First time coming in, store closes at 6 and we came in at 5:50. Instead of letting us know they close in 10 minutes a rude employee at the front counter howled out to us Were closed! As if we couldnt look at lights for 10 minutes as we intended. We would of even been fine with them letting us know that we have 10 minutes and after we would have to come back another day. We wanted to buy a new light for our living room but now will not be coming back to a place like this. We were having a great Friday and instantly this dude turned that around.

Really like this place. A lot to go through, extremely reasonable prices, and friendly staff. I think Im a lifer.

I always stop here before I go to Lowes. Half the time I find what I need at half the cost.

Every time I go there I come out with something whether I needed it or not. I refurbished a wishing well that my sister and I got for our mom 5 yrs ago total cost was under 30 dollars. My go to place for material for a low price. Would have gave more stars but 5 is all they offer

Such a valuable retail store

I had previously left a review praising the customer service here. I now need to change that. I bought a stove from them in new years eve. The employee was in such a hurry to get out that he wouldnt even help me load it but made me return on the 2nd. When I got it home I found there was no power cord and had to buy a new one. I went back to the store to see if it would be made right as I had been told the stove had been tested. I asked for a discount on an end table that has been in the store for several weeks in exchange for the misinformation. I was refused. I understand the need to earn money and that the stove was 2nd hand. I had to buy new elements and clean it. I didnt know I would have to buy a $20 power cord. I asked for a $10 discount on a table and was refused. What is most upsetting is that they have often given discounts for no reason and this was for a good reason.

Great place to pick up those things you want to update around the house without breaking the bank. Got a front door there, very good condition, for only $20! Plus the staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Definitely check them out the next time you need a new door, fixture, faucet, cabinet, whatever!

Maskholes in Nampa?! Sadly wont be returning. The last time I went in I had a bad experience with rude people so I was hesitant to return again and now they wont let you in without a mask. No thanks. Wont be back.

Great place to get a great deal on home repairs. However dont show up too close to closing time because the help will make you feel like a time bandit even with 30min to spare. Also its been closed already at 5:35pm when their sign says 6pm is closing time. Really no biggie if you can wait until morning for whatever you were looking for.

Lots of new left overs and used house hardware for just about everything. They are always busy but great staff!

Great place to go when your looking to fix up things in your home. Definitely a good place if you rent out your home so you dont have to pay full price for other renters to go and destroy it haha. Very affordable prices and huge selection of things.

Better then new prices! Staff seem to busy to assist with much at all. Sadly they take everything apart, to sell pieces individually. Brand new kitchen Moen faucet, torn apart to get scratched up in bins with old faucet parts.

Great place to find a deal, just gotta know where to look. I built a huge chicken coop for less than $80 in materials from Second Chance. I would have easily spent over $350 at a big box store. Always worth a shot to look here first.

Love the folks who work here. This is a great place to get furniture because there is a shipping company that donates brand new gorgeous designer Furniture to them.

Im a bit of a thrift store junky. This supports a good cause -not just my habit. The prices are good and the staff are nice folks.
