I had to leave my truck for the entire day.When I picked it up and was driving out of the dealership, my low tire pressure alarm came in. When I got home I checked my tire pressures and all of them were 8 to 10 psi low.On top of that my oil service reminder was NOT reset and reads 50%.When I received my paperwork it says a Multi-Point inspection was performed, however I got no report on the results.Based on the issues I have had since,it is obvious that WAS NOT DONE!!I NOW SUSPECT IF THE REST OF THE MAINTENANCE WORK I PAID FOR WAS PERFORMED!!AS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO VERIFY FOR CERTAIN AS I WAS NOT ABLE TO OBSERVE THE WORK PERFORMED OR NOT PERFORMEDThe dealership contacted me soon after posting this review. They apologized for the incident and offered to perform the entire maintenance service again.I did not want to add unnecessary wear and tear on my truck by performing redundant maintenance on it and the inconvenience and cost of driving back to the dealership and leaving it for an entire day again. The Service Manager was very accommodating and was eager to make this right. We reached a mutual agreement and the incident was resolved, this time. I have since changed my review to three stars.I expressed my future distrust in their service as. we as customers, are forced to TRUST them that the service we pay for is done. We are not allowed to observe the technicians performing the required work and are only told it is done. I recommended a checklist with completed tasks marked off as they are done be given to customers.They have assured me that they would get back with me to let me know what actions have been taken, and the hope to win back my trust in them.

Had recall work done, and also received a quote for brake service. It was higher than I was expecting so decided to hold off as it is a secondary vehicle. They were not pushy at all and were very accommodating with drop off and pick up.

This review is for the service center. The staff are great - five stars for them. They were both helpful and friendly. Great experience.I dont like that I had made an appointment and was assigned to a specific service advisor, and he wasnt in that day. The system should be capable of understanding vacation days.The room they work in is awful. Its a large open space full of hard surfaces, so its very noisy.

Andy Ortega was courteous and extremely professional, which was diametrically opposite to the experience I had with the young lady whom I attempted to confirm my service appointment. She clearly represented Kendall in a indifferent, apathetic manner.

All was good with the person at the front desk. He was very helpful and easy to deal with and had a desire to help. I was sent over to Gabe across from him and he was not pleasant at all. He was more concerned with getting to go to lunch then helping me fix my problem. So I never want to deal with him again. But the guy at the oil change desk should be running the place he is awesome.

After buying a new vehicle we discovered quickly there was issues with the air ride system. The vehicle had to have multiple trips into the service dept. And that is where the real frustration comes. People will not call you back, and the Service Manager Darrel ignores all voice mails and attempts to communicate with him.Go to another dealer...

For the first time at a dealership, Ive felt completely comfortable in letting my vehicle go in for work! Justin B. is a fantastic person to work with! He didnt try to cut corners or force me into a less-than-ideal repair on my brand new 22 2500HD truck!There was a small dent in the bed and a scratch in the leather drivers seat, he was able to fix the dent by having his PDR subcontractor come out and massage it out. I cant tell it was ever there, and Im a VERY picky person!!!The seat scratch, Justin gave me a few options, one was to have another sub repair the scratch, the other was to just replace the insert where the scratch was. After reviewing the cost for repair vs. replacement, HE suggested we just replace the panel in the seat with a brand new panel, stating that for the price of repair, it just makes sense to replace it. It would also guarantee the scratch wouldnt turn into a tear down the road or wear away (repairing would have been a vinyl paint-like fix over the deep scratch).So far, this really has been a fantastic experience for me as an owner of my 10th or so brand new vehicle in my lifetime! Only one other dealership has made me feel this comfortable in leaving a new vehicle in the hands of someone else!

I called and left messages 4 times to set an appointment; no return phone call. It was suggested that I drop in before 4:00 p.m. and I could wait for my truck. I arrived around 9:45 a.m. but was told they were too busy to take me and to come back another day.When I finally was able to have my oil changed, the printout I received for the GM Multipoint Inspection was not for my truck. It was another customers for a different type of vehicle.The print information regarding my truck stated that the engine air filter had been changed, however the readout in my truck indicated there was only 30% remaining on my air filter. So, was the air filter truly changed? I dont know.My truck is still under warranty and I paid for five years of service when I purchased it. However, I must return it for service to the dealer where I bought it. I will need to be vigilant whenever I return for another service.

