My parents have spent a lot of time and money getting their boat back up and running. It means a lot to my dad because he inherited it from my grandma that has passed away. And, after getting it going again, my dad wanted to make the interior look nice as well. He reached out to Sammy and she said she would have it done in 3 days, only wanted a $700 deposit up front, and $2000 total, the rest was to be paid upon completion. She was impossible to get ahold of until she was showing up to their house asking for more money. A week goes by, and she has only completed one cushion (photo below) but has managed to get a total of $1200 from my dad. After being blown off for several more days and my dad was leaving for their trip that weekend, they demanded their cushions back and when they received them she’d thrown them in their front yard and inside the boat that was out front, all of them being ripped.Whatever you do, do NOT give this woman your money. You’ll end up paying 3x what you’ve already wasted just to fix your belongings. She had 100 excuses as to why nothing was completed and why she needed more money.She never refunded my dad, never offered to fix the cushions, never so much as apologized for ruining the interior of a boat that means so much to my family. There was no integrity when dealing with this company. I’d highly suggest spending the little more, somewhere else, for a guarantee the job will be completed. She practically robbed my elderly parents and took advantage of their kindness knowing they’d continue handing her money for god only knows what, it sure wasn’t for materials for their cushions because only a total of 2 cushions were completed and I could have done a better job.
