We ordered a pack and play for two nights, arriving on a Saturday morning. The pack and play never arrived despite me reaching out to the phone number listed online several times. Luckily my daughter adapted okay but it certainly could’ve been a safer way to sleep have we had the pack n play. Another island vendor is much more reliable but often booked!

Please don’t waste your time with this company. Our stroller broke while we were on the ferry over so I searched for a stroller rental and booked through petite traveler as I thought this looked like a great service with lots of options for families who need gear for young kids on the island. We never received the item that we ordered and there was zero communication from the company. They had no problem taking the money from our account immediately. I hope they can get their act together or close so other folks don’t get their hopes up.

I agree with the other reviews . This company completely lacks professionalism! It was my first time using this company as we travel to Nantucket every summer and it will definitely be my last. I was overcharged for items I didn’t ask for and I called 4 separate times to get a refund and they just kept putting me off . It’s been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a refund. The people that work there just simply don’t do anything they say they are going to do and could care less about customer service as long as they collect their money. What a poor way for a small business to operate. They are over priced and lack any kind of ethics!!!

I should have read these reviews before confirming my order! The most important item in our order did not arrive with the delivery. When I contacted the company with a polite inquiry as to when we could receive the item, I was met with a defensive answer and no attempt to deliver the missing item. Several follow up attempts for the item and a refund were all ignored. I now have to deal with disputing the charge with my credit card company. Horrible customer service, unprofessional, highly do NOT recommend renting items from Petite Travelers!

Of the four items we ordered for our short visit to Nantucket, three were waiting for us when we arrived. These items were in good condition. Both when we arrived and over the month that has passed since, Petite Travelers has not responded to any of several attempts to reach them---first to have the item delivered and now to request a refund. This lack of professionalism has lost my trust and future business entirely.

They provided a great service and helped make our stay on the island easier.

Not all of my items arrived. I wasn’t informed at the time of ordering they didn’t have one of my items. They offered to bring the item but our trip is short so it’s not really worth it.
