Ignore the other review. Its for the wrong business. This place never has had a childrens book section. Staff here are cordial and Ive never had a problem

Awful staff. My little one was kneeling down looking at a book. A children’s book. In a section of all children’s items. A staff member came over and took the book out of her hands and said to me, “You have to watch your children.” I took my children by the hands and said “Okay, let’s go, we’re not going to buy anything here.” Again the staff member said rudely, “You have to watch your children.” I asked her name and she told me “Yuri.” I asked her last name so I could let the manager know what happened and she said “I will give you my information when you give me your’s.” I told her my full name and asked to see manager or the owner. She walked toward me, and put her face an inch from mine and said “I am the owner” I said “You are?!” Because quite frankly I was shocked. We left.A word to the wise to small shop owners trying to make a living. You never know someone’s personal circumstance. Do not follow family’s around and make them feel like criminals. I very well may have $5,000 cash in my pocket ready to spend it all. When you treat customers in a rude manner, they will not buy from you.Yuri, if you are the owner, I hope you do some soul searching and change your attitude towards your customers. It seems I’m far from the only bad review on the internet about your shop, and they are available for the world to see. Good luck.
