Shelves are full of groceries! Finally someplace without a warning about shortages. Good selection of produce, dairy, etc. Lively patrons of all sorts, helpful employees. Everyone friendly and nice. So refreshing to be in a store with folks who smile and talk to each other, wow! Loved being able to find our favorite frozen pizza and a decent bottle of wine on a weekend night for maximum chillaxing at home. Very grateful for the convenient parking and easy self checkout.

The best and the freshest sushi I always get the crunchy roll with crab!! If you love sushi give this a try you wont regret it

This store is really nice, the employees are very helpful and nice. Their produce is fresh and high quality, so this store is the place to go to get your produce. The shelves are always stocked as well. The only problems I have is that the front end manager is a very nasty and rude person. Another thing I have had a problem with is the Pharmacy. They are extremely overwhelmed and understaffed. Aside from those things, I highly recommend this store.

I was just at Fred Meyer and a guy got injured in the parking lot. He came into the store bleeding and looking for help, and the employees were AWESOME. They took great care of him, got him cleaned up and bandaged, bought him a Gatorade, and helped him get into the mobility cart so he could do his shopping without having to walk all over the store. They were seriously fantastic about the whole thing, careful about cleaning up the blood, and very caring. They deserve a raise!

I usually am a huge fan of Fred Meyer. But this store is a nightmare. This is the 3rd day I have been here to get a prescription, and I have been here over an hour already. I have anxiety and panic issues, and I have been suffering for 3 days without my medication. Every time I come in there is a giant line, and even if not, someone is always busy. I literally stand in line crying and having a panic attack, and this happens every time. To get groceries is at least a half hour check out, because they never have enough cashiers. I guess the corporation cant pay enough of their billions to support having enough staff. I see people complaining about the same thing. Staff tries to be really nice about it and God bless their hearts for that, but you guys could spice it up a little more.

Dont bother trying to work at this store if youre thinking about joining the team look elsewhere if you truly have a brain and a solid work ethic

Only place were you can find a $50 dollar sweater like youre at a Nordstroms but you cannot buy Bluetooth earbuds without getting an employee because they are locked like youre at a Quickie Mart!! The priorities of this place are out of whack 🤣

Very clean super market. Has a great meat department, always fresh meat and seafood. Produce department is very fresh and has a great variety including a nice organic selection. Jewelry department is amazing, have bought multiple pieces from them. Clothing, lawn and garden, home decor, toys, shoes, I can’t name it all.

Have been coming to Fred Meyers for years now, Ive never had any issues. Your employees always do a great job straightening the shelves up, making them look nice. You never see any of them standing around doing nothing. You provide awesome customer service. Thanks for being one of a kind!

Fred Meyer is one of the great alternatives to Wal-Mart. They offer much of what Wal-Mart does but usually better quality. Toys is one area where Fred Meyer is weak. This may be due to increased competition and low profit margins. Overall a great place to shop.

You will love this store! It has everything from paint to pastries and shoes to Sushi. They have clothing for the family, house wares, electronics, furniture and seasonal items. Oh yes, they have toys! Toys for the kids, toys for the adults and toys for the family. A pharmacy, a bank and a gas station. They have a wonderful garden department. The grocery department is great and the bakery department is just delicious and so is the Deli. The line up in the deli and the meat department makes your mouth water. The help I have gotten in the floral department has saved several of my plants, there is no doubt the women who runs it knows her stuff. There is so much more you should stop by and see for your self. I love this store.

I love this store! They have amazing clothing sales during the holidays. The clothing is high quality and fashionable. The food is extremely good quality for the value and I find them somewhere in between Wal-Mart and Albertsons. Staff is always amazing!

I used to think Fred Meyer was a decent store and I will visit it every time Im in the area but this last time no more never again, theyre too expensive the produce is not good and store is not well maintained and the grocery section is not good at all will not shop again

We needed a bit of help today in the produce section. We noticed a friendly looking gentleman working behind the coolers. His name is Tyler, and he took a moment out of his busy-looking task to totally help us. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely professional. I’ve been going to fred meyer for grocery pickup because of the pandemic and the people who help in that section are wonderful. i’ve been very impressed with their promptness and they load up your car with no contact. they also wear masks which i’ve been happy with. i didn’t catch their name, but one employee with rainbow hair has been very kind and works quickly. overall very good service and i’ll continue coming back!

