually told me I should just run some errands and come back because it would be finished soon. They took my phone number down to call me when it was ready, as of 6 PM Saturday I had received no phone call. Monday at 2:30 PM I checked into the bike shop only to discover the bike had still not even begun to be worked on for a simple tube replacement. The cashier tried to give me an excuse about how busy they had gotten AFTER Id left, paradoxically telling me your bike will get done in the order it came in, also telling me your bike is getting done right now as she wheeled it back to get it started, what an incredible coincidence that my bike came up in the queue precisely after I came back after almost 2 business days! Rather than apologizing she continually talked over me and tried to make excuses that didnt make any sense. She never apologized but acted as though she had after interrupting in a stern voice. Very rude personnel and very poor service. I will not be back and neither will any of my family. I was looking at womens bikes in the back of the store when I arrived on Saturday and there was not a large queue in front of me, in fact the place was totally dead.As soon as they took my phone number down they decided that I was low priority and they could just work on my bike whenever they felt like it. They were working on a bike when I arrived that wasnt even there on Saturday when I dropped mine off. I guess I dont look like Im important. I had gotten that vibe several other times when I was studiously ignored in the bike shop.

Having an adult 3 wheeled adult trike I was not sure where to take the trike. I called the other down town bike shop and they stated they would not be able to do it for two weeks(After the first of next month). I called Rolling H and they said bring it in and we will try to at least take a look.When I brought it in Wesley ask how much repair can we do before you want us to call.I told him $100.00 would be OK.Several hours later I got a call expecting an estimate.Wesley informed me they had found a few minor problems and taken necessary steps to repair the trike. Additionally they greased all the chains and wheels.The total cost was$ 20.00.All the other members of my family have bikes and will become (as needed) Rolling H customers in the future. What a please to find a merchant who does work on time and under cost. I would give them six stars.11/26/2018 Brought my 3 wheel trike in approved a $ 85.00 clean and tune and adjust as needed.Also approved two chains to be replaced for $ 20.00 each. Expected and approved repair costs to be around $ 125.00. Total costs including two chains. Clean, wash and adjust bike and replace 3 valves, Total cost $ 64.16. These merchants work and repair to benifit the customer and not enrich themselves SIX STARS.

I had them clean my mountain bike and do the pro tune-up for the season. When I picked it up, the bike looked brand-new! They took it all apart and cleaned it with ultrasonic waves, put on a new chain and carefully inspected my bike. I was happy with the results. Thanks!!

Best bike shop in Treasure Valley AAA+++ So many of the employees and owners of local bike shop think they are great racers or mountain bikers, so they are snobs to guys who just pleasure bike, but not the guys at Rolling H. I have taken several bikes to them for repair and the repairs are always done quickly, correctly and for a reasonable price. I took one bike to a nearby competitor in Nampa once and the repairs were more than a new one costs. I have always used Adam, but everyone there is friendly and professional. I cant recommend them highly enough. They are even worth the drive from Boise.

Great shop! I noticed the rear wheel of my bike was wonky so I called Nirve to see about replacing it. Nirve told me to try taking it to a shop first to see if it just needed trued. I called Rolling H, and they were awesome! Didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, had it done way before they said they could, and stayed open late for me to pick it up. Way cheaper than I expected, too. Awesome service, cool shop. Dont hesistate to do business there!

I was having trouble putting a new tire on the rim of my bike so I went in to ask what I was doing wrong. Adam graciously showed me how to do it without charge, even though I didnt buy the tire from this shop. He then spent time explaining the different types of tires available and what to look for depending upon my how I ride. He also explained the bet way to prevent punctures from goat-heads. I have been in 4-5 bike shops in the area asking about this and Adam was by far the most helpful! I will definitively return to this shop for additional advice and to buy future bike equipment.

Took my wifes Walmart Schwinn in and they gave me the same respect and service the would give a pro. Answered all my questions and the bike tune up was perfect. They eve cleaned it up nice.

We moved here in March from Bend, Oregon, and all I heard were good things about this place. So, I decided to see for myself. I was blown away by the customer service I received, even though I wasnt even buying anything. They were more than willing to chat about biking and trails with me. I am a DH/Freeride junkie, and theyre not that kind of shop from what I gather. However, I decided to use them to repair the barrings in my front hub. Not only are their prices reasonable, they also found that my barrings didnt need to be replaced, just needed a light rebuild on my hub. This equalled less money out of pocket for me. I will always use them! Especially for the service! Thanks, Rolling H.

Ever take your bike into a bike shop and feel the snobbery because you own a Schwinn? Wont happen at Rolling H cycles. They care more about the customer than the product. If you ride a bike your in! It was actually my sister-in-laws Schwinn that was way too small for me that I needed an adjustment on over a year ago. They also recommended I lower the seat to the safety notch on the post. Didnt even know there was one.Well, two weeks ago I finally purchased a used bike from Play it Again Sports in Boise that actually fit me. It was a Marin street bike with nice lines and fenders, which I wanted, and handle bars designed more for upright riding than the bent over mountain bars. Also, only a 7 speed. Thats all I need. Im 62 and not out to break any records. (I dont mean to denigrate any 62 year olds trying to break their necks, I mean records.) I bought some accessories and left the bike for a tune up and new tire interiors. I picked up the bike last week and as Ryan was ringing up the receipt he said, Nice bike, and I knew he meant it. I dont know if it is or not, but its mine and I love it!Folks, theres a reason they have a perfect rating on Google. Come in and see why. Rolling H is awesome! And that my humble, but accurate opinion...

Had two great experiences at the shop all in one visit. I dropped off a fairly new DT swiss rear wheel to the shop to have them service the free hub. I didnt purchase the wheels at the shop., but took them to the shop to have them repaired. They diagnosed the problem and in turn contacted the manufacture and serviced the wheel as a warranty and didnt charge me a thing. The second item I was dealing with was a slight ticking from a second bike I ride. Adam test rode the bike, determined the pedal was clicking (and not the bottom bracket as I was thinking). He removed the pedal and greased, tightened, and reinstalled on the bike. Problem solved! Cant speak highly enough about Adam, Jessica, Wes and the rest of the crew at Rolling H. They do a great job.

Well worth the drive from Boise to Nampa to get great service from guys that know bikes! I have bought new bikes from most shops in Boise and these guys go the extra mile. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality bike.
