The male pharmacist at “Rx pickup” in the back of the store was incredibly rude and passive aggressive. When i politely asked about a prescription being ready, he turned incredibly impatient with his tone of voice and rolled his eyes at my daughter, making her feel incredibly uncomfortable. I’ve consistently had problems at this pharmacy and i strongly suggest the pharmacist —along with the staff—be trained how to treat customers with respect, manner and patience prior to being hired at a store specifically meant to help customers on health needs and inquiries.

I have been going to Island Pharmacy for about 12 years now and every one that I talk to there are very helpful. They are very helpful over the counter and when I am not picking up a prescription they are just as helpful. They always call my doctor to make sure it is the right prescription.

Island Pharmacy is not like other pharmacies, they care about their clients. They make sure that the right prescription id for the right person and they know the doctors very well. They treat us good.