My wife had a pretty unfavorable experience with the service team yesterday. After waiting on hold for 30+ minutes to speak with an advisor, she opted instead to make the short drive to have questions answered in person. Upon arrival, my wife had to talk to 4 total people before she could get an answer on whether or not they could replace a thermostat same day. The response was you can leave it, but theres no guarantee well get it done. Ok, understandable, what if we make an appointment? We have an appointment tomorrow morning, but still no guarantee we can get it done. My wife opted to take the appointment. She then asked the estimated cost to have the service done. Mind you, she told each of the 4 people that she just needed the thermostat replaced, nothing else. The first quote was $895 (on a Yukon with the 6.2L, one of the most common and refined engines in existence). When she cited that other shops in the area (and repairpal.com) had ballparked $200, the service advisor went and talked to someone, presumably a tech. She came back with a new quote, approximately $600. My wife stuck to her guns and again cited the widely known average cost for the repair. She then left, frustrated, as the advisor wouldnt budge. As she was driving away, the advisor called with a fresh attitude, citing some story about how the tech just came running back and said something like oh, she just wants the thermostat replaced, thats only about $280-$350, an effort to save the sale. Again, these folks were armed with this information from the start. It is my theory that they were trying to use predatory sales tactics: assuming that a young lady could be taken advantage of by starting with some absurd price and work their way down until she bit. Either that, or 4 CSRs/Advisors and a tech are just completely unable to understand a basic and straight forward request. My money is on the former. Out of frustration, I forewent the extra money I would have spent for convenience, and did the work myself. I am not the level of mechanic that they would hire, and it took me 1 hour on the dot. Parts and fluid were $90 total.EDIT: Amending my rating, as the CSR who worked with my wife reached out to me directly and explained the situation from her point of view. It sounds like there was a pretty significant break down in communication internally, fueled primarily by a program that automatically lumps suggested repairs together. It also sounds like there wasnt enough help at the service advisor counter; the individual helping my wife was working outside of her usual department and was just doing her best to help colleagues. I am very impressed with how Autumn addressed my review head-on. It does seem that Kendall does care about their reputation, but there is some room for improvement.

There are many “workers” behind counters in the service department check-in area, but only one person serving a line of customers. There is no one greeting, guiding or directing traffic. Two customers had to ask where to get help with their need only to be told to join a different line. Please move workers who do not support walk in customers away from the lobby. Please put a manager or customer service agent in front of a desk to welcome and direct people. Please do not allow employees to chat/socialize about non-work related topics where waiting customers can hear them. With a few small adjustments the service department lobby could deliver much better customer service. Please remember that customers come to the dealership for best in class service. Customers can get a waiting line and disengaged experience anywhere and pay much less for it.

What a great car buying experience! I showed up with 2 models in mind that I was interested in. After seeing them in person I wasnt satisfied with them. Dustin worked with me to look at a couple of similar models that were in the realm of specs I wanted and price range. The whole process from start to finish only took a couple of hours and I left with a new to me car. The vehicle was in great shape, low miles and affordable. They washed it and gassed it up before handing over the keys. Dustin followed up a couple days later to make sure all was going well. I appreciated the personal service. Everyone there was helpful and easy to work with.

Kendall is a great place to buy a car. I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist and hooked me up with a great salesman named “Fro.” He was great. Very informative, willing to help me find the best deal on what I was looking for and drove off the lot with a new truck. I know it’s their job to be friendly because they want to sell you something but Fro was like taking to an old friend. Had an appointment for 1030. Couldnt get car started. Hence the appointment. Finally got it started and didnt show up unlit 1230. They immediately took my car found and fixed the problem. $250. Gone in less than an hour. Super nice people there.

I had an oil change, but unfortunately, when they parked my car afterwards it was in such an awkward spot that in backing up my bumper got scratched. Upon showing them, they immediately made it right and got me scheduled to have it touched up the next day. Everyone was so nice - from the managers to the shuttle guys! Super impressed!

At first I was hesitant to buy a car from out of state, but Ashley made the buying experience go as smoothly as it possibly could. Not being able to do your own inspection is hard when buying a car out of state you never know what your going to get. Ashley put my mind at ease with a lot of pictures and videos of the car. Came in for an oil change/tire rotation and fuel filter replacement. It was midweek at 1:40pm. It took them 2 hours to complete. Ive had this done at 2 other GMC dealerships since purchased in 2015. Never took longer than 1hr 15 minutes. Will likely try another GM dealership next time.

I can’t comment on the result because I haven’t gotten the truck back yet. There was some miscommunication with the scheduling though that caused me to bring the truck in and it didn’t get worked on for about a week. The appointment was made and not confirmed with me so when I heard about it I called to reschedule for a time that worked which ended up being a week earlier. That information did not get communicated to all involved parties and resulted in my truck sitting on your lot for a week before getting sent out for repairs.Also I had a driver side door that didn’t line up with the other one causing air to come into the cab while driving. It was acting like a wind scoop on a hood. The service person told me there was a 3cm tolerance allowed by GM and there was probably nothing they could do about it! If GM is ok with a door that doesn’t close 3cm that is some very poor workmanship standards. I wasn’t satisfied with that so I took my truck to the vendor he said they would use for body repairs and he told me that a was false statement and the issue I was having was absolutely something that should be fixed as it was not air or water tight. So some communication issues and education on what’s acceptable or not could be addressed.