Very poor management! Keep an eye on your receipts, items are scanned twice and you can be paying for more than what you bought. Management doesnt think this is a big deal, but I think most people would.

Not a happy customer ! I have been bringing my dogs to Fred Meyers for decades. A manger approached me and..well started a verbal confrontation, I advised him I could alert my attorney.. he said no lets not do that. According to the ADA, employees at a business are not allowed to request any documentation for a service dog. I will be shopping at Fred Meyers again soon with my dog by my side.

Terrific store...sooooo much merchandise. I searched all over town for days looking for a snow shovel and found the perfect one here. Oh, and great beer selections too.

Store personnel arent required to be proactive about wearing their mask

I don’t normally write negative posts. Tried to cash a regular check here, the person working for the life of her could not figure out if she could cash the check. Then she talk to another person and that person told her to call somebody else and then that person didn’t know either. Then she took the check and my fiancé and went to find somebody else to see if they could cash the check. Then went to two different people after that.

When you have a 4 for $11 12pk of pepsi/coke cans on sale. Maybe you should actually have some diet coke, coke zero, and diet dr pepper available for people to buy. Also you green signs stating that you are now limiting sales of coke products to only 3 items so people are forced to buy a pepsi product they dont want is ridiculous. Its taken this store 2+ years with their 99 cent 2ltr bottle sales to realize people want diet coke, coke zero, and diet dr pepper. So maybe you should order more when you have a sale?

Brace for Covid-19!For whatever reason, there were a great number of people who were ignoring social distancing, as well as not wearing masks or wearing masks improperly. This included employees (Debbies mask was so low it was practically on her chin, while checking!). No one was cleaning carts.I realize that Canyon county may not have a safety-conscious culture, but Fred Meyer should uphold safety standards and insist for its employees and at least!

Truly a one-stop shop! Love that the grocery section has incorporated more natural, organic, and special diet foods. Its a bit pricier than other places but a worthy value.

Guillermo in the sanitation area is a life saver! I have never had service like his at a grocery store. He went above and beyond to help me find latex gloves. What an amazing representation of good customer service. Give that man a raise! Just wow!!

This location was very unfriendly. We tried to purchase an outdoor product that was marked incorrectly and instead of pointing the blame to incorrect placement of the sign, the cashier blamed us for it and when we decided not to take it, she was snarky when calling over a member of management. We would have happily still taken the item, but due to the rudeness of this self stated new cashier, we will not be returning to this location. Management was very nice but this cashier was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location.

No experience not in storehow you a Rate

Id started to come to Fred Meyer during the pandemic as it is much less crowded than Wally World (and better produce). I was exceptionally impressed my first time through... selection was fantastic (especially during a pandemic) and the people are nice. Unfortunately, the last two times Ive gone since... the meat department has been... well, I wont be going back likely. I try to make ONE TRIP per week to handle my shopping and when I arrive, one would expect most items are out on the shelf ready to sell, but unfortunately whoever runs the meat department seems to be about an hour behind everyone else. Very little to no meat is out... and this time around the two top most items on their sale paper... $5.00 New York Steaks and $5.7 7/lb Colossal EZ Peel Shrimp....NOPE... none available.... at 8 in the morning... on a Friday... 2 days after the sale paper came out.If their meat department employees would arrive an hour earlier to actually get their product out on the shelf for their customers to purchase by opening time... Id give this store a 5-star review... unfortunately, because I am now required to go to another store (which I was attempting to avoid) in order to buy meat... twice in a row now... Im giving a 3-star and I doubt I will be going back... at least during this pandemic...

The absolute cleanest FM Gas station we have ever encountered! There was not a spot of oil or piece of garbage that dared show its face. We observed an male employee who was polishing, sweeping, and focused on his job. It was evident he took great pride in his job. Our visit was 4/22 at 7pm. I hope he properly acknowledged for his outstanding work.!!!

