This driver delivers to the Holy Cow Restaurant in Nampa at 8:00am and this is how he parks. He blocks 4 parking spaces and the only handicap parking space. I work in the same building and appreciate the ability to legally park in a handicap space, but every time this selfish jerk delivers, he parks like this. Shame on you for allowing this Cintas.

5* REVIEW HEADED YOUR WAY!I feel like people are more likely to leave a bad review than take time to write a good one. Cintas deserves this 5 Star review and I’ll tell ya why. I’ve been with every laundry service over the last 15 years for uniforms. Before Cintas, I had people knock on my door from places like UniLast, Alsco, Aramark, and Diamond. They all promise the world but never hold up to their word. I’m the last person to admit that anyone is perfect but at least have the decency to be real and admit when someone makes a mistake. For too many reasons, I made the switch to Cintas as a last ditch effort. My only regret is that I didn’t do it 15 years sooner. You get what you pay for in this industry. If I can leave you with anything, at least hear Cintas out before you cut yourself short to try and save a few pennies because it will save you more than you know on the back end!

Assuming that this is the supplier for twin falls since Google reports that our location is permanently closed, this place is a joke. My uniforms get delivered to the wrong people or not at all, this past week they claimed that our stuff got sent to the wrong facility but instead of making it right they made us all wash our own uniforms at home while we wait another week for the stuff that they took. Very unprofessional!

Have had service from Cintas for my business for 15 years. They do a fine job. Everyone makes mistakes, its how you back it up that really counts. We have a great route driver who is attentive and service oriented. When somethings not right, they take care of it. All these haters leaving reviews need to take a look in the mirror and remember that everyone makes mistakes. Work hard and make it right.

I pay a weekly fee to have my uniforms laundered ....why is it I never get the correct number of uniforms back...Centas is a joke ....would never recommend this company to anyone

We had a TERRIBLE experience with Cintas. It started out with misleading information and progressively led to the Cintas delivery driver been pushy and insisting on leaving much more product than we were using. He told our front office person each rime that we were under contract to have a certain amount delivered each week. As the supplies stacked up in our supply room we asked for a meeting with management, It took three weeks to get a response and meeting. At the meeting we were met by a a manger Collen and his superior Michael Greenwood. We were told they would cancel the contract and would like their dispencers returned. We had to remove and they sat in boxes for nearly three months before someone came to pick up. Another month and we get a bill for almost $1800 for damaged dispenser and other items. We were smart enough to take photos and video the dispensers that showed all but two were in good shape as well as the chemical dispenser they are trying to charge for. I was told by Collen today that our bill wont be adjusted and basicly buzz off. I would stay far away from this group! We have spoken to at least five other companies with similar experirences.

Not reliable service. Misdeliveries. Had skipped week. 2x stuff returned wet. Had to wait 2 to 3 weeks for stuff returned 2 x. count items have had reports of lost items

They get the job done with great attention to detail and double check everything A+

Terrible sevice. We dont get our laundry back and what we do get back looks worse than what we sent.

Trash service, doesnt cancel their services after requests and have AWFUL customer service.
