I explained my situation to him and he UNDERSOLD me explaining I didnt need to pay extra for features I probably wouldnt use. What kind of company looks at your best interest instead of trying to make more money off of you? A good company, that is who.

I originally made an appointment with a competing company four days ago on Sunday, my car had gotten stuck in my garage and I was desperate. When the other company showed up, I was told there was no way to get my car out and that repairs were going to be $500+. I called around and Overhead was able to have a technician at my house within 20 minutes of my call and charge me only $220. I was over the moon ecstatic at that already. When the technician got to my house, the first thing he did was open my garage and get my car out. Something I had been told wouldn’t be possible with the other company. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Same day fix without the same day price. When your paying for a labor your paying for 2 people remember that. The fellas were cordial prompt and didnt try to upsell at all. I paid less than what I thought.

We had 2 springs replaced on our garage door today. Overhead was very professional, prompt, and just nice people to talk and work with. I would recommend this company to a friend and use them again. The only minor thing Id say was they said they would call before coming over, and didnt. No problem though, they showed up fast and good work done - 5 stars.

Had a spring snap. Called them 10 minutes after they opened and they had a truck at my house a hour later. Took the tech a little less then a hour to get it all fixed up. He even adjusted some setting, tightened the chain on the opener and lubed the rollers on the door. Super fair price. Great company. They will be my go to if I need them again.

We needed help with programming our garage door opener to the HomeLink in our new truck. Being in our 70s, we are not always able to figure out wireless programming. We went to Overhead Door Company of Nampa, and they immediately helped us solve our problem. They prepared the HomeLink function in our truck and told us how to program the truck to the garage door opener. When we returned home, the instructions we had received worked perfectly. We are so appreciative of their courtesy and helpfulness. We also needed to set up an appointment to have some work done on our garage door, and we were scheduled for the next day. Everyone we dealt with was exceptionally helpful and quite knowledgeable. We definitely recommend Overhead Door Company of Nampa not only for quality work but excellent customer service.

I had to buy replacement spring assembly bar. Mine is no longer available. Since I had to get a different style that did not Mount the same. I asked him if there were any tips or tricks for putting the bar up? His response was It comes with instructions. He seemed annoyed that I wasnt going to pay him to install.

We moved here from Alaska 6 months ago, are in the final stages of building an RV garage and needed two overhead doors. Couldnt get our builders overhead door supplier to contact me about styles, etc. Since we had Overhead Door install and service garage doors on our Alaska house, I went to the Overhead Door website here, found the local dealer, and wrote up an online request for quote. Got an e-mail reply the next morning that Roy would be calling soon. He called that afternoon, came to the house, took measurements, discussed options, styles, colors, and had a written quote for me in my e-mail inbox the next morning. Price was a little more than I liked so waited another couple days hoping the builders door people would call. They didnt so went ahead and ordered from Overhead. The doors arrived as scheduled, were installed as scheduled and match the Brand X ones on our house, except these have higher R-value and are better made. One door needed a small adjustment after install so after calling Roy, their service guy was back the next day to fix it. Good people to work with all the way around! Am glad I went with them. Other company eventually called a few days later after we placed our order and insisted they give me a quote anyway. I told him he could give the quote to my builder whom I had shared Overheads quote with anyway. They could talk it over amongst themselves, but my decision had already been made and couldnt be changed at this point. Im truly happy again with what I got from Overhead. Theyre what a door company business should be. They not only sell quality doors and openers, they service them too!!Update: 3/26/2019: Finally got my overhead doors painted to match the trim. I had asked the installers to leave the weatherstrip off until I got it and the doors painted. Had a painter come and do it since Im terrible on high ladders and then was in a pickle because I couldnt put the weatherstripping on after it was painted. I called OHDoor and asked if they would come back and install it for me. I was fully expecting to pay a call out/service fee since the doors had been up for 2 months now. Chuck was out the next afternoon!! And, they didnt charge me anything for doing that! Now thats service!! They obviously love their business, and want you as a customer for life. They got me, and I couldnt be happier.

Very poor customer service. Installation is average at best. Found another company who is exceptional. I would encourage anyone to avoid the frustration and look elsewhere.

The button broke on my 27 year old garage door opener. The customer service representative at the front desk salvaged one, free of charge, out of a box of used/discarded openers and saved me $42+