Do not buy Natures Bounty CoQ10 200mg or any from Fred Meyer. They are price gouging. They have a price of 52.99 and you can buy the same thing at other stores priced from 26.00 to 36.00. Fred Meyer is off my shopping list.

Customer service rep was rude and condescending. She acted as if she had better things to do than assist me in solving my issue. Then appeared annoyed when I asked her to double check on the issue! This is two times in the last two weeks I had a negative encounter at the customer service desk. I understand these are stressful, scary and uncertain times, but as the department states, “Customer Service”. If you can’t control your disgust and/or annoyance for customers, you probably shouldn’t be behind the counter. I would give this a negative star if possible. A total lack of unprofessionalism.

I love this store! I live about 3 minutes away, so its quite convenient. The selection is sufficient (grocery, clothing, sporting goods, etc.), and prices are competitive for the area IF you shop the sales. Download the app for coupons and rewards. The staff is helpful and friendly. Many of them have been there for years, so it has the feel of a small town grocery store....unlike some of the the other super centers.

I love this Fred Meyers! I go there every day, literally! Jr in the deli is fast and very fun to talk with, Jonathan in the meat department is knowledgeable about all the different Meats and also a lot of fun to talk with. The cashier Logan is funny and kind and makes the coolest paper cranes. Angela the manager is a sweetheart. Sheryl, Natalie, and all the other cashiers are just so great. I always find what Im looking for and they have the best sales, with digital coupons and really nice low prices

The management is much nicer than the Grocery Outlet store in Caldwell and seem to really care about there customers who help pay there bills unlike the Grocery Outlet. Great prices and EXCELLENT customer service unlike Grocery Outlet.

This is a great store. The staff are friendly and it is beautifully kept up. We shop here often and my husband and I do breakfast dates on their Cafe for an affordable cup of coffee. The store manager, Corey, is awesome and donated to our project for students at risk. I love this store and the great gas prices too!!

The store is extremely clean. I find it well stocked with very polite and caring Associates. When Im not able to find something, somebody is always willing to walk me there and show me where it is. I find everything from food too clothing and nails I appreciate that.

My favorite part of this store is that the employees are always pleasant and professional. They never act annoyed when I ask for help. The cashiers are always respectful and friendly. They have a wide selection of grocery products and other items. The cashiers are helpful with coupons, checks... whatever means you use to pay. There are other retailers closer with similar prices, but I drive further to Fred Meyer because I love the employees here!

Employees do wears masks. Social distancing is not followed. I myself like the prices of the store and will continue to shop there. I lhave no fear of the virus if someone has it they should be wearing a mask or staying home not out shopping in the first place. If you are that afraid of the virus get someone else to go to do the shoppin for you.

I really enjoy this Fred Meyers. They have a great seasonal outdoor selection both in furniture and plants, but I mostly go for plants and related items. The pots go on sale regularly and they have some great designer shapes and colors.I dont do my groceries here but they have a selection of things that I cant find elsewhere, primarily Quorn brand. Their fruit and vegetable section has some beautiful produce, and it tastes great too. I recommend this FM for quick visits and a trip to the clearance aisles for a fun afternoon!

It would be great if Fred Meyers like other places would update their change in hours

I would say that over the couple of years all of my infrequent visits have been overwhelming positive. I cracked a whole dozen of eggs right there at the self checkout and was quickly met by two employees to help clean the mess. They were quite understanding and helped me continue on my way. THANKS FRED MEYERS!

Most importantly is the sushi rolls! I cant speak for pricier restaurants, but for grab and go theirs beats them all. Ingredients are fresh and taste perfect. They have a variety to choose from and the prices are great for what you get. Come early for the best selection.

I don’t see how Fred Meyer is know for all there gluten free options! I show up to get gluten free beagles, and I was taken to three different spots 1 the gluten free isle 2 the frozen isle 3 the bread isle ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY DONT HAVE IT!!! Don’t go here if your want overpriced items that they don’t have!!!!!

Must c h the same as Ralphs.maybe a few more perks such as an actual bakery and a real good deli .. although it was under staffed . Because there was a loong line and staff members from other departments kept to their own task and didnt help her. So we just left . But everyone there were very pleasant. Will thy again.

