Customer service is absolute trash. Always doing big orders with them and the constant attitude with them is just disrespectful. Their breakfast sandwiches also have no egg or bacon its basically all bread. Just going to give the Pancakes Plus my business for now. Much much better than these guys

Now I know why the rating here is so bad in comparison to the other branches. I called, was told to hold and was on hold for 20 minutes forgotten on the phone. I hung up and drive there and was no apology fir the error. I was told “only 20minutes? You should be glad it wasn’t an hour” this is a horrifying response for people in a hospitality business. I understand you are busy but I’m a first time customer, this is a terrible first time experience. It was the lack of kindness and indifference that told me they didn’t really care. I really hope they learn how to be pleasant with their customers.

Food was decent. Had a order for 5 sandwiches. One was not quite what was ordered but it was decent anyway. They have a fairly decent menu. Not a bad place. Good for a quick bite or maybe some coffee.

The best spot to get a bacon egg and cheese with peanut butter and jelly on a toasted apple turn over with jalapeños on top. Its the best item on there secret menu.

The employees here never fail to be nasty. The owner is nice but every single employee has a terrible attitude for absolutely no reason. I do not come here anymore because of this reason. I tried for the first time today and months and without fail you got these nasty girls behind the counter.

Bacon egg and cheese in a bagel. Should have called it a bacon and cheese sandwich. The eggs are no where to be found. And the bagel was the smallest bagel ever. I dont know if they make their own bageks but they should definitely up the bagel size.

Dont know why everyone is lying about their food and customer service. Been going here for years and their family has taken care of my family. And too the sister with the tats, shes a beauty and they all super kind.

Bagels are delicious but the attitudes and service here are terrible. The counter girls are always in a bad mood and seem irritated to take your order.

Refused to refund my $9 moldy sandwich disgusting. On top of that my manager who picked up the sandwich mentioned before I even took a bite in the sandwich that the mop smell was disgusting to and never order for her from there, she seen everything unsanitary, the smell was bad and pickles in a jar looked old. So I’m not surprised my sandwich had old meat in it .

I dont know why this place is getting so much bad reviews. Ive never been inside but I ordered this early morning around 7:30am through doordash. It arrived about 45 mins later. Which is fine for Suffern. I wouldnt expect there to be many drivers. Anyways, I ordered a Cinnamon Rasin Bagel with Nova Lox and Cream Cheese and egg, onion and cheese. (I love the sweet & salty taste.) I think everything was fresh. My only concern that it was cold and yes the bagels are small. I do think its worth the price of 7.99 though.Fresh Bagels are the best!!Then I got a blueberry cheese muffin. Havent tried it yet.The reason I put 4 stars is because the flavoured coffee tastes nothing like salted caramel and its not sweet at all. While the guy did add almond milk, he didnt add whipped cream. So the coffee doesnt taste good.But overall, I think the store is worth the 4 stars!

Ive tried many times, to give this place a second.chance. But the service sucks! The short.fat girl that works there. Acts like shes doing you a favor by helping you. Im so done, dont ever confuse this place, with the Bagel Boys in Suffern.

This store is my early morning go to breakfast stop. They are pretty quick with the orders when ordered ahead or within the store. I would put 5 stars if they didnt always run out of those fresh croissants which I love.

This is one of the best places to get your ICE COFFEE !! They have multiple flavors to choose from. The bagels are okay here, I usually get a beacon egg and cheese on a plain roll which is always perfect. The meal size is great. I usually get breakfast wraps as well which is very filling and tasty! This place is always busy, be sure to wait a little or call in for a quick in and out experience!

Not really into it.Place looks lonely and a little bit dirty.Made a mistake with my sandwich even when the guy repeated to me the order out loud as if I was deaf.Not very friendly staff.The girls have kind of an attitude.Sandwich was “meh”, the eggs were raw.

Finally found a spot that I can get a flavored coffee without adding any syrup or sugar into it. Definitely get there Terminator along with a aside order of coffee.

The ideal place for breakfast and lunch in the Roc. I moved away, and miss it terribly. You just dont appreciate good bagels until theyre gone. Someone have a toasted everything with cream cheese for me, would ya?

Only thing that can take this place over the top would be if they toasted the bagels for their breakfast sandwiches. Besides that, everything else is pretty great.

I am disgusted with the consistently bad service I get at Bagel Boys. Today, a young girl was taking my order. When I asked for my eggs over hard, she looked at me like I had three heads. So I said well done. She responded with, Well, you couldve just said that, but whatever. Then I got the normal, next and a head nod. She needs an attitude adjustment and the rest of the staff is just as bad.

Food is great but customer service sucks !!! They are so rude and obviously don’t like their jobs please do better because I have them a chance and on 2 separate occasions I received poor service

Staff is so rude. Went in with my significant other and wanted to order together, guy behind the counter took one sandwich order and walked off to make it without acknowledging me. When he came back with sandwich #1, he gave us an attitude for asking him for a 2nd sandwich. Almost walk right out... I should have, because sandwich #1 was done completely wrong.

Staff sucks, stood there for almost 10 mins before being helped mind you there were only 2 other customers there..... I had a pickup order. Food was almost cold and mediocre at that. This place needs new management ASAP

IT IS A COMMON THING ! They tell you to wait on the phone and they leave you waiting for over 7-10 minutes then they hang up. They arent good to deliver I am very disappointed. I even called again and asked if this is a common thing to hang up on customers and he said we have no choice, very busy. Never going back to Bagel boys. Sorry

Remember the 60s and 70s when bagels were big hardy and cost little? well its still here .toby caser makes the best bagels the old way..he gets up and makes em. the lights on at 5 am! not frozen or premade.All varieties of people onion people garlic people salt people raisin people can enjoy it. id write more but im looking at that big thick onion bagel and cant wait!! steven marcus canarsie
