They have great service, but seem more geared toward professional installers than the general public. If you know what you need things go better. Dont expect to be sold if you are ignorant.

Im sure these folks are good at something besides giving folks like me a bum steer regarding manufacturers they rep for and parts they carry. Nothing like calling in, getting an affirmative answer, driving many miles only to be told, nope, we dont carry those parts. No apology, nothing.

If you are looking for irrigation supplies to fix your home irrigation system or to build a new one this is a good place to shop. They supply good quality commercial grade items, not the cheap stuff the large box stores will try to push on you.

This is one of the worst places to deliver too their yard guys are slow and dont care how long you wait to get unloaded. Not to mention they are hard on your equipment slamming into the side rails of the trailer.

WAY over priced. They are mostly for sprinkler contractors. If you walk in if the street they will sell you whatever you ask for with a smile but you will pay double what it is worth. Go to home depot or lowes if you know what you want and can settle for a little lower quality. If you need better quality I highly recommend Evergreen Sprinkler Supply in Boise. You will be treated better at Evergreen and they wont take advantage of you. I highly recommend Evergreen Sprinkler Supply for both contractors as well as for do it your self types. I wish there was more that I could say positive about Silver Creek but there just isnt. I went back in the next day because I was short one item that I had purchased 8 of. The employee I spoke with insisted that they neither stocked nor sold the exact item that I had purchased standing in the exact same spot 24 hours previously. After a several minutes of searching the warehouse he came back and informed that I would have to bulk purchase that item in a bag of thirty. After a few minutes of mildly arguing about it, he finally asked another employee to back him up. The other guy told him that he was wrong and showed him something on the computer, that fixed the issue. This place might be okay for contractors getting a bulk discount, but they really jack up their prices and stick it to everyone else for some unknown reason. I dont recommend this place for so it your self type homeowners.
