My visit to the Adventist Book Center came near the end of the day. The clerk created me like I was the first customer of the day. I got the thins I needed. Someone else came in and was visiting with her. She politely let them know she needed to wait on me. She carried on a happy conversation as she rang up my items. I felt very good about the transaction.