I only went to the grocery side and not the department store side. Their bakery had many unique and flavorful items. The store was comfortable to walk through with a good selection. All of that was nice, but for everything I looked at the prices were higher than their competitors for the exact same products, so I could only give it a two.

I love this store! It has recently been remodeled and is clean and well organized. I have never had a bad experience here. The employees are friendly and very helpful. I will drive out of my way to come to this store as opposed to many other grocery store options.

I have been shopping at FM for over 20 years. I shop there because I know that I can expect good customer service and quality products. Tonight when I was shopping I experienced a manager being quite rude and demeaning to one of his staff (the person he was rude to is a female cashier who I have always had great experiences with and who goes out of her way to make my shopping experience a good one)--he yelled at her to stop, just stop and wouldnt let her talk--in front of customers. I could see the look of humiliation on her face. I hope this was a bad moment and not the way male management treats their female employees.

Always clean and organized. Lots of room to maneuver a grocery cart. The staff is helpful and go the extra mile for customers. They have a wide selection of products and health food. I especially like the extra savings of bulk herbs and nuts.

I have never been a huge fan of fred meyers and im not sure why, but as i traveled through the store I found well lack there of not one item I was looking for was there and anything like it was outrageously expensive. It was not an experience i would want to do again, on another note< did try the sushi and it was quite good and freshly made

The pharmacy is great in helping you, and the things they are doing at this time of trouble is awesome.

Its a Fred Meyer, so the prices are steeper than youre going to get at a lot of chains. But in exchange you get a quiet, spacious store thats rarely overly busy, with great produce and selection in general with a lot of interesting foods you might not find elsewhere.As a gardener, the gardening department is excellent and I always check the houseplant section for interesting arrivals.Aaand PRO TIP: their sushi is AMAZING for store sushi, made daily by a very nice chef who will offer to make you custom rolls if you want! Its kind of legendary among locals.Just a nice store that makes groceries so much less of a chore. :)

Actually an awesome experience shopping during this time of fear and hoarders. We hadnt found flats of water or tp- which are standard purchases for us- for 2 weeks. Decided to try Fred Meyer this am and found everything we needed. A young man went to the back to check on tp for us and assured us he found some. Such friendly and accomodating staff. Much better stocked than Wamart or Winco. Thank you!!

Love fred mwyer. Its a little more expensive than winco or walmart, but the produce and meat are way better. They also have digital coupons and 2 day sales that you cant beat. This store has a little of everything, grocery, clothing, furniture, shoes, toys, home hoods, etc....

Tanya at self checkout is AMAZING. FRIENDLY, WELCOMING & knowledgeable. She enhances every visit and her store team has created an atmosphere of a neighborhood corner market. Considering I can find almost (except Starbucks:( ) everything at this store!

Its a phenomenal place to buy groceries. If they dont have it you dont need it. Superb cakes and their Bakery. Addictive jalapeno poppers in the Delicatessen.

Meat Dept. Pretty basic. Nothing exciting or intetesting like the Thai Sweet Chile chicken thighs like the other Fred Meyers have. I do understand the need to control shrink and market demographics that may not support the inclusion of such items in this store. Still a nice neighborhood market with pretty capable employees. The rough parking lot surface will make your hands go numb pushing a cart to your car.

Best store around! They have a wide variety of organic and very healthy foods! Sales and special prices are set almost every other day. With special pricing on certain items along with courteous and efficient employees make a great environment for shopping!

They no longer have a dedicated electronics department and no longer can develop flm. That said friendly staff who recognize you and good quality meats and produce. Excellent clearance prices that run very often, great place to get shoes.

Not quite as big or nice as the one where I moved from but they have products I cant find elsewhere.UPDATE: Since theyve become a Krogers (keeping the Fred Meyer name), prices are up, selection is down, and customer perks and rewards are almost non-existent. Sad. Ive shopped at FM for 35 years in 3 states. No longer my preferred store.

Love coming here with the kids. They give them free fruit to munch on while we shop. Makes my day so much better.

The food and wine selection were amazing. The staff not so much. People are willing to pay the extra cost of shopping there because generally the staff is wonderful. Maybe it was a bad day - those happen.
