They refuse to send a technician out to fix the issue at my apartment, instead they insist its the cable box. Currently on box number 4, surprise surprise, the same error code occurs S0a00... aka no signal is reaching the box. So, i guess if you consider excellent customer service just exchanging boxes and refusal of a technician, then this the company for you!

If you go to service office: you will have a long wait, the help you get depends on who helps you, it can be trying.Haven forbid you have to call Comcast as you about to meet hell which is going to be outside the USA. The resident customer service in hell doesnt have a clue what the rest of the company is doing. The company is so gigantic the left hand has has no idea what the right hand is doing or what if anything is required; standby for bad advice after being on hold around the world for ever !!Wasted 3 whole days trying to get my service straighten out !

Thank you for your help. It was so nice to find a service center again!Really am unhappy about the closure of the service center and switch to Xfinity sales center in Plymouth. Awful place.

Worst service ever. After spending hours on the phone with the non-local support, I was finally set up with an appointment. Local tech called to say they wouldnt make my service appointment after I waited 2 hours for them in the middle of the day. Guy apologized and said hes have a guy at my hours 7:30am for 1st appointment this morning. Guess who was a No-Show again! Call Xfinity to find out Mr. Im Sorry I cant Make it Today, made the appointment for tomorrow. Theres a saying about monkeys and footballs that best describes Xfinity, and specifically our local service.

Cable companies are frequently a source of great frustration when it comes to customer service. Not so with Patrick Bloom at the local Nantucket office of Comcast. After explaining my problem, Patrick was all about resolving it right away. He personally came to my house within the hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. He was a pleasure to interact with and is one of the good guys. Thank you Patrick!

OFFICE HOURS ARE ACTUALLY 830-500 MONDAY-FRIDAY ON SATURDAYS BETWEEN MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AND LABOR DAY WEEKEND THE HOURS ARE 830-1230 GOOGLE MIGHT WANT TO GET THERE STUFF CORRECT BEFORE POSTING STUFF THAT IS WRONG JUST SAYING.