One of the worst services I’ve had from a dealership. The communication was terrible and they really just lied to me. It’s one thing to suggest fluid services that aren’t needed but lying about warranty coverage and making me pay out of pocket when I get there and not letting me know beforehand? Very upset with the service. They told my vehicle would be done Monday and by Wednesday I hadn’t heard a thing and I had to call to find anything out. I recommend going elsewhere.

Everyone is great, communication was great. My disappointment is that the issue isn’t fixed. My issue is with GMC. My front sensor keeps going off for no reason. They replaced the front sensor, then the module. It’s still goes off every stop. Sensor, camera, and seat vibrating every time I come to a stop. It’s very frustrating!

I took my 2020 GMC truck last Wednesday morning in for a oil change, tire rotation, and some other warranty work. Al, the service guy didnt call me all day and after numerous attempts to reach him, he finally called back at 5:30 pm and said no one had looked at the truck yet. I would have been nicer to hear from him earlier. I then asked for a loaner car, but was told that they didnt have any. Also, I had to wait over an hour to get a ride home that day. It took until late Friday afternoon to get my truck back and I had to borrow a vehicle from a friend of mine. To get the appointment, I had to schedule it out a month in advance. You offer the worst service I have ever gotten from a dealer.I really like my salesman, Scott Larsen, but you need to get better and more technicians and more forthcoming service guys to keep your clients in the know as to the status of their repair jobs.

Called about an advertised vehicle. Was informed that it had been sold but there was another by the same manufacturer. It was a year older but it was a more deluxe model. The price was almost the same. The interior was in excellent condition and looked barely used. Multiple reasons for 1 star. Serve department cannot complete a repair, recall service, or simple maintenance interval on time. Sales department will not work with you and will push only what is on the lot. You have to consistently follow up with them only to never have your calls returned. Do yourself a favor and work with Petersen or a dealership in SLC. Any place would be better to work with than this poorly manage dealership

Ive called 3 times today and was left on hold for over 7 minutes each time. I followed instructions to leave a message, but no one returns my call. I need my car serviced. Hands down the best place to get a new car! My boyfriend and I bought a used 2016 Kia Soul with low miles and we loved it the first time we rode inside of it. Steve Jones is the man to go to. Very nice and easy to work with. He also has jokes! He got me approved really quick by the time paperwork was done I was able to drive off in my new car! They also detailed the inside and outside and fill up your gas tank. I thought that was the most nicest thing a company could do for their customers. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Andy was my service writer and he was the most helpful person. Communication, and thoughtfulness! He was recommended by a person at the infinity dealership across the street where I was getting service performed. A problem came up where I needed a Chevy dealership so I came to see him and he got me in quickly, fixed the issue, and found out it was covered under warranty! I will now only take my car there and to Andy!

This is the third time we have serviced here and it has been the same every time. They take your car and never call you and dont get it back on time and you find yourself for 5 days without a car. I understand that sometimes a car takes longer than anticipated to get fixed, but some communication would be helpful. Also...maybe finish the car in the amount of time you tell a customer it will take.

I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences of buying a new vehicle i have ever had. I have brothers in the business and normally only buy from one of them, however, i wanted something different than a toyota or ram and was so pleasantly surprised at how well i was treated at your dealership. Other than having to pay retail for accessories (normally get employee cost), this was just as good as buying from family. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Ashley was a fantastic salesman and Nathan was wonderful in finance. I appreciate the way they treated me so much. Thank you for a great experience!

We went to just go look at vehicles not ready to buy yet, but my sisters car was on its last leg. (And has been for a really long time) Allan H was super helpful! It was the first time my sister had bought a car. He showed us the one we were looking at and suggested we should look at a new new one so we can see the difference. He also shared his experience and since the car we were looking at was only 4 years old and had less then 50,000 miles it was a good deal. He really went the extra mile. He spoke with our mom on the phone and said he would do his best. He kept the payment under what we wanted including the warranty. He even drove it up to the doors so she could feel special pulling away. He even tried to help her set her phone up to the Bluetooth! He is a great salesman!

This is the worse place to buy a vehicle. They don’t want to help at all. About 4 years ago I went into buy a car which they told me I needed about $5,000 down, so I left and bought a car somewhere else with zero down. Yesterday went into buy a car thinking it would be different, it wasn’t. They told me I would need 10-15 thousand down. Didn’t want to help or anything. I don’t have bad credit either. I will never go back there. I will buy somewhere else.

There service techs cant be trusted, they leave things under your hood in the engine and return your car to you, they like to take advantage of the elderly and others by charging for work that wasnt performed, none of my fluids in my car were topped off, instead they just say there low..... I will be taking my car somewhere else where I can watch them work on my car.....Dont trust these guys!!!!!
