I hope this review serves current and future customers for the better and advises the management team that one member of your retail desk is unprofessional, to the brink of being a child. I was hoping to be a long term customer, but Ill take my irrigation supply business elsewhere.Just because I dont look the same, doesnt mean you have to talk to or treat me with disrespect. As a professional, I also work on my personal home, so I come in with my son for sprinkler valves. On the phone, all was fine. When I got there, this other guy, a younger two-bit meathead starts telling me Im wrong, after giving him the part number I needed. He pulls out the wrong part and I tell him thats not it. Not wanting to be wronged, he just wont stop lecturing me that its fine, everything will fit. Um, no, it wont, totally different design. Anyone who has worked with these valves would know that. Then the huffing and puffing goes on and I ask him if these are the right part numbers and he then sees they arent, gets the right ones and becomes a complete you know what. All downhill from there.Look, I get we all have bad days, but I have no tolerance for such inferior service and the lack of social intelligence on your desk.
