Maybe their customer service isn’t top notch…but maybe it doesn’t have to be when your install is!!! Clean and professional…I looked for flaws and didn’t see one…I got exactly what I ask for and they stand by their work!!! Thanks guys, more than happy!!!

I spent $900 on my system 4 speakers amp and a 10 sub.... I found out by a buddy that works for sound depot that... xtreme sound sold me a cheap Amazon sub woofer... And that he even had my amp tuned to the max and blew my sub.... Tonys customer service is poor... And that sub was installed a year ago.... Ive called and left messages and no call back.... So only way to get ahold of him is going down there... So I would suggest you go somewhere else... Like sound depot were they want repeat customers... Xtreme sound 👎🏼

I spent over 1200 on a stereo, remote start and installation. I’m getting ERROR-02-62, it powers off and doesn’t turn back on for extended periods of time, also connectivity issues.I’ve called at least once every day for the past two weeks and can’t reach anyone. I’m just Trying to schedule an appointment to get it fixed or get a replacement. I’ve left 3 messages and no call back.It’s really frustrating when you have an issue, you know what it is, and cannot seem to reach anyone to get it fixed. Reaching someone and not their voicemail has been an issue since two weeks after the install. Poor communication is the main issue with this place. I just want my stereo fixed!!!!

I took a 2006 Dodge Ram truck in to Extreme Sound. The factory installed DVD system was not working at all, the factory stereo was average at best, and the rear speakers wouldnt play. They installed a Pioneer DVD deck and ran the cables to the installed DVD system and got it all working. They fixed the rear speakers and while they were at it, they fixed the rear power windows (which also were not working). I thought their prices were reasonable and they did very good work. Where companies character can really be seen is if things go wrong. My truck had a particular challenge in that there was some sort of short in the system that kept shutting everything down. It took several trips to fully track down the issue but they stayed at it and resolved the problem.I am very happy with their work, their prices, and their follow through.System sounds great now and the family loves the DVD player for long trips.Thanks Extreme Sound.(edit: I read through many of the reviews. Indeed, the owner and worker at Extreme Sound arent bubbly people persons. But, they know their stuff and you will get solid, fair work.)

Horrible service! Not only did they not shut my hood all the way, (had to stop on freeway to close it once I noticed) they also did not put rubber ring back around my ignition AND BROKE MY FRONT HOOD LATCH! I had to have it repaired just to open my hood! Very unwelcoming and unfriending place!!

Went when they opened at 10 and the owner sat in his truck playing on his phone instead of opening his business, I waited 10 minutes and decided to leave. I went back later and waited inside the store and no one came to help me after almost 10 minutes, I went to leave and someone came and got me as I was at my truck with a horrible attitude. The man acted like he didnt care to have my business and was way over priced. I would not recommend going there.

Terrible customer service and do not answer there phone when called. Have been wait for warranty exchange for over a month and have not heard anything back.

Not very responsive. Going somewhere else like Sound Hound to finish the job that I paid Extreme Sound to do.

It was a hard install but they did it and it works great

Had them install a pioneer stereo I bought online, that was an easy process of dropping my car off and picking it up. I noticed right away that there was feedback, I installed new speakers but the feedback is still there, it gets worse with bass. I came back in to ask about it, I was told there could be a bad ground and theyd look at it for 60$ an hour which I politely declined.

Worst phone attention ever!

I spent 5 minutes in this store and thats all I needed to figure out that I wasnt going to buy anything here. No customer service, not a hi can I help you or be right with you from either employee at the counter. The radio selection was fine if you want a single din but if youre looking for a double din touchscreen there were 3 very overpriced options. Not the shop for me.

Same as other went there 2 hours before closing (traveled 20 miles) no one there during posted google time of being open. Called and still haven’t received a call back. I would recommend going to sound hound as I ended up doing.

Well you guys didn’t even get a chance to get another customer and you would have had a consistent one. First I called and got hung up on so I called back. Got an answer cool. I told the guy I’d be there after work and he said cool. I got off early and fought through traffic and got there 15 minutes before close and asked if I could get someone to look at the back of my truck and your dude said “ah too bad sorry.” I’ll take my money elsewhere.

So i went here Saturday and the guy who installed my sound was by himself awhile. He did an awesome job of customer service and installing my music. He never lost a beat and kept a great attitude about having to go from installing music to helping customers who walked in until his help made it back. And the music system and sound itself is dynamic. Great customer service and great work. I love the feeling of going somewhere and the people are so cool makes it seem like friends. Makes you want too spend money. He said it would take a certain amount of time but when the other guy came he went right in helped and i was out of there way quicker. Thank guys keep up the good work

Called to get a quote on a head unit with installation for my vehicle. The person who answered the phone was very condescending, and hung up on me when I asked if he had any recommendations on a cheaper option than the 300 dollar ripoff I was offered.

Ive shopped here for stereo equipment a few years back and had a great experience. I went in 6 months ago or so to get a quote on a new setup. The guy working there said he would need work everything up and figure out what they can do for me. They said they would call and never did. I will be going to the competition now to see how the service is there.

Wasnt even a customer, but whomever decided to drive their truck off the lot today (11-14-2020) with their logo plastered all across the truck, pulled out backwards in front of me on 12th avenue forcing me to stop, and then floored it to make it through a red light that he forced traffic to stop for him to blow the light, honestly irresponsible.

Great service! Tommy took his time and made sure it was done right. My car was a little difficult to. My mustang looks amazing though I couldn’t ask for better. He does in fact right his wrong don’t be fooled we had a misunderstanding and it really wasn’t his fault but Tommy took ownership and totally made it up to me and took great care of me. My husband came here to see what we could do about fixing his radio system, and potentially buy a new radio system but the guy at the front counter was on his phone the whole time! My husband kept asking him questions and the guy was so short to him and would right away go back to his cell phone. My husband was going to buy a new system from this place but Im so not sorry I told him to hell with this place and this customer service. We will not support a company who does not seem to care about a potential paying customer! The being on your cell phone the whole time, with rude manners, and short responses is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. This is 2018 I get that everyone has a cell phone, but when youre on the clock and you have customers coming into your company or the company you work for take some initiation and serve that customer with respect. A bad review for a company loses 33 potential paying customers. Rude service. Rude manners. Get off your phones.

I went there 3 times to get a quote for couple of things to get for my ride and apparently there to busy for the customers. Once I actually got the short bold fat guy that runs the front he said in two different occasions that he would look into the prices and call me back. Never heard from him again. Got tired of the BS that comes out of his mouth. If you look at a customer in there eyes and say ur going to call them back. Then man the hell up and call them back.

First of all he never returned any phone messages it always said he was on his phone so my husband went down there personally the business was closed eventually we got a hold of the gentleman my husband went back down to find out how much it would cost for this gentleman to put our stereo in our car he didn’t seem very knowledgeable made an appointment for 330 with my husband and is now a half hour late would not recommend this location
